Abstract

The invention discloses a smokeless firewood kiln and a firing method, and aims to overcome the defects that a large amount of smoke is generated when a traditional firewood kiln is used for firing ceramics, and the environment is polluted. The secondary combustion system comprises a kiln, the kiln comprises a firing cavity, a firewood firing cavity and a smoke exhaust cavity, the firewood firing cavity and the smoke exhaust cavity are communicated with the firing cavity, a chimney is installed on the smoke exhaust cavity, a secondary combustion unit is arranged between the smoke exhaust cavity and the firing cavity and comprises a plurality of smoke exhaust channels arranged at intervals, an air supply port is formed in the upper portion of the secondary combustion unit, and the smoke exhaust channels are communicated with the air supply port. According to the smokeless firewood kiln, emission of smoke can be reduced, the environmental protection performance is improved, meanwhile, the utilization rate of heat energy is increased, and energy waste is reduced.
