[0040] [Implementation Method]
[0041] (Overview of the blood purification device 1)
[0042] Figure 1A is an example of a display input unit of a blood purification device according to an embodiment. Figure 1B is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a background image displayed by the display input unit. Figure 2A is an example of a block diagram of a blood purification device related to an embodiment. Figure 2B is an explanatory diagram of an example of the flow of dialysate and blood in a blood purification device. In addition, in each of the figures related to the implementation mode described below, the ratio and shape between the figures may be different from the actual ratio and shape. Figure 2A In the diagram, the flow of key information is indicated by arrows. Figure 2B and Fig.10 In the figure, the flow direction of the main fluid is indicated by arrows.
[0043] The blood purification device 1 of this embodiment is as follows Figure 1A and Figure 1B The structure shown is such that the background image 73 displayed by the display input unit 7 serving as the display unit changes according to the processing status of the blood purification treatment in order to enable easy visual confirmation of the processing status of the preparation for the blood purification treatment, during the blood purification treatment, and the post-treatment of the blood purification treatment even in a location far away from the patient and the medical staff.
[0044] Specifically, the blood purification device 1 is generally configured to include: a blood circuit that allows the blood L7 of the patient 9 to circulate extracorporeally through the dialyzer 5 as a blood purifier; a dialysate supply and discharge section 4 as a piping section that allows a liquid including the dialysate L4 as a liquid type to flow and discharges a predetermined component removed from the blood L7 circulated extracorporeally in the blood circuit; a display input section 7 that displays a liquid image 730 simulating a liquid as a background image 73; and a control section 8 that controls the treatment of the fluid flowing in at least one of the blood circuit and the dialysate supply and discharge section 4, and controls the display input section 7 according to the treatment status of the fluid in the hemodialysis treatment so that the height of the liquid level 73a of the liquid image 730 in the background image 73 changes. The blood circuit is the arterial side blood circuit 12 and the venous side blood circuit 13 described later. In addition, the so-called liquid containing the dialysate L4 as a liquid type means that the liquid is not a liquid component, but contains the dialysate L4 as a liquid type.
[0045] Furthermore, the control unit 8 is further configured to control the display input unit 7 so as to change the height of the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 of the background image 73 according to the processing status of the fluid and to cause the liquid surface 73a to continuously wave.
[0046] Furthermore, the control unit 8 controls the implementation of the blood purification treatment, which exchanges components between the blood L7 flowing in the blood circuit and the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 and the dialysate L4, and when the blood purification treatment is stopped or interrupted, the display input unit 7 is controlled to stop the shaking of the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730.
[0047] Furthermore, the control unit 8 is configured so as to display, on the display input unit 7 , a display target image that is to be displayed during the blood purification treatment, superimposed on the liquid image 730 .
[0048] As an example of the liquid image 730, an image imitating water is colored light blue, but the present invention is not limited to this, and an image imitating other liquids with different viscosities and colors may also be used. Figure 1A As shown in FIG. 1 , the height of the liquid surface 73a, that is, the water level, is the height from the bottom surface 71b of the main display area 71 described later. Figure 1A Shown are display items 713a to 713c and display items 714a to 714c, which will be described later.
[0049] The blood purification device 1 further includes a dehydrating unit 4a, which can remove water from the blood L7 circulating extracorporeally in the blood circuit by driving the dehydrating unit 4a and discharge it to the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4. The treatment status of the fluid is the dehydration treatment status of the dehydrating unit 4a. The control unit 8 changes the liquid image 730 according to the dehydration treatment status of the dehydrating unit 4a.
[0050] Furthermore, the so-called fluid treatment refers to the removal of water and waste in blood purification treatment, gas purification in treatment preparation, and the cleaning and disinfection of the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 after treatment. Furthermore, the so-called fluid treatment status refers to the removal of water in blood purification treatment, the removal of waste (urea, etc.) and blood cell / plasma components as specified components, the gas purification status, and the cleaning status. Therefore, the so-called fluid is the dialysate L4 and blood L7 flowing in at least one of the blood circuit and the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 during these treatments.
[0051] like Figure 2A As shown, the blood purification device 1 also includes a power supply unit 2 , a dialysate dilution unit 3 and an extracorporeal circulation unit 6 .
[0052] (Configuration of Power Supply Unit 2)
[0053] The power supply unit 2 is configured to supply electric power necessary for the operation of the blood purification device 1 .
[0054] (Configuration of Dialysate Dilution Unit 3)
[0055] like Figure 2B As shown, the dialysate diluting unit 3 is generally configured to adjust the concentration of the chemical solution using RO (reverse osmosis) water L1 supplied from the outside, A stock solution L2 supplied from the A stock solution tank 30 and B stock solution L3 supplied from the B stock solution tank 31 to prepare the dialysate L4.
[0056] The dialysate diluting unit 3 includes a concentration meter 32 for measuring the concentration of the generated dialysate L4 and a thermometer 33 for measuring the temperature of the dialysate L4. The concentration meter 32 is formed by, for example, a conductivity unit, etc. The thermometer 33 is formed by, for example, a thermistor or a platinum temperature measuring resistor, etc.
[0057] like Figure 2A As shown, the dialysate diluting unit 3 generates first management information S1 including information of measured concentration and temperature and outputs it to the control unit 8. As an example, the first management information S1 is output at a predetermined period, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0058] (Configuration of Dialysate Supply and Drainage Section 4)
[0059] like Figure 2B As shown, the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 is equipped with a double pump 40, a pressure gauge 41, a flow meter 42, a pressure gauge 43, a dewatering pump 44, a flow meter 45 and a pressure pump 48. The dewatering unit 4a of this embodiment is constituted by a dewatering pump 44 as an example.
