Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to equipment for controlling the on and off of a circuit, and in particular to a switch device. Background Art

[0002] The Chinese utility model patent with the authorization announcement number CN203674130U discloses an arc-extinguishing piston circuit breaker, which includes a housing, a static contact and a moving contact arranged in the housing, a driving element and a piston tube are also arranged in the housing, a driving push rod is arranged on the driving element, the static contact is arranged in the piston tube, the moving contact is arranged on the driving push rod, the driving push rod is telescopically arranged in the piston tube, the moving contact is connected or disconnected with the static contact under the telescopic drive of the driving push rod, an arc-extinguishing cavity is arranged in the piston tube, an arc-extinguishing layer is arranged in the arc-extinguishing cavity, the moving contact and the static contact are arranged in the arc-extinguishing cavity, and a sealing cushion layer is arranged between the driving push rod and the piston tube. The driving disc is arranged as an eccentric wheel, the driving push rod is movably abutted on the eccentric wheel, a cam ring is arranged in the piston tube, and a reset spring is also arranged in the piston tube, one end of the reset spring abuts on the cam ring, and the other end abuts on the driving push rod. When the eccentric wheel is rotated in one direction, the eccentric wheel pushes the driving push rod to extend, so that the driving push rod pushes the moving contact in a direction close to the static contact until the moving contact touches the static contact to realize the conduction between the static contact and the moving contact. In this process, the return spring is compressed and deformed to accumulate elastic potential energy. When the eccentric wheel is rotated in the opposite direction, the return spring pushes the driving push rod to contract in the process of restoring the initial state, so that the driving push rod moves the moving contact in a direction away from the static contact until the moving contact is away from the static contact to realize the disconnection between the static contact and the moving contact.

[0003] The defects of the arc-extinguishing piston circuit breaker in the prior art are: when the moving contact is pushed toward the direction close to the static contact by the driving push rod, the moving contact and the static contact are in hard contact, which leads to the arc-extinguishing piston circuit breaker in the prior art having relatively high precision requirements on the length dimension of the driving push rod. If the length dimension of the driving push rod is short, the moving contact cannot contact the static contact, or a virtual connection problem occurs between the moving contact and the static contact. If the length dimension of the driving push rod is long, a large pressure exists between the moving contact and the static contact, thereby damaging the moving contact and / or the static contact. More importantly, as the arc-extinguishing piston circuit breaker is used for a longer time, wear and oxidation will occur between the moving contact and / or the static contact, and wear and oxidation will both lead to a virtual connection between the moving contact and the static contact, which will cause a great safety hazard to electricity safety. [0084] With reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figures 1 to 14A switch device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and explained in the following description, wherein the switch device has good safety and stability, and is particularly suitable for high-power electrical equipment. For example, the switch device can be used in a submersible, and is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the circuit system of the submersible. The switch device includes an insulating shell 10 and a driving part 20 and a path control part 30 respectively arranged on the insulating shell 10, and the switch device has a path state and an open circuit state, and the switch device is configured to be able to switch between the path state and the open circuit state for controlling the circuit on and off. It can be understood that when the switch device is in the path state, the switch device allows current to pass through, and accordingly, when the switch device is in the open circuit state, the switch device prevents current from passing through.

[0085] Specifically, the insulating housing 10 has a receiving cavity 101. The driving unit 20 includes an eccentric wheel 21, a push rod 22 and a return spring 23, wherein the eccentric wheel 21 is rotatably mounted in the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating housing 10, wherein the push rod 22 has a driven end 221 and a mounting end 222 corresponding to the driven end 221, and the driven end 221 of the push rod 22 is drivably connected to the eccentric wheel 21, wherein the return spring 23 is sleeved on the push rod 22, and the return spring 23 is constructed such that one end of the return spring 23 abuts against the driven end 221 of the push rod 22, and the other end remains unchanged relative to the insulating housing 10. The passage control part 30 includes two static connectors 31 and one dynamic connector 32, wherein the two static connectors 31 are adjacently arranged on the insulating shell 10, and one end of the two static connectors 31 respectively extends to the accommodating cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10 to form a static contact 311 of the static connector 31, and the other end respectively extends to the outside of the insulating shell 10 to form a wiring contact 312 of the static connector 31 for connecting a power source or electrical equipment, wherein the middle part of the dynamic connector 32 is floatably mounted on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22, and the opposite ends of the dynamic connector 32 respectively have a dynamic contact 321, and the position of each dynamic contact 321 of the dynamic connector 32 corresponds to the position of each static contact 311 of the static connector 31.

