Surgical anchor

Abstract

The surgical anchor comprises a shell and an inner core, the outer portion of the shell is sequentially provided with a spine strip, a barb outlet and an expansion structure from outside to inside from the interior of a bone bed, the interior of the shell is hollow, and an internal thread is arranged in the portion, at the spine strip section, of the shell; the inner core is provided with an external thread which is matched with the internal thread of the shell to realize the movement of the inner core in the shell, the inner core is provided with a barb which moves in the shell and extends out of the barb outlet, and the end part of the inner core is provided with a nail point which is driven into a bone bed; the nail point is provided with a clamping table which enables the inner core to move in the shell to pull the end of the shell to enable the expansion structure to expand outwards, a wire hole is formed in the inner core close to the clamping table end, and a wire groove communicated to the wire hole from the longitudinal edge of the external thread is formed in the outer side of the inner core.
