[0035] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The described embodiments should not be regarded as limiting the present application. All other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the field without making creative work are within the scope of protection of this application.
[0036] In the following description, reference is made to “some embodiments”, which describe a subset of all possible embodiments, but it will be understood that “some embodiments” may be the same subset or different subsets of all possible embodiments and may be combined with each other without conflict.
[0037] In the following description, the terms "first\second\third" involved are merely used to distinguish similar objects and do not represent a specific ordering of the objects. It can be understood that "first\second\third" can be interchanged with a specific order or sequence where permitted, so that the embodiments of the present application described herein can be implemented in an order other than that illustrated or described herein.
[0038] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as those commonly understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs. The terms used herein are only for the purpose of describing the embodiments of this application and are not intended to limit this application.
[0039] Before further describing the embodiments of the present application in detail, the nouns and terms involved in the embodiments of the present application are explained. The nouns and terms involved in the embodiments of the present application are subject to the following interpretations.
[0040] 1) In response, it is used to indicate the conditions or states on which the executed operations depend. When the dependent conditions or states are met, one or more operations executed may be in real time or have a set delay. Unless otherwise specified, there is no restriction on the order in which the multiple operations executed are executed.
[0041] 2) Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the theory, method, technology and application system that uses digital computers or machines controlled by digital computers to simulate, extend and expand human intelligence, perceive the environment, acquire knowledge and use knowledge to obtain the best results. In other words, artificial intelligence is a comprehensive technology in computer science that attempts to understand the essence of intelligence and produce a new intelligent machine that can respond in a similar way to human intelligence. Artificial intelligence is to study the design principles and implementation methods of various intelligent machines so that machines have the functions of perception, reasoning and decision-making.
[0042] 3) Address segmentation algorithm, which segments the address information including multiple addresses to obtain multiple addresses. For example, for Amber County at No. 20 Xiguan Roundabout, during the recognition process, "Amber County" is "No. 20 Xiguan Road", but after segmentation, it becomes "Xiguan Roundabout", "No. 20", and "Amber County". The three positioning targets are comprehensively judged and positioned (range calculation) to achieve accurate target matching.
[0043] 4) Main and sub-point identification service: For specific types of data such as residential areas, hospitals, commercial buildings, shopping places, etc., the name is judged by the short dash "-" in the name and the name before the "digital house number" to locate the main point name and avoid interference from specific main points.
[0044] 5) Point of Interest (POI). In a geographic information system, a POI can be a recognizable building (such as a house), an area (such as a city), a landscape (such as a tourist attraction), and a third-party service entity (such as a store, restaurant, or accommodation).
[0045] 6) Navigation, which is used to instruct and guide a device from a starting point to a destination based on a target mode of transportation, such as walking, cycling, driving, public transportation, or online car-hailing, where the device is held by the user.
[0046] 7) Administrative region: used to indicate the regional divisions implemented for hierarchical management, which can be provinces, cities, districts, streets, buildings, etc.

[0061] In some embodiments, the device provided in the embodiments of the present application can be implemented in software. Figure 2A map display device 455 stored in the memory 450 is shown, which may be software in the form of a program or a plug-in, and includes the following software modules: an acquisition module 4551, a comparison module 4552, a first determination module 4553, a second determination module 4554, and a display module 4555. These modules are logical, and thus may be arbitrarily combined or further split according to the functions implemented. The functions of each module will be described below.
[0062] In other embodiments, the device provided in the embodiments of the present application can be implemented in hardware. As an example, the map display device provided in the embodiments of the present application can be a processor in the form of a hardware decoding processor, which is programmed to execute the map display method provided in the embodiments of the present application. For example, the processor in the form of a hardware decoding processor can adopt one or more application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), DSPs, programmable logic devices (PLDs), complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) or other electronic components.
[0063] In some embodiments, the terminal or server can implement the map display method provided in the embodiments of the present application by running a computer program. For example, the computer program can be a native program or software module in the operating system; it can be a native application (APP, Application), that is, a program that needs to be installed in the operating system to run, such as an instant messaging APP, a web browser APP; it can also be a small program, that is, a program that only needs to be downloaded to a browser environment to run; it can also be a small program that can be embedded in any APP. In short, the above-mentioned computer program can be an application, module or plug-in in any form.
[0064] Based on the above description of the map display system and electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application, the map display method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below. In actual implementation, the map display method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be implemented by the terminal or the server alone, or by the terminal and the server in collaboration, so that Figure 1 The terminal 400 in the embodiment of the present application alone executes the map display method provided in the embodiment of the present application as an example for explanation. Figure 3 , Figure 3 is a flowchart of a map display method provided in an embodiment of the present application, which will be combined with Figure 3 The steps shown are explained.
[0065] Step 101: The terminal obtains object information of each area from at least two information sources for at least one area in a map, where the object information is used to indicate the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding area.