[0060] like Figure 2B As shown, the double pump 40 is arranged across the dialysate inlet line 10 and the dialysate discharge line 11. The double pump 40 is configured to apply pressure to the dialysate inlet line 10 to send the dialysate L4 to the dialyzer 5, and to apply pressure to the dialysate discharge line 11 to send the dialysate discharge L6 to the discharge tank 46. The double pump 40 sends the dialysate L4 and the dialysate discharge L6 at the same pressure in the dialysate inlet line 10 and the dialysate discharge line 11.
[0061] The pressure gauge 41 and the pressure gauge 43 are, for example, semiconductor pressure sensors using diaphragms. The pressure gauge 41 measures the pressure of the dialysate L4. The pressure gauge 41 is disposed on the dialysate introduction line 10 closer to the dialyzer 5 than the double pump 40.
[0062] The pressure gauge 43 measures the pressure of the dialysate L6 and is disposed closer to the dialyzer 5 than the double pump 40 .
[0063] The flowmeter 42 and the flowmeter 45 are flow sensors using, for example, ultrasonic waves or lasers. The flowmeter 42 measures the flow rate of the dialysate L4. The flowmeter 42 is disposed between the pressure gauge 41 in the dialysate introduction line 10 and the dialyzer 5. The flowmeter 42 can be disposed interchangeably with the pressure gauge 41.
[0064] The flow meter 45 measures the flow rate of the dialysate discharge L6 and is disposed after the water removal pump 44 in the dialysate discharge line 11 .
[0065] The dewatering pump 44 is connected so as to bypass the double pump 40. The dewatering pump 44 is provided to remove water L5 from the blood L7 of the patient 9 flowing through the dialyzer 5.
[0066] The booster pump 48 is a cascade pump (non-positive displacement pump) for delivering the dialysate L4 in the dialysate discharge pipeline 11 to assist the delivery of the double pump 40. The booster pump 48 is disposed between the pressure gauge 43 and the water removal pump 44.
[0067] The dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 generates second management information S2 and outputs it to the control unit 8. The second management information S2 includes information on the pressures of the dialysate L4 and the dialysate discharge L6 measured by the pressure gauges 41 and 43, and information on the flow rates of the dialysate L4 and the dialysate discharge L6 measured by the flow meters 42 and 45. As an example, the second control information S2 is output at a predetermined period, but is not limited thereto.
[0068] (Configuration of the dialyzer 5)
[0069] The dialyzer 5 has a blood inlet 50, a blood outlet 51, a dialysate inlet 52, and a dialysate outlet 53. Figure 2B As shown, the dialysate inlet 52 of the dialyzer 5 is connected to the dialysate inlet line 10, and the dialysate outlet 53 is connected to the dialysate outlet line 11. In the dialyzer 5, the blood inlet 50 is connected to the arterial blood circuit 12, and the blood outlet 51 is connected to the venous blood circuit 13.
[0070] The dialyzer 5 is constructed to have a plurality of hollow fibers, and the blood L7 is purified through the hollow fibers. The dialyzer 5 also forms: a blood flow path connecting the blood inlet 50 and the blood outlet 51 through a blood purification membrane; and a dialysate flow path connecting the dialysate inlet 52 and the dialysate outlet 53. The hollow fibers constituting the blood purification membrane form micropores penetrating the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface to form a hollow fiber membrane, through which impurities in the blood penetrate into the dialysate L4.
[0071] During the purification, the pressure on the dialysate inlet line 10 and the dialysate outlet line 11 is reduced to a value lower than the pressure on the arterial blood circuit 12 and the venous blood circuit 13 by the dewatering pump 44 in the dewatering section 4a, so that the excess water in the blood L7 moves to the dialysate L4 side. Therefore, since the amount of water removed becomes the amount of water L5 extracted by the dewatering pump 44, the amount of water removed can be measured by operating the dewatering pump 44 to make the pressures on the dialysate inlet line 10 and the dialysate outlet line 11 equal. The dewatering speed is proportional to the operating speed of the dewatering pump 44. The dewatering pump 44 is controlled according to the control signal S6 output by the control section 8, so the operation can be accelerated to increase the dewatering speed, and the operation can be slowed down to slow down the dewatering speed.
[0072] (Configuration of Extracorporeal Circulation Section 6)
[0073] like Figure 2B As shown, the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 includes a blood pump 60 , a syringe pump 61 , a flow meter 62 , and a flow meter 63 .
[0074] The blood pump 60 is, for example, a peristaltic pump and is configured to deliver the blood L7 in the arterial blood circuit 12 to the dialyzer 5 .
[0075] The syringe pump 61 is, for example, a syringe-type pump. The syringe pump 61 is disposed between the blood pump 60 and the flow meter 62. The syringe pump 61 is configured to introduce an anticoagulant that inhibits coagulation of the blood L7 into the arterial blood circuit 12.
[0076] The flowmeter 62 and the flowmeter 63 are flow sensors using, for example, ultrasonic waves or lasers. The flowmeter 62 can measure the flow rate of the blood L7 flowing into the arterial blood circuit 12. The flowmeter 62 is disposed between the syringe pump 61 and the dialyzer 5. The flowmeter 63 is disposed in the venous blood circuit 13 to measure the flow rate of the purified blood L8 flowing into the venous blood circuit 13.
