Abstract

The application discloses a ceramic wedge knife and a surface treatment method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic wedge knives.The method comprises the following steps: forming ceramic powder; sintering and solidifying; obtaining a rough shape of the ceramic wedge knife; performing surface treatment processing; performing ultrasonic cleaning; spin-drying; performing drawing design; importing a drawing into a laser machine and setting process parameters of the laser machine; processing the ceramic wedge knife according to the drawing by using the laser machine to manufacture a desired shape; performing ultrasonic cleaning; and performing heat treatment.The application increases the width of the convex peaks by adjusting the drawing spacing, and increases the strength and wear resistance of the peaks, so that the shape of the position can be kept stable during frequent transverse friction with the chip in application, and problems such as breakage are less likely to occur, and frequent failure of the application end is also avoided; the ceramic wedge knife is provided with numerous convex peaks and reinforcing ribs, the connectivity of positions is strengthened, the ceramic wedge knife is less worn and broken during application, has higher stability, and the service life can be increased by more than one time.