[0066] In actual implementation, the terminal first obtains at least two information sources, and then obtains the object information of each area based on the at least two information sources. Here, there are many ways to obtain at least two information sources. The at least two information sources can be pre-stored locally in the terminal or obtained from the outside world (such as the Internet).
[0067] It should be noted that the region can indicate an administrative region, and the target attributes can be used to indicate tourism attributes, disease attributes, etc. For example, objects with tourism attributes in the corresponding region indicate tourists in the corresponding region, and objects with disease attributes in the corresponding region indicate patients suffering from the target disease in the corresponding region. Therefore, the object information is used to indicate the number of tourists in the corresponding region, or the number of patients suffering from the target disease.
[0068] In actual implementation, at least two information sources include a first information source and a second information source, and both the first information source and the second information source can be information sets released by news release agencies, wherein the administrative levels of the news release agencies corresponding to the first information source and the second information source are different, and the administrative level of the news release agency corresponding to the first information source is higher than the administrative level of the news release agency corresponding to the second information source; here, the administrative level of the news release agency is used to indicate the credibility of the information released by the corresponding news release agency, and the administrative level of the news release agency is positively correlated with the credibility of the information released, that is, the higher the administrative level of the news release agency, the higher the credibility of the information released by the corresponding news release agency, for example, the administrative level of the news release agency corresponding to the first information source is the highest administrative level, and the administrative level of the news release agency corresponding to the second information source is lower than the highest administrative level. Based on this, the process of obtaining object information of each area from at least two information sources can be to obtain the first object information of each area from the first information source, and obtain the second object information of each area from the second information source.
[0069] It should be noted that the first object information is used to indicate the object information obtained from the first information source, and the second object information is used to indicate the object information obtained from the second information source. Next, the process of obtaining the first object information from the first information source and the process of obtaining the second object information from the second information source are described respectively.
[0070] In some embodiments, the process of obtaining the first object information of each area from the first information source may be: obtaining first information associated with the target attribute from the first information source, the first information recording at least one area and the first object information of each area; parsing the first information to obtain at least one area and the first object information of each area.
[0071] It should be noted that the first information is used to indicate information associated with the target attribute in at least one area. For example, when the target attribute is a tourism attribute, the first information may be relevant tourism information for at least one area in the first information source. When the target attribute is a disease attribute, the first information may be relevant disease information involving the target disease in at least one area in the first information source. Here, for the process of parsing the first information to obtain at least one area and the first object information of each area, exemplarily, when the target attribute is a tourism attribute, the relevant tourism information is parsed to obtain at least one area associated with the relevant tourism information and the number of tourists in each area; when the target attribute is a disease attribute, the relevant disease information is parsed to obtain at least one area associated with the relevant disease information and the number of patients suffering from the target disease in each area.
[0072] In some embodiments, different areas correspond to different priorities, and there is a corresponding relationship between the priority and the frequency of obtaining the first object information; thus, the process of obtaining the first object information of each area from the first information source may be to obtain the priority corresponding to each area, and based on the priority, determine the frequency of obtaining the first object information of each area; based on the frequency of obtaining the first object information of each area, obtain the first object information of each area from the first information source.
[0073] It should be noted that the priority of the region can be pre-set or determined based on the historical object information of each region. The process of determining the priority of the region based on the historical object information of each region will be described in detail later. For example, the acquisition frequency of the first object information of each region can be one hour or one day. Here, based on the acquisition frequency of the first object information of each region, the first object information of each region is periodically acquired from the first information source based on the acquisition frequency.
[0074] In some embodiments, after obtaining the first information associated with the target attribute from the first information source, the location information in the first information can also be standardized to obtain the first information including standard location information, wherein the location information is used to indicate the location of the object in the first information, and the standard location information includes at least one area; thus, the process of parsing the first information to obtain at least one area and the first object information of each area can be to parse the standard location information to obtain at least one area included in the standard location information, and for each area, parse the information in the first information except the standard location information to obtain the first object information of the area.
[0075] It should be noted that the location information used to indicate the location of the object in the first information can also indicate an area, and the location information is standardized, that is, the area name of the area indicated by the location information is standardized and supplemented. Exemplarily, when the location information is County C, the location information is standardized, that is, normalized and supplemented, that is, supplemented with "province", "city", etc. For example, County C is standardized to obtain County C, Province A, City B, etc.
[0076] In other embodiments, the process of obtaining the second object information of each area from the second information source may be: obtaining a target keyword, where the target keyword is associated with a target attribute; based on the target keyword, filtering the information in the second information source to obtain second information containing the target keyword, wherein the second information records at least one area and the second object information of each area; parsing the second information to obtain at least one area included in the second information and the second object information of each area.
[0077] It should be noted that the target keywords here are pre-set, for example, by splitting tweets or news titles, refining keywords corresponding to each target attribute, and forming a keyword thesaurus, so as to continuously iterate various new words for re-screening effective second information. Here, when the target attribute is a tourism attribute, the keywords include high tourist number area, medium tourist number area, etc.
