The raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation include: 8-12 parts of Callicarpa macrophylla, 8-12 parts of Cnidium monnieri, 3-6 parts of Astragalus membranaceus, 3-6 parts of Sophora flavescens, 3-6 parts of Stemona japonica, 3-6 parts of Kochia scoparia, 3-6 parts of Saposhnikovia divaricata, and 1-2 parts of Gleditsia sinensis. The preparation method is as follows: S1, the raw materials such as Cnidium monnieri are cut into small pieces, the small pieces are expanded under high pressure, and then pulverized to obtain expanded powder; S2, the expanded powder is enzymatically hydrolyzed to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate, then glucose and peptone are added and mixed, and mixed fermentation bacteria are inoculated and cultured by shaking to obtain mixed culture solution; S3, the mixed culture solution is percolated and extracted, the percolate is collected, filtered, and concentrated to obtain compound drug, which is then used to prepare a wash or suppository to obtain the target traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation.
