The memory installed in the compressor (especially the vehicle air conditioner) has a small capacity so far, for example, it has not yet stored enough data on the operating status. As such, there is room for further improvement in the accuracy of abnormality detection for the compressor.

[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of an action recording system, a vehicle, an action recording method, and an action recording program according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011] (Structure of inverter circuit) Figure 1 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of an inverter circuit 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1 The structure is just an example and other structures may also be used.
[0012] A direct current voltage (DC voltage) is input to the inverter circuit 50. Then, for example, Figure 1 As shown, the DC voltage is input to the filter circuit 11. Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , the filter circuit 11 includes a reactor 12 connected in series and a capacitor (smoothing capacitor) 13 connected in parallel. The filter circuit 11 is a low pass filter (LPF).
[0013] The DC voltage is input to the buffer circuit 14. The buffer circuit 14 is a circuit for suppressing ringing generated in the switch. Figure 1 As shown, the snubber circuit 14 is an RC snubber circuit in which a resistor 15 and a capacitor 16 are directly connected to each other and an RC portion is connected in parallel.
[0014] Furthermore, the DC voltage is connected to the switch unit 17 via the buffer circuit 14. The switch unit 17 is a three-phase inverter circuit. Figure 1 As shown, the electric compressor is composed of six switching elements 18. The switching element 18 is, for example, an IGBT. A three-phase AC is generated by controlling each IGBT and outputted to a motor 19 of the electric compressor.
[0015] Each switching element 18 is controlled by a signal from a motor control circuit 21 to each control terminal. The motor control circuit 21 is controlled by a CPU 22. For example, the CPU 22 outputs a speed command of the motor 19 to the motor control circuit 21. The voltage from the low voltage input 24 is regulated by the power supply circuit 23 and supplied to the CPU 22.
[0016] like Figure 1 As shown, for example, the snubber circuit 14 and the switch unit 17 are configured on a power substrate (inverter substrate) 20 .
[0017] (Structure of the action recording system) The operation recording system 60 records various information of the inverter circuit 50 to detect abnormality of the inverter circuit 50 .
[0018] The motion recording system 60 is mounted on the electric compressor together with the inverter circuit 50, for example. That is, the electric compressor includes the motion recording system 60 and the motor 19. Moreover, the electric compressor is provided in the vehicle air conditioning system. That is, in the vehicle air conditioning system, the refrigerant is compressed by the electric compressor. Moreover, this vehicle air conditioning system is provided in the vehicle.
[0019] Figure 2 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a hardware configuration of an action recording system 60 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 As shown, the action recording system 60 is a so-called computer, and includes, for example, a CPU (CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT) 110, a memory 120, an external interface 140, and a communication interface 150. These components are connected to each other directly or indirectly via a bus, and cooperate with each other to execute various processes.
[0020] The CPU 110 executes various processes according to a program stored in the CPU 110 , for example.
[0021] The memory 120 is constituted by a memory such as an EEPROM, etc. For example, information from various sensors is stored in the memory 120 .
[0022] The external interface 140 is an interface for connecting to an external device. Examples of external devices include an external monitor, a USB memory, an external HDD, and the like. Figure 2 In the example shown, only one external interface is illustrated, but a plurality of external interfaces may be provided.
[0023] The communication interface 150 functions as an interface for connecting to a network to communicate with other devices and to transmit and receive information. For example, the communication interface 150 communicates with other devices by wire or wirelessly. As a vehicle, CAN or LIN is used. In addition, wireless communication may be used, such as BLUETOOTH (registered trademark), Wi-Fi, and communication using a dedicated communication protocol. As an example of wired communication, a wired LAN (LOCAL AREANETWORK: local area network) may be used.
[0024] For example, the device may include an input unit 160 and a display unit 170. The input unit 160 is, for example, a user interface for providing instructions, such as a keyboard, a mouse, or a touch pad. The display unit 170 is, for example, a liquid crystal display, an organic EL (ELECTROLUMINESCENCE: electroluminescence) display, etc. The display unit 170 may also be a touch panel display with a touch panel superimposed thereon.
[0025] Figure 3 is a functional block diagram showing the functions of the action recording system 60. Figure 3 As shown, the action recording system 60 includes an acquisition unit 61 , a recording processing unit 62 , a recording unit 63 , and an abnormality detection unit 64 .
[0026] The action recording system 60 is mounted on an electric compressor, for example, but the functions of each unit are not limited to being mounted on the electric compressor. For example, the acquisition unit 61 and the recording processing unit 62 may be mounted on the electric compressor, while the recording unit 63 may be provided in a device different from the electric compressor (for example, a server), or the abnormality detection unit 64 may be provided in a device different from the electric compressor (for example, a server), and the positions of each function may be concentrated in one device or distributed to multiple devices.
