Thermally isolated point separation device star-rocket electrical bonding structure

Abstract

This invention provides a thermally insulated point-type separation device satellite-rocket electrical connection structure, including a satellite platform base plate, satellite-rocket separation device adapters, and a satellite support. The satellite platform base plate is securely connected to the satellite support via multiple satellite-rocket separation device adapters. Each satellite-rocket separation device adapter is securely connected to the satellite platform base plate, and multiple flat and spring washers are provided on the side of the satellite-rocket separation device adapter closest to the satellite platform base plate. Multiple expansion bolts are correspondingly installed on the satellite support, and each satellite-rocket separation device adapter is securely connected to the satellite support via expansion bolts. After the point-type satellite-rocket separation device is connected to the satellite, this invention ensures thermal insulation between the point-type satellite-rocket separation device and the satellite through a polyimide thermal insulation pad, and provides electrical connection performance for the satellite-rocket connection through the surface treatment and connection method of the satellite-rocket separation device adapters. The structure is simple, easy to install and adjust, and safe and reliable to use.
