Abstract

This invention discloses an I-shaped cross-section flexible knitted stab-resistant fabric and its weaving method, belonging to the field of protective textile materials. This invention achieves a 3D structure with an I-shaped cross-section through integral weaving, the cavity of which can hold a single-layer stab-resistant sheet. Its advantages are: the single-layer configuration reduces the weight of the stab-resistant fabric and increases mobility; the raw materials for the I-shaped outer layer, support layer, and inner layer can be designed separately, with the outer and support layers using the same raw material, and high-strength, cut-resistant yarns can be selected to weaken the impact force of the stab; the inner layer can use moisture-wicking and other comfortable materials to increase comfort; the I-shaped structure allows for overlap between the single-layer stab-resistant sheets, avoiding gaps in movement that could lead to penetration by sharp objects; simultaneously, the I-shaped structure also allows for sliding space between the stab-resistant sheets, increasing the freedom of movement when bending the body.