[0077] The extracorporeal circulation unit 6 generates the third management information S3 and outputs it to the control unit 8. The third management information S3 includes: information on the flow rates of the blood L7 and the purified blood L8 measured by the flow meters 62 and 63; and information on the IP speed of the syringe pump 61, which is the speed of introducing the anticoagulant. As an example, the third management information S3 is output at a predetermined period, but is not limited thereto.
[0078] (Configuration of Display Input Unit 7)
[0079] The display input unit 7 is configured as, for example, a touch panel that displays images and receives touch inputs. The display input unit 7 displays images on the display screen 70 according to the display control information S4 output from the control unit 8. The display input unit 7 also generates operation information S5 according to the performed operation and outputs it to the control unit 8.

[0081] The upper region 710 of the present embodiment may be configured so as to display other images without displaying other images in order to ensure visibility of the displayed background image 73 .
[0082] As an example of the central region 711, a central image 711a is displayed as a text image regarding the remaining time of dialysis. In the present embodiment, the central image 711a of "remaining time of dialysis", "4:00", "start", "end", "12:00", and "16:00" is displayed in the central region 711, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Furthermore, when the treatment is finished, as an example of the central region 711, a central image 711a of "complete" or "end" is displayed.

The HF mode is a mode for blood purification treatment using blood filtration. The HDF mode is a mode for blood purification treatment using hemodiafiltration. The ECUM mode is a mode for blood purification treatment using extracorporeal circulation filtration.
[0091] (Configuration of Control Unit 8)
[0092] The control unit 8 is a microcomputer, and is composed of a CPU (central processing unit), a RAM (random access memory) and a ROM (read only memory) as semiconductor memories, etc. The CPU performs calculations and processes the acquired data according to a stored program, etc. The control unit 8 is configured to control the dialysate diluting unit 3 and the like as a whole.
[0093] The control unit 8 changes the background image 73 and updates the values displayed by display items 713a to 713c and display items 714a to 714c based on the first management information S1 obtained from the dialysate dilution unit 3, the second management information S2 obtained from the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4, the third management information S3 obtained from the extracorporeal circulation unit 6, and the processing status of the dehydration treatment performed by the dehydration unit 4a.
[0094] In the present embodiment, the background image 73 changes according to the treatment status of the water removal process, that is, the degree of water removal. The water removal process includes the following display items: the target water removal amount, the current water removal amount and the water removal speed, which are preferably displayed on the display input unit 7. The background image 73 is not displayed in the form of numerical values of the target water removal amount, the current water removal amount and the water removal speed, but is displayed by the water level of the liquid image 730 and the movement of the liquid surface 73a. The control unit 8 changes the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 according to the water removal treatment status of the water removal unit 4a, that is, in a manner that links the speed of the water removal pump 44 of the water removal unit 4a. More specifically, the control unit 8 changes the degree of shaking of the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 in a manner that links with the speed of the water removal pump 44. The background image 73 will be described below.
[0095] (About background image 73)
[0096] Figure 3A This is an explanatory diagram of an example of the staged display of the background image according to the embodiment. Figure 3B This is an example of a background image showing when the water removal process is stopped. Figure 4A to Figure 4D This is a diagram showing an example of transition of a background image from the start to the end of the blood purification treatment according to the embodiment.
[0097] like Figure 1B As shown, the background image 73 is composed of a liquid image 730 and a space image 731. As an example of the liquid image 730, there are a first wave image 730a, a second wave image 730b, and a third wave image 730c, but it is not limited to this. As long as the wave can be expressed, there can be more or less. The space image 731 is an image that does not include the liquid image 730 in the background image 73. The boundary between the liquid image 730 and the space image 731 constitutes a liquid surface 73a. The liquid surface 73a is the contour line of the wave, which is reminiscent of the water surface.
[0098] like Figure 1B As shown, the liquid image 730 is configured in a wave-like manner to look three-dimensional, with the first wave image 730a being arranged at the front, followed by the second wave image 730b and the third wave image 730c in the order of being arranged in the depth of the paper surface. Then, the liquid image 730 becomes lighter in color in the order of the first wave image 730a, the second wave image 730b and the third wave image 730c. Figure 1A The liquid image 730 shown in the figure shows the shade of color by the size of the interval between the hatched lines. The smaller the interval, the darker the color.
[0099] like Figure 3BAs shown, the control unit 8 is configured to stop the shaking of the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 when the blood purification treatment is stopped or interrupted. The liquid surface 73a shows the progress of the blood purification treatment when it is stopped. In addition, the pattern image 720 displays an image of "Stop HD".
[0100] As an example of the color of the space image 731 , white is used, but the color is not limited thereto, and any color may be used as long as the difference from the liquid image 730 can be visually recognized.
[0101] If the fluid processing includes display items of the target amount, the current amount, and the processing speed, the target amount is represented by the area of the main display area 71. The current amount is also represented by the area of the space image 731 relative to the main display area 71. In addition, the processing speed is represented by the speed of the shaking of the liquid image 730.
[0102] If the treatment of the fluid is water removal treatment, the water removal treatment has display items of target water removal amount, current water removal amount and water removal speed as described above. The target water removal amount is obtained by subtracting the set dry weight from the patient's weight before dialysis. The current water removal amount refers to the cumulative value of the water removal amount from the start of treatment to the current time point. The water removal speed indicates the water removal speed setting value per hour.
[0103] The target water removal amount, which is the target amount, is indicated by the area of the main display area 71. The current water removal amount, which is the current amount, is indicated by the area of the space image 731 relative to the main display area 71. That is, the liquid image 730 shows the remaining water removal amount. The water removal speed, which is the processing speed, is indicated by the shaking speed of the liquid image 730.