[0086] When the eccentric wheel 21 is rotated in one direction (see attached Fig.12 and Fig.13, the eccentric wheel 21 can be rotated in the clockwise direction), and the eccentric wheel 21 pushes the dynamic connector 32 toward the direction close to the static connector 31 through the push rod 22, until each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 contacts each of the static contacts 311 of the static connector 31, at which time, the switch device switches from the disconnected state to the connected state to allow current to pass. It can be understood that in the process of the eccentric wheel 21 pushing the dynamic connector 32 toward the direction close to the static connector 31 through the push rod 22, the return spring 23 is compressed and deformed to accumulate elastic potential energy. When the eccentric wheel 21 is rotated in the opposite direction (refer to the attached Fig.12 and Fig.14 , the eccentric wheel 21 can be rotated in a counterclockwise direction), and the reset spring 23 pushes the dynamic connector 32 in a direction away from the static connector 31 through the push rod 22 during the process of restoring the initial state, until each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 is away from each of the static contacts 311 of the static connector 31. At this time, the switch device switches from the on state to the off state to prevent current from passing.

[0087] In the switch device of the present invention, the middle part of the dynamic connector 32 of the passage control part 30 is floatably mounted on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22, so that the dynamic connector 32 as a whole is floatable. In this way, on the one hand, after the switch device switches from the disconnecting state to the passage state, appropriate pressure can be maintained between each dynamic contact 321 of the dynamic connector 32 and each static contact 311 of the static connector 31, so as to avoid the problem of false connection between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32. This makes the switch device of the present invention particularly suitable for large current electrical equipment and eliminates the safety hazards caused by false connection. On the other hand, even if the static contact 311 of the static connector 31 and the dynamic contact 321 of the dynamic connector 32 are worn and oxidized, appropriate pressure can be maintained between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32, so as to avoid the problem of false connection between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32.

[0088] Now go to the attached Fig.10 , Fig.11 ,and Fig.13 and Fig.14The middle part of the dynamic connector 32 has a connector through hole 322, and the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 is movably mounted on the connector through hole 322 of the dynamic connector 32, wherein the switch device further includes a suspension spring 40, the suspension spring 40 is sleeved on the push rod 22, and one end of the suspension spring 40 abuts against the push rod 22, and the other end abuts against the dynamic connector 32, so that the middle part of the dynamic connector 32 is floatably mounted on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22. Fig.12 and Fig.13 In the first stage of rotating the eccentric wheel 21 in the clockwise direction, the eccentric wheel 21 pushes the dynamic connector 32 toward the direction close to the static connector 31 through the push rod 22, so that each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 can contact the static contact 311 of each of the static connectors 31. In the second stage of rotating the eccentric wheel 21 in the clockwise direction, the eccentric wheel 21 continues to apply force to the dynamic connector 32 through the push rod 22 and the suspension spring 40, so that the dynamic connector 32 has a tendency to continue to move forward and increase the pressure between each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 and the static contact 311 of each of the static connectors 31, so that appropriate pressure can be maintained between each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 and the static contact 311 of each of the static connectors 31, so as to avoid the problem of virtual connection between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32.

[0089] Further, the driving part 20 includes an assembly cap 24, the outer diameter of which is larger than the inner diameter of the connector through hole 322 of the dynamic connector 32. After the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 is inserted into the connector through hole 322 of the dynamic connector 32, the assembly cap 24 is assembled to the portion of the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 that is exposed from the dynamic connector 32, so as to prevent the dynamic connector 32 from falling off from the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22. Preferably, the assembly cap 24 is assembled to the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 by screwing, that is, the assembly cap 24 is provided with an internal thread structure, and correspondingly, the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 is provided with an external thread structure, and the internal thread structure of the assembly cap 24 and the external thread structure of the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 cooperate with each other, so as to assemble the assembly cap 24 to the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22.

[0090] Furthermore, the push rod 22 has a rest platform 223, which is formed at the mounting end 222 and is parallel to the end face of the dynamic connector 32. After the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 is mounted on the connector through hole 322 of the dynamic connector 32 and the assembly cap 24 is assembled on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22, one end of the suspension spring 40 mounted on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 rests against the rest platform 223 of the push rod 22, and the other end rests against the end face of the dynamic connector 32, so that the middle part of the dynamic connector 32 is floatably mounted on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22.

[0091] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 3 to 14 The switch device further includes an insulating pad 50, which is arranged at the driven end 221 of the push rod 22, and the insulating pad 50 isolates the driven end 221 of the push rod 22 and the eccentric wheel 21. In this way, when the switch device is in the passage state, the eccentric wheel 21 is not electrified, so as to improve the safety when operating the switch device.

[0092] In the attached Figures 1 to 14 In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention shown, the insulating pad 50 is installed on the driven end 221 of the push rod 22 to set the insulating pad 50 on the driven end 221 of the push rod 22. Specifically, the insulating pad 50 includes a pad body 51 and an insert 52 extending outward from the pad body 51 in an integral manner, and the push rod 22 has an insert hole 224, and the insert hole 224 extends from the end surface of the driven end 221 toward the mounting end 222, wherein the insert 52 of the insulating pad 50 is inserted into the insert hole 224 of the push rod 22 to install the insulating pad 50 on the driven end 221 of the push rod 22. Preferably, the size of the pad body 51 of the insulating pad 50 is larger than the size of the driven end 221 of the push rod 22, so that the insulating pad 50 can reliably isolate the driven end 221 of the push rod 22 and the eccentric wheel 21. Preferably, the material of the insulating pad 50 may be rubber to ensure the insulating ability of the insulating pad 50 and improve the wear resistance of the insulating pad 50 .