[0078] In some embodiments, as described above, different areas correspond to different priorities, and there is a corresponding relationship between the priority and the frequency of obtaining the first object information; thus, the process of obtaining the second object information of each area from the second information source can also be to obtain the priority corresponding to each area, and based on the priority, determine the frequency of obtaining the second object information for each area; based on the frequency of obtaining the second object information for each area, obtain the second object information of each area from the second information source.
[0079] In some embodiments, the second object information can also be obtained based on the information extraction template. Specifically, the process of obtaining the second object information of each area from the second information source can be to obtain the information extraction template corresponding to the second information source, the information extraction template includes a sub-template corresponding to the name information of each area, and a sub-template corresponding to the quantity information of the objects with target attributes in each area; based on the information extraction template, the information in the second information source is extracted to obtain the second object information of each area. Exemplarily, when the target attribute is a tourism attribute, the quantity information can be represented by the information of the number of tourists, see Figure 4 , Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of an information extraction template provided in an embodiment of the present application, based on Figure 4 , (.*) is a sub-template corresponding to the name information of each area, and (high number of tourists | low number of tourists | medium number of tourists)[region] is a sub-template corresponding to the number information of objects with target attributes in each area.
[0080] In some embodiments, after the information in the second information source is filtered based on the target keyword to obtain the second information containing the target keyword, the location information in the second information can also be standardized to obtain the second information including standard location information, wherein the location information is used to indicate the location of the object in the second information, and the standard location information includes at least one area; thus, the process of parsing the second information to obtain at least one area included in the second information and the second object information of each area can be to parse the standard location information to obtain at least one area included in the standard location information, and for each area, parse the information in the second information except the standard location information to obtain the second object information of the area.
[0081] It should be noted that the location information used to indicate the location of the object in the second information can also indicate an area, and the location information is standardized, that is, the area name of the area indicated by the location information is standardized and completed. Exemplarily, when the second information is news and there is no address information in the news, at this time, the place where the second information is posted, that is, the location information, can be determined as XX by the news publisher, so that the location information is standardized, that is, normalized and completed, and the B district of City A is obtained.
[0082] In some embodiments, as described above, different areas correspond to different priorities, so that at least one area in the targeted map can be determined based on the priority. Specifically, at least one candidate area is selected from the map; the priority of each candidate area is obtained; based on the priority of each candidate area, a candidate area with a priority higher than the target priority is selected from at least one candidate area as the area.
[0083] It should be noted that the target priority is pre-set, so that based on the priority of each candidate area, a candidate area with a high priority is selected as the area. Here, as mentioned above, the priority of each candidate area can be pre-set or determined based on the historical object information of each candidate area. Specifically, the process of obtaining the priority of each candidate area includes obtaining the historical object information of each candidate area; determining the priority of each candidate area based on the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding candidate area indicated by each historical object information; wherein the priority of the candidate area is positively correlated with the number of objects with target attributes in the candidate area, and the historical object information is used to indicate the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding area that have been recorded before obtaining the object information.
[0084] It should be noted that the number of objects with target attributes in the recorded corresponding area before obtaining the object information is based on the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding area obtained last time before obtaining the object information. For example, when the acquisition frequency is one hour, the historical object information is the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding area obtained one hour ago. At the same time, the more objects with target attributes in the candidate area, the higher the priority of the candidate area.
[0085] Step 102, obtaining historical object information of each area from at least two information sources, and for each area, comparing the object information obtained from each information source with the historical object information obtained from the corresponding information source to obtain multiple comparison results; wherein the historical object information is used to indicate the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding area that have been recorded before the object information is obtained.
[0086] It should be noted that the historical object information is used to indicate the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding area that were last acquired before the object information was acquired. For example, when the acquisition frequency is one hour, the historical object information is the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding area acquired one hour ago.
[0087] In some embodiments, as described above, the at least two information sources include a first information source and a second information source. Based on this, the process of obtaining the historical object information of each region from the at least two information sources may be to obtain the historical first object information of each region from the first information source and to obtain the historical second object information of each region from the second information source. Here, the historical first object information is used to indicate the historical object information obtained from the first information source, and the historical second object information is used to indicate the historical object information obtained from the second information source.
[0088] In actual implementation, the object information obtained from each information source is compared with the historical object information obtained from the corresponding information source to obtain multiple comparison results. The comparison process here is used to determine whether the object information of each area has changed compared with the corresponding historical object information.
[0089] In some embodiments, for each of the areas, the object information obtained from each information source is compared with the historical object information obtained from the corresponding information source to obtain multiple comparison results. The process may be that, for each area, the first object information is compared with the historical first object information to obtain a first comparison result, and the second object information is compared with the historical second object information to obtain a second comparison result.
[0090] It should be noted that the first comparison result here is used to indicate whether the first object information of each area has changed compared with the corresponding historical first object information, and the second comparison result is used to indicate whether the second object information of each area has changed compared with the corresponding historical second object information.