[0027] In this embodiment, the action recording system 60 may include the abnormality detection unit 64, but the abnormality detection unit 64 may be omitted. In this case, for example, an inspector or the like may extract and analyze the information recorded in the recording unit 63 to perform abnormality detection.
[0028] The acquisition unit 61 acquires at least one of the temperature information of a specified position in the inverter circuit 50, the voltage information of a specified position in the inverter circuit 50, and the current information of a specified position in the inverter circuit 50 as action information (abnormal reference information). The action information (abnormal reference information) is information used as a reference for abnormality detection. That is, the action information is action information related to the abnormality, specifically, the action information is temperature information, current information, and voltage information. Information other than the above may also be used as action information. For example, the rotation speed of the compressor may also be used.
[0029] The temperature information is at least one of the temperature of the switching element (IGBT) 18 in the inverter circuit 50, the temperature of the capacitor (especially the capacitor 13) in the inverter circuit 50, the temperature of the CPU 22 in the inverter circuit 50, and the temperature of other components that should be observed from a thermal point of view (components pre-set as objects).
[0030] The voltage information is at least one of a voltage applied to the switching element 18 in the inverter circuit 50 , a voltage applied to a capacitor (particularly, the capacitor 13 ) in the inverter circuit 50 , and a surge voltage generated in the inverter circuit 50 .
[0031] The current information is at least one of the current flowing to the switching element 18 in the inverter circuit 50 , the current flowing to the capacitor (particularly the capacitor 13 ) in the inverter circuit 50 , and the surge current generated in the inverter circuit 50 .
[0032] Surge voltage, for example, Figure 4 As a specific example, it is generated in the various parts shown. For example, it is a terminal for supplying DC voltage (positive terminal and negative (GND) terminal), wiring (positive side and negative (GND) side) of the output side of the buffer circuit 14 (input side of the switch unit 17), each three-phase wiring on the output side of the switch unit 17, control wiring of each switching element 18 (wiring from the motor control circuit 21 to the control terminal of each switching element 18), and wiring of the low voltage input 24. For example, the detection of surge voltage is performed in the above-mentioned terminals or wiring. The surge current is also the same as the surge voltage.
[0033] The recording unit 63 is a part capable of recording information. The recording unit 63 is, for example, a memory. The recording unit 63 is, for example, a memory pre-built into the electric compressor. However, the recording unit 63 is not limited to being built into the electric compressor, and may be, for example, provided in a device different from the electric compressor.
[0034] The recording processing unit 62 associates the action information with the time information and records the action information in a predetermined recording unit 63. That is, the recording processing unit 62 performs a process of recording the action information associated with the time information in the recording unit 63.
[0035] Specifically, in the recording processing unit 62, the action information and the time information related to the action information are recorded in association. The time information is, for example, at least one of continuous time, intermittent time and moment. The continuous time is the time during which the action information continuously satisfies the prescribed conditions. For example, the continuous time is the time during which the temperature information continuously becomes above the prescribed value. The intermittent time is the sum of the time during which the action information satisfies the prescribed conditions. Specifically, the intermittent time is the time obtained by summing the continuous time during which the action information satisfies the prescribed conditions within a prescribed period. For example, when the time during which the temperature information continuously becomes above the prescribed value within the prescribed period is T1 and T2, the intermittent time becomes T1+T2. The moment is the detection time of the action information. For example, a correspondence is established between the value detected as the temperature information and its moment. As the time information, it is also possible to use the accumulated operation time. The accumulated operation time (compressor operation time) is, for example, the accumulated time from the time of shipment from the factory.
[0036] When a correspondence is established between temperature information and time information, for example, the object of temperature information acquisition (for example, the temperature of the switching element 18) and the time when the temperature exceeds a certain threshold or the moment when the temperature exceeds a certain threshold are recorded. In this case, the amount of recorded data can be saved. It can also be set to record the value after time integration of the temperature value. As the object of temperature information acquisition, it is effective for abnormality detection to use a component that generates heat such as the switching element 18 or a component that is not heat-resistant and is pre-set as an object as an object. If the heating component is in a high temperature state for a long time, it can be determined as abnormal heating. If the temperature of a heat-sensitive component is high for a long time, it can be determined that the component is abnormal.
[0037] In the case of establishing a correspondence between voltage information and time information, for example, the object of voltage information acquisition (for example, the voltage of the switching element 18) and the time or moment when the voltage exceeds a certain threshold are recorded. In this case, the amount of recorded data can be saved. Alternatively, the value after time integration of the voltage value can be recorded.
[0038] When the current information is associated with the time information, for example, the object of the current information acquisition (for example, the current of the switch element 18) and the time or moment when the current exceeds a certain threshold are recorded. In this case, the amount of recorded data can be saved. Alternatively, the value after the time integration of the current value can be recorded.
