The method for preparing epoxycyclohexane by using the catalyst is to perform an epoxidation reaction of cyclohexene and an oxidant under the action of the titanium-silicon catalyst, to obtain a mixture I after the reaction, and to separate epoxycyclohexane from the mixture I. The titanium-silicon catalyst has suitable catalytic activity, can catalyze the reaction of cyclohexene and cumene hydroperoxide under low-temperature and low-pressure reaction conditions, and reduces the generation of byproduct impurities.