[0091] Step 103: determining a target region in at least one region based on the multiple comparison results, where the target region is a region where the object information changes.
[0092] In actual implementation, the process of determining the target area in at least one area based on multiple comparison results may be: selecting a target comparison result from multiple comparison results, where the target comparison result is used to indicate that the corresponding object information has changed compared to the historical object information; and selecting an area corresponding to the target comparison result from at least one area as the target area.
[0093] It should be noted that when the object information of an area changes compared to the historical object information, it will be re-displayed on the map. Therefore, from multiple comparison results, the target comparison result whose corresponding object information has changed compared to the historical object information is selected, and then the area corresponding to the target comparison result is selected from at least one area as the target area to display the target area on the map.
[0094] In some embodiments, as described above, for each area, the first object information is compared with the historical first object information to obtain a first comparison result, and the second object information is compared with the historical second object information to obtain a second comparison result. Based on this, the process of determining the target area in at least one area based on multiple comparison results may be to determine the target area in at least one area based on the first comparison result corresponding to each area and the second comparison result corresponding to each area.
[0095] It should be noted that, since the determination process of the first comparison result and the second comparison result are different, therefore, for the same region, when the change result indicated by the first comparison result is different from the change result indicated by the second comparison result, since the first comparison result is determined based on the information in the first information source, the priority of the first comparison result is higher than that of the second comparison result. Specifically, the process of determining the target region in at least one region based on the first comparison result corresponding to each region and the second comparison result corresponding to each region may be, for each region, when the change result indicated by the first comparison result is different from the change result indicated by the second comparison result, the first comparison result is determined as the target comparison result of the corresponding region, and based on the target comparison result, the target region is selected from at least one region, the target region being the region where the first object information has changed compared to the corresponding historical first object information. Exemplarily, for region A, when the first comparison result indicates a change and the second comparison result indicates no change, the first comparison result is determined as the target comparison result of region A, and based on the target comparison result, the target region is selected from at least one region.
[0096] Step 104 : determining a target display style of the target area based on the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area, where the target display style corresponds to the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area.
[0097] In actual implementation, the target display style corresponds to the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area, and is preset. The target display style can indicate the display color of the area or display symbol, logo, etc. For example, when the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area is 100, the corresponding target display style is yellow, that is, the target area is displayed in yellow on the map; when the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area is 10, the corresponding target display style is green, that is, the target area is displayed in green on the map; when the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area is 1000, the corresponding target display style is red, that is, the target area is displayed in red on the map.
[0098] Step 105: Display the target area in the map using a target display style.
[0099] In actual implementation, after determining the target display style of the target area, you can use the target display style to display the target area in the map. Figure 5 , Figure 5 is a process flow chart of displaying a target area in a map using a target display style provided by an embodiment of the present application, based on Figure 5 , step 105 can be implemented by the following steps.
[0100] Step 1051, based on the map, locate the target area to obtain the target location area of the target area in the map.
[0101] In actual implementation, there are many processes for locating the target area based on the map to obtain the target position area of the target area in the map. Next, taking two of them as examples, the process of locating the target area based on the map to obtain the target position area of the target area in the map is explained.
[0102] In some embodiments, the process of locating the target area based on the map and obtaining the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map may be: obtaining multiple location information from a location information library; matching each location information with the target area respectively to obtain a matching result; when the matching result indicates that the location information matches the target area, obtaining an identifier of the location information, the identifier is used to indicate the location area corresponding to the location information in the map; obtaining the location area indicated by the identifier, and determining the location area as the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map.
[0103] It should be noted that the location information database here is a location information database determined through historical manual review or device review and includes multiple location information, and the location information here is used to indicate the area of an object having at least one target attribute.
[0104] In actual implementation, for the process of matching each location information with the target area respectively to obtain the matching result, the matching process here can be fuzzy matching or precise matching. Specifically, for the process of matching each location information with the target area respectively to obtain the matching result, the name of the target area can be split, and the split parts such as "address house number" and "non-address house number" are independently matched. In the matching process, the existing area in the map, that is, the range of the location information, is pulled, and the coordinates of the matched data are verified to determine whether it exists inside the existing area. When it exists inside the existing area, it is determined that the location information matches the target area, so as to achieve precise matching of the target point; and for the precise matching process, the name of the existing area in the map, that is, the location information, is pulled during the matching process through text comparison, and the name is matched with the name of the target area. When the matching result indicates that the names are exactly the same, such as the names of the provinces, cities and districts are exactly the same, or the similarity reaches the similarity threshold, it is determined that the location information matches the target area.
[0105] In actual implementation, when the matching result represents that the location information matches the target area, the process of obtaining the identifier of the location information is as follows. The identifier here is used to indicate the position of the corresponding location information on the map during the historical record matching process. Therefore, when the location information matches the target area, the identifier of the location information is directly obtained to determine the location area indicated by the identifier and the location area as the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map.
