Data transmission method, device and computer program product

Abstract

The invention provides a first data transmission method which is executed at a user equipment end and comprises the following steps: segmenting to-be-transmitted data from an application layer at an IP layer, and adding an IP header to each segmented data to form a plurality of IP data packets; adding a first mark to each IP data packet to form a data packet with the first mark; transmitting the data packet with the first mark to a base station through a network; wherein the first mark index is used for limiting the maximum data length obtained by segmentation to be obtained by subtracting the length of the first mark and the length of the IP header from the upper limit value of air interface transmission set by a user when the data to be transmitted is segmented according to the header added by the link layer, and the data link layer comprises PDCP, RLC and MAC. The invention further provides a first data transmission device, a second data transmission method, a computer program product, a third data transmission method, a second data transmission device and a second data transmission method.
