Abstract
The invention relates to an esophageal squamous cell carcinoma rapid detection system based on a near infrared spectrum technology and water spectrum omics and a working method thereof, and the system comprises a spectrum collection unit which is used for collecting a near infrared spectrum of a to-be-detected plasma sample and obtaining spectrum data; the spectrum preprocessing unit is used for preprocessing the near infrared spectrum of the to-be-detected plasma sample and eliminating the influence of instrument noise and environmental change on the spectrum; the spectral data analysis unit is used for carrying out waveband selection, principal component analysis and partial least square discriminant analysis on the near infrared spectral data and identifying a wavelength with a high contribution degree; and the water spectrum omics unit is used for selecting 12 characteristic wavelengths by combining spectral data analysis and a water spectrum omics principle, establishing a water absorption spectrum mode pattern for spectral data at the characteristic wavelengths, and carrying out rapid detection by characterizing a water species structure change rule in the plasma of the esophageal squamous carcinoma patient. The method has good practical application and reference value for large-scale screening of cancers.