[0106] It should be noted that when the matching result indicates that the location information does not match the target area, multiple location areas included in the map are obtained; each location area is matched with the target area to obtain a matching result; when the matching result indicates that the location area matches the target area, the location area is determined as the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map. Here, the process of obtaining multiple location areas included in the map; each location area is matched with the target area to obtain a matching result; when the matching result indicates that the location area matches the target area, the location area is determined as the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map will be described in detail in another embodiment.
[0107] In other embodiments, the process of locating the target area based on the map and obtaining the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map may be to obtain multiple location areas included in the map; match each location area with the target area respectively to obtain a matching result; when the matching result indicates that the location area matches the target area, the location area is determined as the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map.
[0108] In actual implementation, each location area is matched with the target area separately. Before obtaining the matching result, the area name of the target area can also be preprocessed, such as full-width and half-width conversion, name formatting (standardizing the format content to effectively adapt to each search API interface), invalid text deletion (continuously trained invalid text extraction), etc., so that the matching efficiency and accuracy can be effectively improved through the preprocessed standardized text.
[0109] In actual implementation, each location area is matched with the target area respectively to obtain a matching result. Each location area is matched with the target area respectively to obtain a matching result. When the matching result indicates that the similarity between the location area and the target area reaches a similarity threshold, the location area is determined as the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map. Alternatively, the name of the target area is subjected to at least one of address segmentation and primary and secondary point identification to obtain at least one target name of the target area. Thus, at least one target name of the target area is matched with the location area. When the matching result indicates that the similarity between the location area and any one of the at least one target name reaches a similarity threshold, the corresponding location area is determined as the target location area corresponding to the target area in the map.
[0110] It should be noted that when the similarity between the location area represented by the matching result and any one of the at least one target name does not reach the similarity threshold, the target coordinates of the target area are calculated, and the target coordinates are matched with the coordinates in the map to determine the target location area corresponding to the target area on the map.
[0111] Step 1052: In the target location area in the map, the target area is displayed using a target display style.
[0112] In actual implementation, after determining the target location area corresponding to the target area on the map, that is, in the target location area in the map, the target area is displayed using a target display style.
[0113] In some embodiments, it is also possible to display at least one area in a map, the at least one area corresponds to at least one display style, and the display style corresponds to the number of objects indicated by the object information of the corresponding area; receive a zoom-in operation for a reference area among multiple areas, and the zoom-in operation is used to enlarge the display ratio of the reference area in the map; wherein the reference area is any one of the multiple areas; in response to the zoom-in operation, display at least one point of interest in the reference area in at least one display style, and the display style corresponds to the number of objects with target attributes in the corresponding point of interest.
[0114] In actual implementation, a scaling-down operation for at least one reference area among the multiple areas may also be received, and the scaling-down operation is used to reduce the display ratio of the area in the map; wherein the reference area is any one of the multiple areas; in response to the scaling-down operation, at least one reference area is merged, and the target reference area is displayed in at least one display style, the target reference area is obtained by merging at least one reference area, and the display style of the target reference area corresponds to the number of objects of the target attribute in the target reference area. Here, the number of objects of the target attribute in the target reference area is the sum of the number of objects of the target attribute in at least one reference area to be merged.
[0115] It should be noted that when the user zooms in or out of the map, he can view the names of specific areas within the range, such as communities, cafes and restaurants, and next to the corresponding names, the number of objects with target attributes in the area are marked with red, yellow, green colors and patterns, that is, the target area is displayed in the target display style.
[0116] In some embodiments, in a map, after displaying a target area using a target display style, at least one function control corresponding to the target area can also be displayed in response to a trigger operation on the target area in the map; the function control is used to trigger a target function of the corresponding target area, and different function controls correspond to different target functions.
[0117] Here, the functional control is one of the following controls: navigation control, car booking control, sharing control, and area association control; among them, the navigation control is used to navigate the map to the target area with the target area as the destination; the car booking control is used to book an online car with the trip destination as the target area; the area association control is used to display other areas within the target range with the target area as the center; the sharing control is used to share the target area.
[0118] It should be noted that the target range can be pre-set, such as 500 meters, and other areas can be points of interest of the same type or associated with the target area, such as areas with the same number of objects with target attributes, or can also be arbitrary areas regardless of whether they are constructed, etc. The types of other areas are not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The sharing target area is used to indicate that the target area is shared with other objects. The navigation control is used to display multiple routes to the target area based on different modes of transportation with the target area as the destination.
[0119] In some embodiments, the function control also includes a route control and a collection. When the function control includes a route control, the navigation control here is used to indicate driving to the target area with the target area as the destination through map navigation, while the route control is used to display multiple routes to the target area with the target area as the destination according to different transportation modes; and the collection control is used to collect the target area, and the collection here refers to recording the target area for the next query. In addition, in addition to the function control, the associated information of the target point of interest can also be displayed, wherein the associated information includes at least one of the name of the target area, geographical information, distance from the target object, and information about surrounding transportation facilities.