[0104] As an example of the control unit 8, Figure 3A As shown, the target water removal amount inputted through the display input unit 7 is divided into 10 stages between 0% and 100%. The target water removal amount is a numerical value inputted in advance through the display input unit 7. The height (water level) of the liquid surface 73a of the current water removal amount is calculated by the following formula and rounded off to one of the 10 stages.
[0105] Water level = 100% - ((target water removal - remaining water removal) / target water removal × 100)
[0106] like Figure 4A and Figure 4B As shown, when the treatment condition of the fluid, that is, the treatment condition of the water removal treatment is 0%, the control unit 8 sets the liquid level 73a to the highest water level; when the treatment condition of the water removal treatment is 100%, the liquid level 73a is set to the lowest water level.
[0107] like FIG. 4A to FIG. 4DAs shown in FIG. 1 , the height of the liquid level 73a changes according to the current water removal amount. As an example of the liquid level 73a when the current water removal amount is 10% to 90% of the target water removal amount, Figure 3A The 10-90% scale 73b shown is wavy up and down in the center. For example, Figure 3A In the figure, the liquid surface 73a is shown vibrating around the 30% scale 73b.
[0108] As an example of the liquid level 73a when the current water removal amount is 0%, Figure 3A and Figure 4A As shown, the scale 73b of 0% is used as the upper limit, and the scale 73b is in a wave-like manner.
[0109] As an example of the liquid level 73a when the current water removal amount is 100%, Figure 3A and Figure 4D As shown, the scale 73b of 100% is set as the lower limit and moves up and down in a wave shape.
[0110] Furthermore, the control unit 8 also changes the shaking speed of the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 according to the water removal speed. For example, when the water removal speed is fast, the control unit 8 accelerates the change of the liquid image 730 compared to when the water removal speed is slow. Moreover, when either the water removal speed or the water removal amount is set, the other is a fixed value.
[0111] *Water removal speed (L / h) = water removal volume (L) / treatment time (h)
[0112] *Water removal volume (mL) = water removal rate (L / h) × treatment time (h)
[0113] Figure 5A to Figure 5C as well as Figure 5D to Figure 5G A diagram showing an example of changes in a liquid image due to differences in water removal speeds of a blood purification device according to an embodiment. Figure 6A to Figure 6C This is an explanatory diagram showing an example of changes in a liquid image represented by a blood purification device according to a modified example.
[0114] Figure 5A to Figure 5C The liquid image 730 shown is Figure 5D to Figure 5G The liquid image 730 shown in FIG. 7 is changed faster. That is, with respect to the water removal speed, Figure 5A to Figure 5C Compare Figure 5D to Figure 5G Faster.
[0115] Figure 5A to Figure 5G The liquid image 730 shown regards the main display area 71 as a water tank surrounded by the top 71a, the bottom 71b, the left side 71c and the right side 71d, simulating the waves colliding and propagating toward the left side 71c and the right side 71d of the main display area 71.
[0116] on the one hand, Figure 6A to Figure 6C It simulates the amplified appearance of waves in the middle of the water tank, rather than being reflected on the left side 71c and the right side 71d of the main display area 71.
[0117] like Figure 3A As shown, the water removal speed can be expressed by changing at least one of the amplitude A and wavelength B of the wave. When the water removal speed is fast, the amplitude A can be increased, the wavelength B can be shortened, or both can be implemented compared to the slow speed.
[0118] Figure 7A to Figure 7B FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example in which a toxin image is superimposed on a liquid image in a blood purification device according to a modified example.
[0119] Here, as a modified example, Figure 7A to Figure 7B As shown, the control unit 8 can display a circular toxin image 732, which simulates the toxin such as urea to be removed from the liquid image 730. Fig. 7A as well as Figure 7B As shown, the number and density of the toxin images 732 vary according to the treatment status of the blood purification treatment. As the blood purification treatment proceeds, the number of toxin images 732 decreases and the density also decreases.
[0120] As another variation, the control unit 8 may change the color of the liquid image 730 according to the treatment status of the fluid. For example, the control unit 8 may change the color of the liquid image 730 from yellow to light blue according to the degree of toxin removal. Figure 2B As shown, in order to express the state of blood cells in the blood, the control unit 8 can change the color of the liquid image 730 from light blue to yellow according to the amount of blood leakage, which is the amount of blood mixed in the dialysate L4, and the amount of blood leakage is measured by the blood leakage sensor 43a arranged near the dialysate outlet 53. These color changes are just examples, and other colors may be used.
[0121] As a further modification, the control unit 8 may be configured to change the color of the background image 73 to issue a notification when an abnormality occurs.
[0122] As another modified example, the control unit 8 may be configured to control the height of the liquid surface 73 a of the liquid image 730 , that is, the water level, based on the measured operation amount of the water removal pump 44 .
[0123] Next, we will Figure 8 The flowchart in FIG. 1 is a flowchart for explaining an example of the operation related to the water removal process of the blood purification device 1 according to the present embodiment.
[0124] (action)
[0125] The control unit 8 of the blood purification device 1 prepares for the dehydration process (step 1). The control unit 8 outputs display control information S4 for displaying the background image 73 on the display input unit 7 based on the first management information S1 obtained from the dialysate dilution unit 3, the second management information S2 obtained from the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4, the third management information S3 obtained from the extracorporeal circulation unit 6, and the processing status of the dehydration process of the dehydration unit 4a. The display input unit 7 displays the background image 73 with a current dehydration rate of 0% based on the display control information S4.