[0093] In this specific example of the switching device of the present invention, the shape and size of the plug-in component 52 of the insulating pad 50 match the shape and size of the insertion hole 224 of the push rod 22, so that after the plug-in component 52 of the insulating pad 50 is inserted into the insertion hole 224 of the push rod 22, based on the friction force generated between the outer wall of the plug-in component 52 of the insulating pad 50 and the inner wall of the push rod 22 used to form the insertion hole 224, the insulating pad 50 is reliably mounted on the driven end 221 of the push rod 22. Furthermore, no matter whether the switch device is in the on state, in the off state, or switched between the on state and the off state, the return spring 23 can press the pad body 51 of the insulating pad 50 toward the eccentric wheel 21, that is, the return spring 23 makes the end face of the pad body 51 of the insulating pad 50 always close to the eccentric wheel 21, so that the insulating pad 50 is prevented from falling from the driven end 221 of the push rod 22 to ensure the reliability of the switch device. That is to say, in this specific example of the switch device of the present invention, refer to the attached Figure 12 to Figure 14 , one end of the return spring 23 directly abuts against the pad body 51 of the insulating pad 50, that is, one end of the return spring 23 indirectly abuts against the driven end 221 of the push rod 22 by abutting against the pad body 51 of the insulating pad 50. Optionally, in other examples of the switch device of the present invention, one end of the return spring 23 may also directly abut against the driven end 221 of the push rod 22.

[0094] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 3 to 14 The switch device further includes a stabilizing shaft portion 60, which has a stabilizing shaft through-hole 61. The stabilizing shaft portion 60 is fixedly mounted on the accommodating cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10, and the middle part of the push rod 22 is movably mounted on the stabilizing shaft through-hole 61 of the stabilizing shaft portion 60, wherein when the eccentric wheel 21 pushes the dynamic connector 32 toward the direction close to the static connector 31 through the push rod 22, the stabilizing shaft portion 60 can prevent the push rod 22 from deviating, so that each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 can be aligned and fitted with the static contact 311 of each of the static connectors 31, so that the contact area between the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 and the static contacts 311 of the static connector 31 can be guaranteed to ensure the power-carrying capacity of the switch device in the passage state.

[0095] Preferably, one end of the return spring 23 abuts against the stabilizing shaft portion 60, so that the return spring 23 is constructed so that one end of the return spring 23 remains unchanged relative to the insulating housing 10, so that when the eccentric wheel 21 is driven to rotate in the clockwise direction and pushes the dynamic connector 32 toward the direction close to the static connector 31 through the push rod 22, the pad body 51 of the insulating pad 50 can compress the return spring 23 toward the direction close to the stabilizing shaft portion 60, so that the return spring 23 is compressed and deformed, and when the eccentric wheel 21 is driven to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, the return spring 23 pushes the insulating pad 50 in the direction away from the stabilizing shaft portion 60 in the process of restoring the initial state, so as to allow the insulating pad 50 to drive the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32 to move so that each dynamic contact 321 of the dynamic connector 32 is away from the static contact 311 of each static connector 31.

[0096] Preferably, the shaft stabilizing portion 60 has a convex ring 62, which surrounds the shaft stabilizing through hole 61 and protrudes toward the insulating pad 50, wherein the end of the reset spring 23 that abuts against the shaft stabilizing portion 60 is sleeved on the convex ring 62 of the shaft stabilizing portion 60, so that the end of the reset spring 23 that abuts against the shaft stabilizing portion 60 is prevented from sliding relative to the shaft stabilizing portion 60, so as to avoid displacement of the reset spring 23, thereby preventing the push rod 22 from scratching the reset spring 23, which not only reduces noise but also ensures the reset ability of the reset spring 23.

[0097] Now go to the attached Figures 1 to 6 The insulating shell 10 includes a bottom shell 11 and a top cover 12, the bottom shell 11 has a bottom shell blind hole 111, and the top cover 12 has a top cover through hole 121. The top cover 12 is installed on the bottom shell 11 to form the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10 between the top cover 12 and the bottom shell 11. The bottom shell blind hole 111 of the bottom shell 11 and the top cover through hole 121 of the top cover 12 are both connected to the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10, and the position of the bottom shell blind hole 111 of the bottom shell 11 corresponds to the position of the top cover through hole 121 of the top cover 12. The eccentric wheel 21 has a first rotating shaft 211 and a second rotating shaft 212 on opposite sides respectively. The first rotating shaft 211 of the eccentric wheel 21 is rotatably mounted on the bottom shell blind hole 111 of the bottom shell 11, and the second rotating shaft 212 of the eccentric wheel 21 is rotatably and operably mounted on the top cover through hole 121 of the top cover 12, so that the eccentric wheel 21 is rotatably accommodated in the accommodating cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10.