[0120] For example, see Figure 6 , Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the functional control and the associated information of the target area provided in the embodiment of the present application, based on Figure 6 In response to a trigger operation to a target area as indicated by a dotted box 601 , six functional controls corresponding to the target area as indicated by a dotted box 603 and associated information of the target area as indicated by a dotted box 602 are displayed.
[0121] In some embodiments, the target area includes at least two administrative sub-areas; after determining the target area in at least one area based on multiple comparison results, it is also possible to obtain the area name of the target area indicated by the object information corresponding to the target area; split the area name to obtain the administrative sub-area names corresponding to each administrative sub-area; for example, use common splitting rule symbols such as ",","-",";", etc. to split the area name to obtain the administrative sub-area names corresponding to each administrative sub-area; for example, "No. 41, No. 79-8, Lakeside Village" is split to obtain "No. 41, Lakeside Village" and "No. 79-8, Lakeside Village", and the comma "," is used for splitting.
[0122] In actual implementation, it is detected whether the name after the split is associated with object information. If not, the target object information is added to the administrative sub-region name. The target object information is the object information associated with another administrative sub-region name. The association here is used to indicate whether there is object information before and after the administrative sub-region name. Therefore, the process of determining the target display style of the target region based on the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target region can be to determine the target display style of each administrative sub-region based on the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target region; and the process of displaying the target region in the map using the target display style can be to display the corresponding administrative sub-region in the map using each target display style.
[0123] By applying the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, for at least one area in a map, object information of each area and historical object information of each area are obtained from at least two information sources, and for each area, the object information obtained from each information source is compared with the historical object information obtained from the corresponding information source, so as to determine the target area where the object information in at least one area has changed based on multiple comparison results, and finally determine the target display style of the target area based on the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area, and display the target area in the map using the target display style. In this way, by obtaining different object information from different information sources, and then comparing the object information with the historical object information obtained from the corresponding information source, the target area where the object information has changed is determined based on the comparison results, and then the target area is displayed using the target display style corresponding to the object information of the target area, so as to display the area in the map based on the comprehensive object information of each area obtained, thereby improving the accuracy of the display of object information in different areas of the map.
[0124] The following is an explanation of an exemplary application of the embodiments of the present application in a practical application scenario.
[0125] In the related art, when displaying the corresponding area on the map based on the number of tourists in each area on the map, the algorithm can be used to identify the number of tourists in each area in the web news content, and the web information can be extracted in a standardized format by using crawlers, and the number of tourists in each area can be displayed on the map by developing a third-party web page by calling the map API interface, so that users can view the number of tourists in the corresponding area on the map. However, the method of obtaining the number of tourists in each area by relying solely on web news content is too simple, and the data acquisition is incomplete, resulting in low accuracy in the display of object information in different areas of the map.
[0126] Based on this, the embodiment of the present application uses a method based on automatic matching and online uploading of news information in each region, applies existing functions such as news capture and text matching, combines text differentiation, map retrieval target matching, address resolution to calculate coordinates, automatic data update, map entity annotation and other solutions, compares and differentiates the various types of captured news, interactively annotates the differential information with the map database, and applies it to map products, ultimately realizing automatic real-time updates and clearly annotated tourist maps of the area, which are widely used in travel for various types of users.
[0127] Next, the present application scheme is explained from the product side. The invention of the present application is applied as follows: map tourist area display area marking, when the user opens the map, in response to the display instruction for the object, the tourist area (area) and color rendering around the user are automatically displayed. When the user zooms in or out, the specific tourist area name within the range can be viewed, and the words such as high number of tourists, medium number of tourists, and low number of tourists are marked next to the corresponding name, and marked with red, yellow, green colors and patterns.
[0128] Next, the present application is described from a technical perspective. The present application includes two methods of acquiring data, one is acquiring from a first information source, and the other is acquiring from a second information source.
