Abstract

The application discloses a generation method and device of an avoidance path, and relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, and the generation method comprises the following steps: in the case that an avoidance request initiated by a to-be-avoided vehicle is received, determining a current traffic scene of a target vehicle in driving based on vehicle sensing data and to-be-avoided vehicle information carried by the avoidance request; determining a current traffic state in which the target vehicle is located based on the vehicle sensing data; if the current avoidance scene is a scene in which the target vehicle needs to avoid the to-be-avoided vehicle, adopting a preset path planning strategy, and generating an avoidance path of the target vehicle based on a current road scene and the current traffic state in which the target vehicle is located, so that the technical problem that an avoidance path cannot be accurately generated in the prior art and vehicle avoidance efficiency is low is solved.