[0098] It can be understood that, since the second rotating shaft 212 of the eccentric wheel 21 is rotatably mounted on the top cover through hole 121 of the top cover 12, the end of the second rotating shaft 212 of the eccentric wheel 21 is visually visible, that is, the second rotating shaft 212 of the eccentric wheel 21 can be observed from the outside of the switch device, so that the switch device can be provided with an operating position 213 at the end of the second rotating shaft 212 of the eccentric wheel 21 for the user to operate the eccentric wheel 21. For example, in this specific example of the switch device of the present invention, the operating position 213 of the eccentric wheel 21 is a groove with a hexagonal cross-section, which allows the end of an inner hexagonal wrench to extend therein, so that the user can apply force to the eccentric wheel 21 through the inner hexagonal wrench to drive the eccentric wheel 21 to rotate in the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating housing 10 in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

[0099] It is worth mentioning that the way the top cover 12 is mounted on the bottom shell 11 is not limited in the switch device of the present invention. For example, in this specific example of the switch device of the present invention, refer to the attached Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 The insulating housing 10 further includes a series of locking screws 13, which are used to lock the top cover 12 and the bottom shell 11 at different positions, so that the top cover 12 and the bottom shell 11 can be reliably installed.

[0100] Further, please refer to the attached Figures 1 to 14The bottom shell 11 of the insulating housing 10 includes a bottom plate 112, a first end plate 113, a second end plate 114, a first side plate 115, a second side plate 116, a partition plate 117, a top plate 118 and a connecting passage 119. The first end plate 113 and the second end plate 114 extend upward from opposite ends of the bottom plate 112, respectively, and the first side plate 115 and the second side plate 116 extend upward from opposite sides of the bottom plate 112, respectively, and opposite ends of the first side plate 115 are connected to one side of the first end plate 113 and one side of the second end plate 114, respectively, and opposite ends of the second side plate 116 are connected to the other side of the first end plate 113 and the other side of the second end plate 114, so as to form the receiving chamber 101 of the insulating housing 10 between the bottom plate 112, the first end plate 113, the second end plate 114, the first side plate 115 and the second side plate 116. The bottom side and opposite ends of the partition plate 117 are respectively connected to the bottom plate 112, the first side plate 115 and the second side plate 116, and the partition plate 117 is parallel to the first end plate 113 and the second end plate 114, so that the accommodating cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10 is divided into a first end cavity 1011 and a second end cavity 1012 by the partition plate 117. The partition plate 117 has a partition plate groove 1171, and the top mounting plate 118 has a top mounting plate groove 1181. The top mounting plate 118 is installed on the partition plate 117, and the top mounting plate groove 1181 corresponds to the partition plate groove 1171, so that the partition plate groove 1171 of the partition plate 117 and the top mounting plate groove 1181 of the top mounting plate 118 form the connecting passage 119 of the bottom shell 11, and the connecting passage 119 of the bottom shell 11 connects the first end cavity 1011 and the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10. For example, the top mounting plate 118 and the partition plate 117 can be locked by a set of locking screws 300. After the top cover 12 is installed on the bottom shell 11, the edges of the top cover 12 are respectively fixed by the first end plate 113, the second end plate 114, and the first side plate

[0101] 115 and the second side plate 116, and the middle part of the top cover 12 is supported by the partition plate 117 and the top mounting plate 118 respectively, so that the top cover 12 closes the cavity opening of the first end cavity 1011 of the insulating shell 10 and closes the cavity opening of the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10.

[0102] Specifically, the partition plate 117 further has a mounting groove 1175 and an assembly groove 1176, the partition plate groove 1171 is formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 1175, the assembly groove 1176 is located at the upper part of the mounting groove 1175, and the width of the assembly groove 1176 is greater than the width of the mounting groove 1175, so that the partition plate 117 forms an assembly platform 1177 on opposite sides of the mounting groove 1175. The top mounting plate 118 includes a plate body portion 1182 and an assembly portion 1183, the width of the assembly portion 1183 is greater than the width of the plate body portion 1182, so that the assembly arm 11831 is formed on opposite sides of the plate body portion 1182 by the assembly portion 1183, and the top mounting plate groove 1181 is formed at the bottom of the plate body portion 1182. The plate body portion 1182 of the top mounting plate 118 is mounted on the mounting groove 1175 of the partition plate 117, the assembly portion 1183 is assembled in the assembly groove 1176 of the partition plate 117, and each assembly arm 11831 of the assembly portion 1183 is respectively resting on each assembly base 1177 of the partition plate 117, so that each assembly arm 11831 of the assembly portion 1183 and each assembly base 1177 of the partition plate 117 can be locked by the locking screws 300, and the top of the top mounting plate 118 can be prevented from protruding from the top of the partition plate 117.

