Abstract

The application discloses a residual electrode group stepping mechanism, which comprises a stepping assembly for conveying residual electrode plates, a plurality of transfer tables for bearing the residual electrode plates are installed on the stepping assembly, and a weighing device for weighing is fixedly installed on the top of any transfer table; an identification assembly comprises a driving part and an identification part installed on one side of the stepping assembly; the stepping assembly conveys the residual electrode plates to the weighing device for weighing, the driving part drives the identification part to pretreat and mark the surface of the residual electrode plates based on the weighing result. The residual electrode plates are conveyed by the stepping assembly, when the residual electrode plates move to the top of the weighing device for weighing, the residual electrode plates with qualified weight continue to move, when the residual electrode plates with overweight come to the top of the weighing device, the driving part immediately drives the identification part to move close to the residual electrode plates, the surface of the residual electrode plates is pretreated and marked by the identification part, which not only facilitates subsequent processing, but also saves manpower and improves conveying efficiency.
