A hindered phenolic antioxidant and a method for preparing and using the same

Abstract

The application relates to a hindered phenolic antioxidant and a preparation method and application thereof, which comprises the following steps: obtaining a raw material mixed solution by drying alkyl phenol and cycloalkadiene, adding a catalyst to obtain a preliminary polymerization product, further carrying out alkylation reaction with isobutene, and obtaining a final product after alkali washing, decoloring and gas stripping of the reaction product. The antioxidant prepared by the application has high activity, long heat-resistant stable time, uniform molecular weight distribution and light color, can be widely applied to ABS glue, tires, plastics and other fields, and has a good application prospect.