[0103] The bottom shell blind hole 111 of the bottom shell 11 is formed on the bottom plate 112, and the bottom shell blind hole 111 of the bottom shell 11 is connected to the first end cavity 1011 of the insulating housing 10, that is, the eccentric wheel 21 is rotatably accommodated in the first end cavity 1011 of the insulating housing 10. The middle part of each of the static connectors 31 is fixedly mounted on the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11, so that one end of each of the static connectors 31 extends to the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating housing 10 to form the static contact 311, and the other end of each of the static connectors 31 extends to the outside of the insulating housing 10 to form the wiring contact 312. The middle part of the push rod 22 is movably retained in the connecting channel 119 of the bottom shell 11, and one end of the push rod 22 is located in the first end cavity 1011 of the insulating shell 10 for being drivably connected to the eccentric wheel 21, and the other end of the push rod 22 is located in the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10 for floatingly mounting the dynamic connector 32, that is, the dynamic connector 32 is movably arranged in the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10.

[0104] Preferably, refer to the attached Figure 3 , Figure 6 and Fig.11 The insulating housing 10 further includes a smooth portion 14, which is a rubber ring with a circular cross-section, which is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate 112 and surrounds the bottom shell blind hole 111 of the bottom shell 11. The smooth portion 14 is used to support the eccentric wheel 21 to isolate the bottom plate 112 of the bottom shell 11 and the eccentric wheel 21. Since the smooth portion 14 and the eccentric wheel 21 have a small contact area, in the process of driving the eccentric wheel 21 to rotate, not only can the friction between the eccentric wheel 21 and the smooth portion 14 be reduced so that the eccentric wheel 21 can rotate smoothly, but also the wear on the eccentric wheel 21 can be reduced. Further, the bottom plate 112 of the bottom shell 11 has an annular groove 1121, and a part of the smooth portion 14 is embedded in the annular groove 1121 of the bottom plate 112 to fixedly mount the smooth portion 14 on the bottom plate 112. Optionally, in other examples of the switch device of the present invention, the smooth portion 14 of the insulating shell 10 is a group of balls, a portion of which is accommodated in the annular groove 1121 of the base plate 112 and is rollably retained between the base plate 112 and the eccentric wheel 21.

[0105] Preferably, refer to the attached Figure 3 and Fig.11 The bottom shell 11 has an arc-shaped slide groove 1110, and the slide groove 1110 is adjacent to the bottom shell blind hole 111. The eccentric wheel 21 has a slider 214 at a position adjacent to the first rotating shaft 211, wherein the slider 214 of the eccentric wheel 21 is slidably installed in the slide groove 1110 of the bottom shell 11, and the slider 214 of the eccentric wheel 21 and the slide groove 1110 of the bottom shell 11 cooperate with each other to limit the rotation angle of the eccentric wheel 21.

[0106] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 3 to 11The partition plate 117 of the bottom shell 11 has an embedding groove 1172 and a resting groove 1173. The embedding groove 1172 is located at the side of the partition plate groove 1171 and communicates with the second end cavity 1012. The resting groove 1173 is located above the embedding groove 1172. The width of the resting groove 1173 is greater than the width of the embedding groove 1172, so that the partition plate 117 forms a resting platform 1174 on opposite sides of the embedding groove 1172. The shaft stabilizing portion 60 includes a resting portion 63 and a main body portion 64 extending downward from the resting portion 63. The width of the resting portion 63 is greater than the width of the main body portion 64, so that the resting portion 63 forms a resting arm 631 on opposite sides of the main body portion 64. The shaft stabilizing through hole 61 and the convex ring 62 are respectively formed in the main body portion 64. The main body 64 of the shaft stabilizing portion 60 is embedded in the embedding groove 1172 of the partition plate 117, the resting portion 63 of the shaft stabilizing portion 60 is embedded in the resting groove 1173 of the partition plate 117, and each resting arm 631 of the resting portion 63 is respectively rested on each resting platform 1174 of the partition plate 117, so that each resting arm 631 of the resting portion 63 and each resting platform 1174 of the partition plate 117 can be locked by fixing screws 200 to reliably install the shaft stabilizing portion 60 on the bottom shell 11 and prevent the top of the shaft stabilizing portion 60 from protruding from the top of the partition plate 117. Figure 6 , the position of the top mounting plate 118 and the position of the shaft stabilizing portion 60 are side by side.

[0107] Further, please refer to the attached Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 7 and Figure 8 The second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11 has a first groove 1141 and a second groove 1142, the first groove 1141 and the second groove 1142 are spaced apart from each other and are both connected to the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10, the middle part of one of the static connectors 31 is installed in the first groove 1141 of the second end plate 114 so that the middle part of this static connector 31 is fixedly installed in the second end plate 114, and the middle part of another static connector 31 is fixedly installed in the second groove 1142 of the second end plate 114 so that the middle part of this static connector 31 is fixedly installed in the second end plate 114.