[0126] When the operation image 712c displayed on the display input unit 7 is operated, the control unit 8 starts the water removal process (step 2).
[0127] The control unit 8 updates the background image 73 based on the obtained first management information S1, second management information S2, third management information S3 and the processing status of the water removal process of the water removal unit 4a, and updates the values displayed by the display items 713a to 713c and the display items 714a to 714c (step 3). As an update of the background image 73, the control unit 8 updates the water level of the liquid image 730 based on the water removal process, and shakes the liquid surface 73a like a wave.
[0128] If "yes" is established in step 4, that is, the water removal process is stopped or interrupted according to the operation performed on the display input unit 7 (step 4: yes), the control unit 8 stops the shaking of the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 (step 5). In addition, this stop or interruption is not limited to the user's operation, and can also be performed by the judgment of the control unit 8.
[0129] If "yes" is established in step 6, that is, the restart of operation is instructed by the operation of the display input unit 7 (step 6: yes), the control unit 8 advances the processing to step 3. The control unit 8 may be configured to issue a warning if the recovery operation is not instructed within a predetermined period.
[0130] Here, in step 4, if the dialysis treatment is not stopped or interrupted (step 4: No) and the water removal treatment is completed (step 7: Yes), the control unit 8 performs a process to terminate the water removal treatment and ends.
[0131] (Effects of Embodiments)
[0132] In blood purification treatment, the patient is treated for a long time while lying on a bed, so it is best to visually confirm the treatment status from a distance of about 2 meters, which is the length of the bed. Since the blood purification device 1 of this embodiment shows the treatment status of the water removal treatment by the water level change of the liquid image 730 and the shaking of the liquid surface 73a in the background image 73, it is easier to visually confirm even from a distance compared to the case where this structure is not used.
[0133] The blood purification device 1 displays the target water removal amount, current water removal amount and water removal speed of the water removal treatment through the area of the main display area 71, the area of the spatial image 731 and the changing speed of the liquid level 73a. Therefore, even if you are far away, the target water removal amount, current water removal amount and water removal speed are easier to visually confirm than when displayed in numbers.
[0134] The blood purification device 1 can use the entire background image 73 to display the treatment status of the water removal treatment, so the so-called background image has a larger displayed area and is easier to see than when the treatment status is displayed alone. Therefore, the blood purification device 1 can be configured so that the display area of the display input unit 7 is configured in a more compact manner.
[0135] When the water removal process is stopped or interrupted, the blood purification device 1 stops shaking the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730. Therefore, it is easier to visually confirm the stop or interruption than stopping the updating of the values of the target water removal amount, the current water removal amount and the water removal speed, or displaying a text image indicating that the stop or interruption has occurred.
[0136] The blood purification device 1 is provided in a housing: a power supply unit 2, a dialysate dilution unit 3, a dialysate supply and discharge unit 4, a water removal unit 4a, an extracorporeal circulation unit 6, a display input unit 7 and a control unit 8. Below, as an example, the blood purification device 1 will be described, wherein at least the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 and the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 are separately arranged.
[0137] Fig.9A This is an example of a perspective view of a blood purification device according to another embodiment when the extracorporeal circulation unit is mounted on the dialysate supply and discharge unit. Fig. 9B It is a perspective view when the extracorporeal circulation unit is removed from the dialysate supply and discharge unit. In other embodiments described below, parts having the same functions and structures as those in the above-mentioned embodiments are marked with the same symbols as in the embodiments, and their descriptions are omitted.
[0138] In the blood purification apparatus 1 , the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 is configured separately from the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 . The control unit 8 is capable of controlling the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 and the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 , and is mounted on the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 .
[0139] The extracorporeal circulation unit 6 has: a display input unit 7 for displaying the dialysis status; and an operation unit 74 for performing operations related to the blood purification treatment. The operation unit 74 can be configured to allow operation inputs different from those of the display input unit 7, or can be configured to allow at least some common operation inputs. In addition, the blood purification device 1 can also be configured such that the display input unit 7 only has a display function, that is, it is configured as a display, and operation inputs are performed through the operation unit 74. Fig.9A and Fig. 9BAs shown in FIG. 1 , the display input unit 7 is arranged to protrude toward the upper part of the extracorporeal circulation unit 6, but the position and arrangement layout of the display input unit 7 are not limited thereto. For example, the display input unit 7 may include a large display screen 70 covering the entire surface of the extracorporeal circulation unit 6. Fig.9A and Fig. 9B In the embodiment, the operation unit 74 is arranged on both sides of the display input unit 7, but the position and layout of the operation unit 74 are not limited thereto. The blood purification device 1 arranges the display input unit 7 and the operation unit 74 in the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 which is relatively light and arranged near the patient, so that the patient can more easily confirm and operate the treatment status, thereby improving convenience.
[0140] Furthermore, the display input unit 7 and the operation unit 74 may be configured separately from the extracorporeal circulation unit 6, and may be configured to communicate with the control unit 8 of the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 to perform display and operation input. In this case, for example, the display input unit 7 and the operation unit 74 may be composed of a dedicated operation terminal, or may be composed of a portable terminal such as a smart phone or a tablet computer. Furthermore, the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 may also be equipped with the display input unit 7 and the operation unit 74.
