Device and process for preparing hydrated hydrogen ions

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a process for preparing hydrated hydrogen ions. The device comprises a softener, a sodium chloride adding device and a hydrated hydrogen ion generator, the input end of the softener is connected with a tap water pipe; the sodium chloride adding device is connected with an output pipeline of the softener; the hydrated hydrogen ion generator comprises an electrolytic bath, a first filter material, a positive electrode and a negative electrode, the electrolytic cell is divided into an upper space and a lower space through a first filter material; the upper space is divided into three sections by two partition plates, and the three sections are respectively provided with two acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water areas and an alkaline electrolyzed reducing water area; the positive electrode is placed in the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water area, and the negative electrode is placed in the alkaline electrolyzed oxidizing water area; hydrated hydrogen ions are prepared in the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water area. The preparation stability and consistency are guaranteed, the operation cost is reduced by 85%, the occupied area is small, and compared with a traditional process, the occupied area is saved by 90%.