[0108] For ease of explanation and understanding, one of the two static connectors 31 is defined as a first static connector 31a, and the other is defined as a second static connector 31b. The middle portion of the first static connector 31a is fixedly mounted on the first slot 1141 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11, one end of the first static connector 31a extends to the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10 to form the static contact 311, and the other end extends to the outside of the insulating shell 10 to form the wiring contact 312 for connecting the live wire or the positive pole. The middle portion of the second static connector 31b is fixedly mounted on the second slot 1142 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11, one end of the second static connector 31b extends to the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10 to form the static contact 311, and the other end extends to the outside of the insulating shell 10 to form the wiring contact 312 for connecting the neutral wire or the negative pole.

[0109] Attached Figures 2 to 4 , Figure 7 and Figure 8 The specific structure of fixing the middle part of the first static connector 31a to the first slot 1141 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11 and fixing the middle part of the second static connector 31b to the second slot 1142 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11 is shown. Specifically, the middle part of the first static connector 31a has a first assembly plate 313. After the middle part of the first static connector 31a is held in the first slot 1141 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11, the first assembly plate 313 is assembled to the second end plate 114. The first assembly plate 313 is attached to the outer wall of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11. For example, the first assembly plate 313 and the second end plate 114 can be assembled by a set of assembly screws 100 to fix the middle part of the first static connector 31a to the first slot 1141 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11. The middle portion of the second static connector 31b has a second assembly plate 314. After the middle portion of the second static connector 31b is retained in the second slot 1142 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11, the second assembly plate 314 is assembled to the second end plate 114. The second assembly plate 314 is attached to the outer wall of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11. For example, the second assembly plate 314 and the second end plate 114 can be assembled by a set of assembly screws 100 to fixedly mount the middle portion of the second static connector 31b in the second slot 1142 of the second end plate 114 of the bottom shell 11.

[0110] In addition, refer to the attached Figures 1 to 4 , Figure 12 to Figure 14 The wiring contact 312 of the first static connector 31a and the wiring contact 312 of the second static connector 31b are respectively provided with a gasket 315 and a clamping nut 316 for wiring.

[0111] In some embodiments of the switch device of the present invention, the bottom shell 11 of the insulating housing 10 is made by injection molding. Figures 1 to 14 In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention shown, the bottom shell 11 of the insulating housing 10 is made by a milling process. In order to facilitate the milling of the partition plate groove 1171 of the partition plate 117 of the bottom shell 11, the first end plate 113 of the bottom shell 11 is provided with an end plate through-hole 1131, and the position of the end plate through-hole 1131 of the first end plate 113 corresponds to the position of the partition plate groove 1171 of the partition plate 117, wherein the partition plate groove 1171 of the partition plate 117 is formed by a milling cutter extending into the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating housing 10 through the end plate through-hole 1131 of the first end plate 113 to mill the middle part of the partition plate 117. After the eccentric wheel 21 is installed in the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10, the position of the end plate through-hole 1131 of the first end plate 113 of the bottom shell 11 corresponds to the eccentric wheel 21, so that the user can observe the state of the eccentric wheel 21 through the end plate through-hole 1131 of the first end plate 113, that is, the end plate through-hole 1131 of the first end plate 113 is an observation window. In other words, one function of the end plate through-hole 1131 of the first end plate 113 of the bottom shell 11 is to facilitate the milling process of the bottom shell 11, especially to facilitate the milling of the partition plate groove 1171 of the partition plate 117 of the bottom shell 11, and another function of the first end plate 113 is to facilitate the observation of the state of the eccentric wheel 21.

[0112] Preferably, refer to the attached Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figures 7 to 9 , Figure 12 to Figure 14The insulating housing 10 further includes a cover plate 15, which is detachably mounted on the first end plate 113 of the bottom housing 11, and the cover plate 15 can close the end plate through hole 1131 of the first end plate 113, wherein when it is necessary to check the state of the eccentric wheel 21 in the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating housing 10, the cover plate 15 is removed from the first end plate 113 of the bottom housing 11 to expose the end plate through hole 1131 of the first end plate 113, and at this time, the user is allowed to observe the state of the eccentric wheel 21 in the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating housing 10 through the end plate through hole 1131 of the first end plate 113. It can be understood that according to the state of the eccentric wheel 21, the user can judge whether the switch device is in the passage state or the disconnection state.

[0113] The insulating housing 10 further includes at least one cover screw 16 , and the cover screw 16 is used to reliably mount the cover 15 on the first end plate 113 of the bottom housing 11 .

[0114] Attached Figures 15 to 19 A variation of the switch device of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. Figures 1 to 14 The switch arrangement shown is different in that Figures 15 to 19 In the particular example of the switch device of the present invention shown, the switch device comprises a deformable suspension portion 70 which replaces the attached Figures 1 to 14 The suspension spring 40 of the switch device shown, the suspension portion 70 is integrally combined with the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32, so that the middle portion of the dynamic connector 32 is floatably mounted on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22.