[0141] Fig.9A and Fig. 9B The blood purification device 1 shown is configured so that the piping 47 for flowing the dialysate L4 and the dialysate drainage L6 directly connects the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 and the dialyzer 5 without passing through the extracorporeal circulation unit 6. The piping 47 has: a supply-side piping 47a for supplying the dialysate L4 to the dialyzer 5; and a discharge-side piping 47b for discharging the dialysate drainage L6 from the dialyzer 5. In the blood purification device 1, by not providing the piping 47 for flowing the dialysate L4 and the dialysate drainage L6 in the extracorporeal circulation unit 6, even in the case where the piping 47 for flowing the dialysate L4 and the dialysate drainage L6 is set as a fixed piping, it is only necessary to regularly maintain the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4, and it is possible to simultaneously achieve a reduction in operating cost and an improvement in maintainability.
[0142] Here, an example of the piping configuration in a case where the blood purification apparatus 1 is divided into the extracorporeal circulation section 6 and the dialysate supply and discharge section 4 will be described below.
[0143] Fig.10 This is an example of a block diagram of a blood purification device in which the extracorporeal circulation unit and the dialysate supply and discharge unit are separate units. Fig.10 As shown, the blood purification device 1 is composed of an extracorporeal circulation unit 6 and a dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 in a split manner. The dialyzer 5 is mounted on the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 in a detachable manner by a fixing clamp 15. Again, as an example of a display input unit 7, it is arranged on the side of the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 and is controlled by the main control unit 8a described later, but is not limited to this. In addition, the water removal unit 4a is also composed of a liquid supply pump 40a and a liquid discharge pump 49 described later.
[0144] (Configuration of Dialysate Supply and Drainage Section 4)
[0145] The dialysate supply and discharge unit 4 includes a sub-control unit 8 b , a dialysate introduction line 10 a for supplying the dialysate L4 to the dialyzer 5 , a dialysate discharge line 11 a for discharging the dialysate L4 from the dialyzer 5 , and a bypass flow path 14 .
[0146] The dialysate inlet line 10a is connected to the dialysate preparation unit 3a and the dialysate inlet port 52 of the dialyzer 5, and supplies the dialysate L4 purified in the dialysate preparation unit 3a to the dialyzer 5. The dialysate discharge line 11a is connected to the dialysate outlet port 53 of the dialyzer 5, and recovers and discharges the dialysate L4 from the dialyzer 5. The bypass flow path 14 connects the dialysate inlet line 10a and the dialysate discharge line 11a before and after the dialyzer 5, bypasses (detours) the dialyzer 5, and connects the dialysate inlet line 10a and the dialysate discharge line 11a.
[0147] That is, the dialysate supply and discharge section 4 can be constructed in such a way that the dialysate L4 can be delivered in either a main delivery mode or a bypass delivery mode. The main delivery mode is to deliver the dialysate L4 from the dialysate inlet line 10a to the dialysate discharge line 11a through the dialyzer 5. The bypass delivery mode is to deliver the dialysate L4 from the dialysate inlet line 10a to the dialysate discharge line 11a through the bypass flow path 14 instead of the dialyzer 5.
[0148] The dialysate preparation section 3a prepares the dialysate L4 using the supplied pure water and the dialyzing agent composed of the concentrated solution or the powder. The pure water supplied to the dialysate preparation section 3a may be supplied from the pure water manufacturing section carried by the dialysate supply and discharge section 4, or may be supplied from the pure water manufacturing device provided outside the dialysate supply and discharge section 4. In addition, the dialysate preparation section 3a may also be omitted, for example, the dialysate L4 may be supplied to the dialysate supply and discharge section 4 by an external dialysate supply device or the like.
[0149] In the dialysate introduction pipeline 10a, a liquid supply pump 40a, a flow meter 41a, and a first electromagnetic valve 42a are arranged from the upstream side. The liquid supply pump 40a is a liquid delivery pump for delivering the dialysate L4 in the dialysate introduction pipeline 10a. The flow meter 41a detects the flow rate of the dialysate introduction pipeline 10a. The first electromagnetic valve 42a is arranged on the downstream side of the connection position connected to the bypass flow path 14, and is one of the electromagnetic valves used to switch the liquid delivery mode (flow path) between the main liquid delivery mode and the bypass liquid delivery mode.
[0150] In the dialysate discharge pipe 11a, starting from the upstream side, a second electromagnetic valve 43b, a pressure gauge 44a, a pressure pump 46a, a drainage pump 49 and a flow meter 48a are configured. The pressure pump 46a is an example of a liquid delivery pump and an auxiliary pump. The second electromagnetic valve 43b is installed on the upstream side of the connection position connected to the bypass flow path 14, and is one of the electromagnetic valves used to switch the liquid delivery mode (flow path) between the main liquid delivery mode and the bypass liquid delivery mode. The pressure gauge 44a detects the pressure in the dialysate discharge pipeline 11a. The drainage pump 49 is a liquid delivery pump for delivering the dialysate L4 in the dialysate discharge pipeline 11a. The pressure pump 46a is a cascade pump that delivers the dialysate L4 in the dialysate discharge pipeline 11a to assist the liquid delivery of the drainage pump 49. By driving the drainage pump 49 and the pressure pump 46a, the dialysate L4 from the dialyzer 5 is discharged. The flow meter 48a detects the flow rate of the dialysate discharge line 11a.
[0151] The main control unit 8a controls the liquid supply pump 40a and the liquid discharge pump 49 of the water removal unit 4a through the sub-control unit 8b to adjust the flow rate of the liquid supply and the flow rate of the liquid discharge relative to the dialyzer 5, thereby controlling the amount of water removed from the blood L7 of the patient 9. The blood purification device 1 controls the amount of water removed so that dialysis treatment without water removal or dialysis treatment with water removal can be performed.