[0129] For the process of obtaining data from the first information source, the main source of data obtained in this solution is the data in the first information source. Through the tourism areas (regions) across the country publicly released by the publishing agency of the first information source, dynamic updates are performed to achieve the update of the national tourist quantity data (regional object information). Figure 7 , Figure 7 is a flowchart of a process of obtaining and processing data from a first information source provided by an embodiment of the present application, based on Figure 7, the process of obtaining and processing data from the first information source is realized through steps 701 to 709. Specifically, first, frequency analysis and data analysis planning are performed. Specifically, in the data released by the publishing agency of the first information source, there are many formats that are not standardized, or the "province and city" and other division information are missing. At the same time, in terms of update frequency, due to the inconsistent release time of the number of tourists in various places, it is difficult to confirm the update frequency during the actual update of the first information source. Through long-term analysis of the time frequency of data updates in the first information source, an effective data acquisition rule is formulated to achieve online within 3 hours after the publishing agency of the first information source releases the data. In terms of data analysis, according to the compilation directory of the publishing agency of the first information source for various places, the "province and city" division acquisition method is completed, and then the names of some provinces and cities are standardized (standardized), including the completion of the names. Then, the city (region) preferential processing model is based on the dynamic change model set by the city tourist level, key city ranking, and total number of visits to the tourist area. The model controls the processing sorting of cities to give priority to tourists in key cities. Next, the design and improvement of small batch libraries and large batch libraries. Since the publishing agency of the first information source updates data quickly and frequently, in the process of data acquisition and reference services, in order to ensure service stability and high timeliness of processing, large and small inventories are set. The small inventory dynamically updates the data of the first information source in real time, and introduces it into the automated service in real time to achieve real-time data up and down. The large inventory is updated at the daily level, and further updates the full amount of data that occurs throughout the day. Since the automated matching process is iteratively updated in real time, the small batch library uses the data that failed to be automated, and can be automatically processed when applied in large batches. Then, differential statistics and dynamic merging are performed. Differential statistics include verifying the update of each batch of data to avoid repeated update data, and daily differential large batch libraries to ensure that there is no repeated acquisition of tourist areas; while dynamic merging is for the "change tourist area" published in the first information source. Since the publishing agency of the first information source processes the changed data by directly deleting it and then republishing it, in the acquisition process, the data republished by the publishing agency of the first information source after deletion is identified, and it is acquired and merged into a single piece of data and marked as "change" to avoid repeated review or cost waste of calling services. Finally, the automatic matching process will be explained below.
[0130] For the process of obtaining information from the second source, this solution uses tweet analysis, daily app and real-time detection of news from key tourist cities, including real-time acquisition and analysis of tweets from various places, training model samples to obtain core keywords, screening out news articles with high confidence, and refining the information of the article content using news rules, and using other services to achieve automatic update of data. Figure 8 , Figure 8is a flowchart of a process of obtaining and processing data from a second information source provided by an embodiment of the present application, based on Figure 8 , the process of obtaining and processing data from the second information source is implemented through steps 801 to 809. Specifically, first, the news released by the publishing agencies of various second information sources is obtained, and the news is pushed and stored in the training library. Reasonable thresholds are formulated for refining the data analysis time and process processing time, so that the information of various tourist areas can be put online as quickly as possible. Then the keyword sample training of the number of tourists is carried out. Specifically, by splitting tweets or news titles, the core keywords of the tourist areas are extracted, and a keyword library (keyword thesaurus) is formed. Various new words are continuously iterated to extract effective tourist news. Core keywords include "medium tourist number area, high tourist number area", etc. Next, the length of tourism news is extracted, and the news of effective tourist areas is screened through the keyword library obtained through training. Then, the tourism news rules are refined (information extraction template), and the structure within the news is split and refined using the rule logic of news splitting. The specific refined structure is as follows: Figure 4 Specifically, the news content is structured for information extraction, and feedback is provided to reflect whether there is entity information (region). If there is no entity information on the number of tourists during the extraction process, manual interpretation will be performed to manually extract the information on the number of tourists in the news, and at the same time, the keywords are recorded in the keyword library and the news extraction rules to improve the extraction method. Next, the data positioning information (standardization) is supplemented, that is, the province, city and district are marked in combination with part of the address information of the published news. Specifically, the map API retrieval interface can be called according to the street name or road name in the news itself to obtain the district information of the target street and road; or if there is no address information in the news, the address can be confirmed through the name introduction information of the news itself. For example, if the publisher "XX" publishes tourism area information, "City A-District B" is located according to the publisher's introduction information, and the district positioning is supplemented for the subsequent implementation of data automatic matching rules. Then, the historical database is verified and maintained. Specifically, in the case of multiple users in the news release, there are a lot of duplicate news in the actual extraction process. After supplementing the zoning information, the historical database is designed to store and duplicate the extracted information. If there are similar or identical targets, check whether the tourist area information has changed. If there is no information on the number of tourists in the historical database or there is a change, the next link service is retrieved and pushed, otherwise the data is judged to be duplicated and discarded. Finally, the automatic matching process will be explained below.
[0131] Next, the automatic matching process is described, which includes target matching based on manual training and matching based on map retrieval.
