Miniature piezoelectric ring motor testing device and method of use

Abstract

The application relates to a micro piezoelectric ring motor testing device, belonging to the field of micro piezoelectric actuators, which comprises a ring motor driving module, a ring motor stator adjusting module, a rotor pre-pressure and load adjusting module and a ring motor rotating speed measuring module. A high-frequency voltage signal generated by the driving module is input into the ring motor stator, the stator generates a driving traveling wave through the inverse piezoelectric effect to drive the rotor adhered thereto to rotate; the stator central shaft and the rotor central shaft are made to coincide through the adjusting module, the stator pre-pressure is accurately adjusted and a load is applied to the stator through the pre-pressure and load adjusting module; the rotor performance parameters are accurately collected in real time through the rotating speed measuring module and are analyzed and monitored in real time in the upper computer. The device avoids the test deviation caused by the eccentricity of the ring motor stator and rotor and the test deviation caused by the inadaptation of the pre-pressure in the testing process, improves the testing accuracy, and the related test variables (load, pre-pressure, rotor material and the like) involved in the testing process are easy to adjust, so that the testing efficiency is greatly improved.
