Abstract

The invention provides a traffic delay proof generation method, system and device, a medium and a program product. The generation method is applied to an online tourism agent platform. The generation method comprises the steps of obtaining customer information of a hotel order in response to a change request of the hotel order; the change request comprises a modification request or a cancellation request; determining a traffic travel order related to the customer information; and in response to determining that the traffic shift corresponding to the traffic travel order has a traffic delay condition, generating a traffic delay proof according to the delay information of the traffic delay. According to the method and the device, the traffic delay proof can be automatically generated for the customer when the customer initiates hotel order change, so that the three-party communication cost is greatly reduced, the working efficiency of an OTA customer service department is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