[0152] The bypass flow path 14 has one end connected between the flow meter 41a of the dialysate introduction line 10a and the first electromagnetic valve 42a, and the other end connected between the pressure gauge 44a and the pressure pump 46a. The third electromagnetic valve 45a is disposed in the bypass flow path 14.
[0153] The sub-controller 8b communicates with the main controller 8a of the extracorporeal circulation unit 6, and controls the liquid supply pump 40a and liquid discharge pump 49, the pressure pump 46a, the first electromagnetic valve 42a, the second electromagnetic valve 43b and the third electromagnetic valve 45a of the water removal unit 4a according to the instructions of the main controller 8a. The sub-controller 8b is a microcomputer having a central processing unit and the like.
[0154] (Configuration of Extracorporeal Circulation Section 6)
[0155] like Fig.10 As shown, the extracorporeal circulation unit 6 includes: a main control unit 8a, an arterial blood circuit 12a, and a venous blood circuit 13a. The main control unit 8a is a microcomputer having a central processing unit, etc. A blood pump 60a is arranged in the arterial blood circuit 12a, and is used to pump the blood L7 from the patient 9 to the dialyzer 5. In addition, a pressure gauge 61a is arranged in the venous blood circuit 13a, and is used to detect the pressure of the purified blood L8 to be returned.
[0156] (Description of the main control unit and its control)
[0157] The main control unit 8a and the control of the main control unit 8a will be described below. The main control unit 8a receives the detection value of the pressure gauge 61a and controls the driving of the blood pump 60a.
[0158] The main control unit 8a communicates with the sub-control unit 8b, receives the detection values of the flow meter 41a, the flow meter 48a and the pressure gauge 44a through the sub-control unit 8b, and controls the driving of the pressure pump 46a, the liquid supply pump 40a of the water removal unit 4a, and the liquid discharge pump 49. In addition, the main control unit 8a communicates with the sub-control unit 8b, and controls the opening and closing of the first electromagnetic valve 42a, the second electromagnetic valve 43b, and the third electromagnetic valve 45a through the sub-control unit 8b.
[0159] The master-slave relationship between the main control unit 8a and the sub-control unit 8b is not limited to the above case, and the master-slave relationship may be reversed or there may be no master-slave relationship.
[0160] The main control unit 8a drives the blood pump 60a, the liquid supply pump 40a, the pressure pump 46a and the drainage pump 49 to perform dialysis treatment in a state where the liquid supply mode is switched from the bypass liquid supply mode to the main liquid supply mode by opening and closing the first electromagnetic valve 42a, the second electromagnetic valve 43b and the third electromagnetic valve 45a. That is, during dialysis treatment, the blood pump 60a is driven to circulate the blood L7 through the dialyzer 5, the liquid supply pump 40a is driven to supply the dialyzer 5 with the dialysate L4, and the pressure pump 46a and the drainage pump 49 are driven to discharge the dialysate L4 from the dialyzer 5.
[0161] During the dialysis treatment, the flow rate of the liquid supply to the dialyzer 5 (supply of the dialysate L4) and the flow rate of the liquid discharge from the dialyzer 5 (discharge of the dialysate L4) are adjusted by controlling the liquid supply pump 40a, the pressure pump 46a and the liquid discharge pump 49, thereby controlling the amount of water removed from the patient 9's blood L7. In this embodiment, the pressure pump 46a is driven at a set pump speed (rotation speed), and at the same time, the liquid supply pump 40a is driven to achieve a target flow rate through feedback control based on the detection value of the flow meter 41a, and the liquid discharge pump 49 is driven to achieve a target flow rate through feedback control based on the detection value of the flow meter 48a. The pump speed is an example of an instruction value of the liquid supply pump.
[0162] In preparation before dialysis treatment and when dialysis treatment is temporarily stopped, the main control unit 8a controls the opening and closing of the first electromagnetic valve 42a, the second electromagnetic valve 43b, and the third electromagnetic valve 45a to switch the liquid supply mode from the main liquid supply mode to the bypass liquid supply mode, and drives the liquid supply pump 40a, the pressure pump 46a, and the drainage pump 49, thereby controlling the dialysate flow operation in which the dialysate L4 flows through the dialysate introduction pipe 10a and the dialysate discharge pipe 11a. In this dialysate flow operation, the pressure pump 46a is driven at a set pump speed, and the liquid supply pump 40a is driven to achieve a target flow rate through feedback control based on the detection value of the flow meter 41a, as in the case of dialysis treatment. The drainage pump 49 is driven to achieve a target flow rate through feedback control based on the detection value of the flow meter 48a.
[0163] The main control unit 8a changes the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 according to the dewatering process of the dewatering unit 4a, that is, by linking the speeds of the liquid supply pump 40a and the liquid discharge pump 49 of the dewatering unit 4a. More specifically, the main control unit 8a changes the degree of shaking of the liquid surface 73a of the liquid image 730 in a manner linked to the speeds of the liquid supply pump 40a and the liquid discharge pump 49.
[0164] (Summary of Implementation Methods)
[0165] Next, the technical ideas that can be grasped in the above-described embodiments are described by referring to the symbols in the embodiments. However, the symbols in the following description are not limited to the components that represent the components within the scope of the claims in specific embodiments.