[0115] It is understandable that in the attached Figures 15 to 19In this specific example of the switching device of the present invention shown, the dynamic connector 32 is floatable as a whole. In this way, on the one hand, after the switching device switches from the disconnecting state to the connecting state, appropriate pressure can be maintained between each dynamic contact 321 of the dynamic connector 32 and each static contact 311 of the static connector 31 to avoid the problem of false connection between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32. This makes the switching device of the present invention particularly suitable for large-current electrical equipment and eliminates the safety hazards caused by false connection. On the other hand, even if the static contact 311 of the static connector 31 and the dynamic contact 321 of the dynamic connector 32 are worn and oxidized, appropriate pressure can be maintained between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32 to avoid the problem of false connection between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32.

[0116] In addition, with the attached Figures 1 to 14 The switch arrangement shown is different in that Figures 15 to 19 In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention shown, since the suspension portion 70 can be integrally combined with the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32, the suspension portion 70 not only allows the middle portion of the dynamic connector 32 to be floatably mounted on the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22, but also the drive portion 20 does not need to be equipped with the assembly cap 24, so as to reduce the accessory cost and assembly cost of the switch device.

[0117] In the attached Figures 15 to 19 In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention shown, the suspension portion 70 can be formed between the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32 by an injection molding process so that the suspension portion 70 is integrally combined with the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32. For example, first, the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 is maintained at the position of the connector through-hole 322 of the dynamic connector 32 through a mold, and at this time, there is a gap between the outer wall of the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the inner wall of the dynamic connector 32 for forming the connector through-hole 322; secondly, injection molding material (e.g., rubber) is injected into the mold, and after the injection molding material is filled in the gap, it contacts the outer wall of the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the inner wall of the dynamic connector 32 for forming the connector through-hole 322; thirdly, the mold is demolded after the injection molding material solidifies to form the suspension portion 70, and at this time, the suspension portion 70 is integrally combined with the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32, and the suspension portion 70 has deformation capability.

[0118] In the attached Figures 15 to 19 In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention, the suspension portion 70 is made of rubber material and is integrally combined between the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32 through an injection molding process. The rubber material enables the suspension portion 70 to have deformation ability, so that in the first stage of rotating the eccentric wheel 21 in the clockwise direction, the eccentric wheel 21 pushes the dynamic connector 32 toward the direction close to the static connector 31 through the push rod 22, so that each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 can contact each of the static contacts 311 of the static connector 31, and in the first stage of rotating the eccentric wheel 21 in the clockwise direction, the eccentric wheel 21 pushes the dynamic connector 32 toward the direction close to the static connector 31, so that each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 can contact each of the static contacts 311 of the static connector 31. In the second stage of the eccentric wheel 21, the eccentric wheel 21 continues to apply force to the dynamic connector 32 through the push rod 22, so that the dynamic connector 32 has a tendency to continue to move forward and increase the pressure between each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 and each of the static contacts 311 of the static connector 31, so that each of the dynamic contacts 321 of the dynamic connector 32 and each of the static contacts 311 of the static connector 31 can maintain appropriate pressure to avoid the problem of virtual connection between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32, and in the second stage, the suspension part 70 can be deformed. It is worth mentioning that the deformation capacity of the suspension part 70 is related to the thickness size and material of the suspension part 70.

[0119] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 15 to 19 The push rod 22 has at least one push rod through hole 225, the extension direction of the push rod through hole 225 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the push rod 22, and the push rod through hole 225 is provided at the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22, wherein a part of the suspension portion 70 is formed in the push rod through hole 225 of the push rod 22, so that the suspension portion 70 can be prevented from falling off from the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22. It can be understood that since the suspension portion 70 is integrally combined between the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32 by the injection molding material, it is feasible that a part of the suspension portion 70 is formed in the push rod through hole 225 of the push rod 22.

[0120] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 15 to 19The dynamic connector 32 has at least one positioning groove 323, and a part of the suspension part 70 is formed in the positioning groove 323 of the dynamic connector 32, so that the suspension part 70 can avoid falling off from the dynamic connector 32. It can be understood that since the suspension part 70 is integrally combined between the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32 by the injection molding material, it is feasible that a part of the suspension part 70 is formed in the positioning groove 323 of the dynamic connector 32.

[0121] Preferably, the dynamic connector 32 has a positioning groove 323 on each of the opposite sides, and the push rod 22 has two push rod through holes 225. The position of the push rod through hole 225 on the left side of the push rod 22 corresponds to the position of the positioning groove 323 on the left side of the dynamic connector 32, and the position of the push rod through hole 225 on the right side of the push rod 22 corresponds to the position of the positioning groove 323 on the right side of the dynamic connector 32. In this way, the suspension portion 70 can be reliably maintained between the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22 and the dynamic connector 32.