[0132] For the target matching based on manual training, one of the methods based on the rules of automatic matching on-line and off-line is to use the results of manual examples as the record library, automatically update the manually annotated data, and parse and match similar targets, which has a significant effect on data update timeliness and cost reduction. Fig. 9 , Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a target matching process based on manual training provided in an embodiment of the present application, based on Fig. 9 The process of target matching based on manual training provided in the embodiment of the present application is implemented through steps 901 to 907. Specifically, firstly, the original source information is obtained, including the data in the first information source and the data in the second information source, and the structured province, city, district and tourist quantity information extracted as mentioned above is matched and annotated, and the historical manual interpretation records are maintained. Then, the information extraction and maintenance of the historical database, in the process of applying the manually trained target matching, the core is to build a historical manual information record library, by matching the historical manual records, so as to achieve direct update of the online data; among them, the historical manual record matching includes fuzzy matching and precise matching, and as a maintainable database, in the whole process, it is continuously iterated and updated, adding feature annotation fields and regional surface annotations, judging the data landing point and identification matching; then, the multi-tourism area information is split and supplemented. Specifically, before applying the matching, it is necessary to split the data with multiple targets in the tourism area name; for example, use common splitting rule symbols such as ",","-",";", etc. to split the tourism area name to obtain the tourism sub-area name corresponding to each tourism sub-area; for example, "No. 41, No. 79-8, Lakeside Village", after splitting, "No. 41, Lakeside Village" and "No. 79-8, Lakeside Village" are obtained, and the comma "," is used for splitting. Then, in the specific matching process, this scheme includes the use of similar matching (exact matching) and fuzzy matching. In fuzzy matching, the name of the tourist area is first split, and the split parts such as "address house number" and "non-address house number" are matched independently. In the matching process, the scope of the existing tourist area is pulled online, and the coordinates of the matched data identifier are verified to determine whether it exists inside the tourist area, so as to achieve accurate matching of the target point; on the other hand, in the exact matching, a relatively simple rule is used, that is, the province, city and district + number of tourists are exactly the same, and the identification is obtained by text comparison. Then, in terms of manual interpretation, it is mainly used as the maintenance and update of the historical database. The main means include calling the map retrieval API, manually retrieving and interpreting the name, checking the online targets that are consistent with the description of the tourist area in the news, and recording the platform. The recorded data automatically flows into the historical database, and the manually confirmed tourist scope is recorded. Finally, the front-end mapping mainly connects to the map publishing service, and uses the map hand map end as an application to display to users.
[0133] For map-based retrieval matching, this solution extracts the data obtained from the first information source and the data obtained from the second information source, and comprehensively judges the credibility score of the data by applying retrieval recall, semantic similarity model SBERT, and POI similarity matching. When the credibility score reaches a certain value, it can be considered that the precise map online target is matched, and the target is output and marked, and the tourist area is updated in real time to realize the application display of the number of tourists on the terminal. Fig.10 , Fig.10 It is a flow chart of the process based on map retrieval matching provided by the embodiment of the present application. Based on 11, the process based on map retrieval matching provided by the embodiment of the present application is realized by steps 1001 to 1010. Specifically, firstly, through the pre-processed normalized text, such as full-width and half-width conversion, name formatting (standardized format content to effectively adapt to each search API interface), invalid text deletion (invalid text text extraction of continuous training), etc., the efficiency of matching targets can be effectively improved, thereby further improving the identifiable tourist area locations. Then, when the target information that can be put online is confirmed by recall, the target information on the map is confirmed by map retrieval. In the process of confirming the target information, there may be a lack of specific addresses of tourist areas, but all tourist areas have provinces, cities and districts. Therefore, for the tourist area names provided, further splitting and refinement will be done. Specifically, the data without retrieval recall is split, and the addresses, main and sub-points and other information that may exist in the tourist area names are split, and the address segmentation service and the main and sub-point identification service are called. The POI name information that is clearly present is further confirmed by the segmented address, or the main point part of the POI name is judged to confirm the existing online target information. Next, in the match judgment between the recall result and the query text, the SBERT and POI similarity matching models are continuously trained, and the matching result identification is consistent or one of the targets can be matched, so as to obtain a high-precision matching identification. During the training process, the matching identification will be manually reviewed continuously, and the existing matching deviation will be located and corrected in the model to finally meet the delivery requirements. Then, if there is no target after the link retrieval call, the address calculation coordinate service will be further parsed, and the possible targets on the line will be verified through the coordinate matching capability. Such targets will be evaluated based on the trust value of the address calculation to determine whether to apply their identification. For medium-trust and low-trust targets, they will be transferred to manual for further confirmation and correction to a trustworthy identification.
[0134] In this way, the method for automatically acquiring and processing online tourist area information proposed in this application can greatly reduce the cost of manual interpretation and verification of targets, provide sufficient guidance for travel of users in various places, realize multi-source acquisition and rapid update, achieve real-time processing of news releases, and complete the display and annotation of maps in real time, providing reliable guidance for users' travel. In addition, the number of tourists is added and uploaded online to achieve faster and more accurate online travel conditions of tourists in various places. This type of method is more suitable for accurate tourist travel and reduces the waste of social costs.
[0135] By applying the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, for at least one area in a map, object information of each area and historical object information of each area are obtained from at least two information sources, and for each area, the object information obtained from each information source is compared with the historical object information obtained from the corresponding information source, so as to determine the target area where the object information in at least one area has changed based on multiple comparison results, and finally determine the target display style of the target area based on the number of objects indicated by the object information of the target area, and display the target area in the map using the target display style.