[0166] [1] A blood purification device (1), the blood purification device (1) comprising:
[0167] A blood circuit (arterial blood circuit 12 and venous blood circuit 13) which allows the patient's (9) blood (L7) to circulate extracorporeally via a blood purifier (dialyser 5);
[0168] a piping section (dialysis fluid supply and discharge section 4) that allows a liquid including a dialysate (L4) to flow and discharges a predetermined component removed from blood (L7) that is circulated extracorporeally in a blood circuit (arterial blood circuit 12 and venous blood circuit 13);
[0169] a display unit (display input unit 7) that displays a liquid image (730) simulating a liquid as a background image (73); and
[0170] A control unit (8) controls the processing of the fluid flowing in at least one of the blood circuit (the arterial blood circuit 12 and the venous blood circuit 13) and the piping unit (the dialysate supply and discharge unit 4), and controls the display unit (display input unit 7) according to the processing status of the fluid in the blood purification treatment so that the height of the liquid level (73a) of the liquid image (730) in the background image (73) changes.
[0171] This blood purification device makes it easy to visually confirm the treatment status of blood purification treatment by changing the background image.
[0172] [2] According to the blood purification device (1) described in [1] above, the control unit (8) further controls the display unit (display input unit 7) so as to change the height of the liquid level (73a) of the liquid image (730) of the background image (73) according to the treatment condition of the fluid, while causing the liquid level (73a) to continuously wave.
[0173] In this blood purification device, the treatment status of the fluid is displayed in a manner that the liquid surface continuously waves, so the treatment status is easier to visually confirm than when the liquid surface does not wave.
[0174] [3] According to the blood purification device (1) described in [2] above, the control unit (8) sets the liquid level (73a) to the highest water level when the treatment condition of the fluid is 0%, and sets the liquid level (73a) to the lowest water level when the treatment condition of the fluid is 100%.
[0175] This blood purification device can display the treatment status of the fluid using the entire background image, so that the display area is larger and easier to visually confirm than when the treatment status is displayed separately from the background image.
[0176] [4] According to the blood purification device (1) described in [3] above, the control unit 8 controls the implementation of the blood purification treatment, which exchanges components between the blood (L7) and the dialysate (L4) flowing in the blood circuit (the arterial side blood circuit 12 and the venous side blood circuit 13) and the piping unit (dialysate supply and discharge unit 4), and when the blood purification treatment is stopped or interrupted, the display unit (display input unit 7) is controlled to stop the shaking of the liquid surface (73a) of the liquid image (730).
[0177] When the blood purification treatment is stopped or interrupted, the blood purification device stops shaking the liquid image surface, so it is easier to visually confirm that the blood purification treatment is stopped or interrupted than when it is not stopped.
[0178] [5] According to the blood purification device (1) described in [4] above, the control unit (8) changes the color of the liquid image (730) according to the processing status of the fluid.
[0179] The blood purification device changes the color of the liquid image according to the treatment condition of the fluid, so that the treatment condition of the liquid is easier to visually confirm than when it remains unchanged.
[0180] [6] The blood purification device (1) described in any one of [1] to [5] above further comprises a dehydration unit (4a). By driving the dehydration unit, water can be removed from the blood (L7) that is circulated extracorporeally in the blood circuit (the arterial side blood circuit 12 and the venous side blood circuit 13) and discharged to the piping unit (dialysis fluid supply and discharge unit 4). The processing condition of the fluid is the dehydration processing condition of the dehydration unit (4a). The control unit (8) changes the liquid image (730) according to the dehydration processing condition of the dehydration unit (4a).
[0181] In this blood purification device, since the fluid treatment is water removal treatment, the target water removal amount, the current water removal amount and the water removal speed are indicated by changes in the liquid image and can be easily visually confirmed even from a remote location.
[0182] [7] According to the blood purification device (1) described in [6] above, the control unit (8) changes the liquid level (73a) of the liquid image (730) in a manner linked to the speed of at least one pump (dewatering pump 44 or liquid supply pump 40a and drainage pump 49) of the dewatering unit (4a).
[0183] This blood purification device can change the liquid level in conjunction with the speed of the pump of the water removal unit, so the speed of the water removal process is easier to visually confirm than in a case where this structure is not adopted.
[0184] [8] According to the blood purification device (1) described in [7] above, the control unit (8) changes the degree of shaking of the liquid surface (73a) of the liquid image (730) in a manner linked to the speed of at least one pump (dewatering pump 44, or liquid supply pump 40a and drainage pump 49) of the dewatering unit (4a).
[0185] Since the liquid surface of the blood purification device fluctuates in conjunction with the speed of the pump of the water removal unit, the speed of the water removal process can be visually confirmed more easily than in a case where this structure is not adopted.
[0186] [9] According to the blood purification device (1) described in [6] above, the control unit (8) controls the implementation of blood purification treatment, which exchanges components between the blood (L7) and the dialysate (L4) flowing in the blood circuit (arterial side blood circuit 12 and venous side blood circuit 13) and the piping unit (dialysate supply and discharge unit 4), and displays a display object image (display item 713a to display item 713c, display item 714a to display item 714c) on the display unit (display input unit 7) that overlaps with the liquid image (730) and serves as a display object in the blood purification treatment.
[0187] Since the blood purification device displays the display object image superimposed on the background image, the visual confirmation of the display object image together with the fluid treatment status is improved compared to the case where "an image related to fluid treatment is displayed separately from the display object image".
[0188] Several embodiments and variations of the present invention are described above, but these embodiments and variations are only examples and do not limit the invention related to the claims. These novel embodiments and variations can also be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions and changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Moreover, not all combinations of features described in these embodiments and variations are necessary for solving the problems of the present invention. In addition, these embodiments and variations are included in the scope and gist of the present invention, and are also included in the invention described in the claims and the scope equivalent thereto.