[0122] Attached Figure 20 to Figure 22 A variation of the switch device of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. Figures 15 to 19 The switch arrangement shown is different in that Figure 20 to Figure 22 In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention shown, the dynamic connector 32 further has at least one retaining hole 324, and the retaining hole 324 passes through the opposite sides of the dynamic connector 32 to connect the two positioning grooves 323, wherein a portion of the suspension portion 70 is formed in the retaining hole 324 of the dynamic connector 32, so that the suspension portion 70 can avoid falling off from the mounting end 222 of the push rod 22.

[0123] Attached Fig.23 A variation of the switch device of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. Figures 1 to 14 The switch arrangement shown is different in that Fig.23In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention, the switch device further includes an isolating portion 80, which is deformably disposed in the receiving cavity 101 of the insulating housing 10, and the periphery of the isolating portion 80 is fixed to the insulating housing 10. For example, the isolating portion 80 may be made of rubber, and its periphery may be locked to the partition plate 117 of the bottom shell 11 of the insulating housing 10, and the middle of the isolating portion 80 corresponds to the partition plate groove 1171 of the partition plate 117 of the bottom shell 11, so that the middle of the isolating portion 80 is deformable. The push rod 22 includes a first rod body 226 and a second rod body 227, the first rod body 226 extends between the isolating portion 80 and the eccentric wheel 21, the second rod body 227 extends between the isolating portion 80 and the dynamic connector 32, and the position of the first rod body 226 corresponds to the position of the second rod body 227.

[0124] That is to say, in the attached Fig.23 In the specific example of the switch device of the present invention shown, the isolation part 80 physically isolates the first rod 226 and the second rod 227. In this way, when the switch device is in the on state, the eccentric wheel 21 and the first rod 226 are not charged, so as to improve the safety when operating the switch device. In addition, by isolating the first rod 226 and the second rod 227 through the isolation part 80, the switch device can no longer be equipped with the insulating pad 50.

[0125] Further, please refer to the attached Fig.23 , the isolating portion 80 has a first mounting cavity 81 and a second mounting cavity 82 on opposite sides, the position of the first mounting cavity 81 corresponds to the position of the second mounting cavity 82, wherein one end of the first rod 226 is mounted in the first mounting cavity 81 of the isolating portion 80, so that the first rod 226 can be reliably held between the isolating portion 80 and the eccentric wheel 21, wherein one end of the second rod 227 is mounted in the second mounting cavity 82 of the isolating portion 80, so that the second rod 227 can be reliably held between the isolating portion 80 and the dynamic connector 32. Optionally, in other examples of the switch device of the present invention, the isolating portion 80 can be integrally combined with the first rod 226 and the second rod 227, so that the first rod 226, the isolating portion 80 and the second rod 227 form a whole.

[0126] Preferably, in the attached Fig.23In this specific example of the switch device of the present invention shown, in addition to being able to physically isolate the first rod body 226 and the second rod body 227, the isolation portion 80 can separate the accommodating cavity 101 of the insulating shell 10 into two independent first end cavities 1011 and second end cavities 1012, that is, the first end cavity 1011 and the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10 are not connected, so that the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10 can be a sealed space, and external water vapor is prevented from entering the second end cavity 1012 of the insulating shell 10, thereby greatly slowing down the oxidation rate of the static contact 311 of the static connector 31 and the dynamic contact 321 of the dynamic connector 32, so as to improve the reliability of the switch device and extend the service life of the switch device.

[0127] Attached Fig.24 and Fig.25 A variation of the switch device of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. When the eccentric wheel 21 pushes the dynamic connector 32 through the push rod 22, each guide column 326 of the dynamic connector 32 extends into the avoidance groove 3111 of each static connector 31 respectively, and each connection float 327 is pushed after contacting the static contact 311 of each static connector 31 and further contacts the opposite ends of the connecting frame 325, thereby avoiding the problem of false connection between the dynamic connector 32 and the static connector 31, which makes the switch device of the present invention particularly suitable for large current electrical equipment and eliminates the safety hazards caused by false connection.

[0129] Preferably, continue to refer to the attached Fig.24 and Fig.25The switch device includes two suspension springs 40, each of which is respectively mounted on each guide column 326, and one end of the suspension spring 40 abuts against the connecting frame 325, and the other end abuts against the connecting float 327, so that the suspension spring 40 makes the connecting float 327 float relative to the connecting frame 325.

When the switch device switches from the on state to the off state and an arc is generated between the static connector 31 and the dynamic connector 32 , each magnet 92 of the arc extinguishing portion 90 is used to extinguish the arc to ensure safety.

[0131] It is worth mentioning that the manner in which the magnet 92 is arranged on the arc extinguishing frame 91 is not limited in the switch device of the present invention. Fig.29 and Fig.30 The arc extinguishing frame 91 has two magnet receiving grooves 912, and each of the magnets 92 is respectively received in each of the magnet receiving grooves 912 of the arc extinguishing frame 91, so as to set the magnets 92 on the arc extinguishing frame 91.