[0039] In this way, in the recording processing unit 62, the action information and the time information are established in a corresponding relationship and recorded, so that by referring to the recorded information, abnormality detection can be performed with high accuracy. Regarding the recording, it is also possible to establish a corresponding relationship between the conditions, the surrounding information, the vehicle information, and the compressor information and record them. For example, regarding the recording, it is also possible to establish a corresponding relationship between the vehicle speed, the presence or absence of charging, the ambient temperature, the battery voltage, the compressor speed, the high pressure, the low pressure, etc. and record them.
[0040] The abnormality detection unit 64 performs abnormality detection based on the information recorded in the recording unit 63. Specifically, the abnormality detection unit 64 extracts the information of the recording unit 63 and performs abnormality detection on the inverter circuit 50. As abnormality detection, it can be set to detect that an abnormality has occurred, or it can be set to detect that although an abnormality has not occurred, there is a high possibility of an abnormality (a precursor of abnormality) (prediction of abnormality).
[0041] For example, when recording the object of temperature information acquisition (for example, the temperature of the switching element 18) and the time or moment when the temperature exceeds a certain threshold, when the total time of the temperature indicated by the temperature information being above the threshold becomes above the threshold, it is assumed that the high temperature state continues for a long time, and abnormality detection is performed. When recording the value after time integration of the temperature value, abnormality detection can be performed when the integrated value becomes above the threshold.
[0042] For example, when recording the object of voltage information acquisition (for example, the voltage of the switching element 18) and the time or moment when the voltage exceeds a certain threshold, when the total time of the voltage value indicated by the voltage information being above the threshold becomes above the threshold, it is assumed that the high voltage state continues for a long time, and thus abnormality detection is performed. When recording the value after time integration of the voltage value, abnormality detection can be performed when the integrated value becomes above the threshold.
[0043] For example, when recording the object of current information acquisition (for example, the current of the switching element 18) and the time or moment when the current exceeds a certain threshold, when the total time of the current value indicated by the current information being above the threshold becomes above the threshold, it is assumed that the high current state continues for a long time, and thus abnormality detection is performed. When recording the value after time integration of the current value, abnormality detection can be performed when the integrated value becomes above the threshold.
[0044] The abnormality detection unit 64 performs detection as described above to detect abnormality in the inverter circuit 50. The abnormality detection may output the degree of abnormality or the possibility of abnormality, or may output a flag when the degree of abnormality or the possibility of abnormality exceeds a predetermined value.
[0045] (Processing flow based on the action recording system) Next, refer to Figure 5 , an example of processing based on the above-mentioned action recording system 60 is described. Figure 5 This is a flowchart showing an example of a processing procedure according to the present embodiment. Figure 5 The process is, for example, repeatedly executed within a prescribed control cycle.
[0046] First, motion information is acquired (S101). Then, the motion information is associated with time information and recorded in the recording unit 63 (S102).
[0047] Then, abnormality detection is performed based on the information recorded in the recording unit 63 (S103). The abnormality detection in S103 may be omitted. In this case, for example, the recorded information may be extracted and analyzed by an analyst or the like.
[0048] As described above, according to the action recording system, vehicle, action recording method and action recording program involved in the present embodiment, in the electric compressor of the vehicle air conditioning system, at least one of the temperature information, voltage information and current information is recorded in advance as abnormality reference information, thereby effectively detecting or predicting abnormalities. That is, for example, it is possible to extract information recorded during periodic inspection and perform detailed inspection.
[0049] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the invention.
[0050] In the above embodiment, the case where the action information and the time information are established in correspondence and recorded is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, the recording processing unit 62 may be configured to record the abnormal reference information and the time information that can establish a correspondence relationship with the abnormal reference information in the prescribed recording unit 63. More specifically, the recording processing unit 62 may be configured to record the abnormal reference information and the time information associated with the abnormal reference information in the prescribed recording unit 63. For example, it can also be set as follows: when the inspector confirms the output signals of various sensors, abnormal noise, or defects detected by various sensors by some method, the information such as the operating time of the compressor at the time of confirmation (an example of "time information") is compared. In this case, when recording the action information ("abnormal reference information"), the action information and the time information are not associated with each other, but only the accumulated operating time from the time of factory shipment is counted. In addition, it can also be set as follows: when the action information is recorded, the accumulated operating time at the recording time is obtained, and it is estimated that the time when the action information is recorded is near the accumulated operating time. In this example, a notification mechanism may be provided to notify an inspector or the like that the action information is recorded. A configuration may be provided to indirectly notify an inspector or the like through abnormality detection from other equipment connected to the compressor. It may also be provided to only perform regular inspections. The notification mechanism is not necessarily provided, and it may be provided to "establish a correspondence relationship" between the action information and the time information by other methods within the scope of the invention.
