Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention belongs to the field of organic chemical reactions and involves "chemical reactions of excess ions or excess charges in solutions". By using traditional battery manufacturing technology or electrolyzer manufacturing technology, traditional electrolyzers or traditional batteries can be transformed into a primary battery for water hydrogen production (hereinafter referred to as the primary battery), thereby reducing the production cost of traditional water electrolysis hydrogen production by 3 times, and the unit cost of water hydrogen production is reduced to less than 9 yuan / kg hydrogen; the positive electrode of the primary battery is converted into an air electrode, and pure water is continuously added to the positive electrode chamber to continuously generate electricity, and its power generation cost is lower than the cost of natural gas power generation. Therefore, the primary battery can not only be used in the field of water hydrogen production, which can greatly reduce the production cost of hydrogen, but also can be used as an application of a water-only generator to establish a zero-carbon emission battery power plant, which can greatly reduce the cost of hydrogen power generation; it can also be used as a power battery for new energy vehicles, and its vehicle operating cost is one-fourth of that of traditional hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Background Art
[0002] As a technician in the field of organic chemical reactions, the accidental discovery of a primary cell for hydrogen production from water is due to the existence of a "fact 1" as described below in the process of producing caustic soda: "Add the saturated salt water produced in the anode chamber of the ion membrane caustic soda electrolyzer, add the pure water produced in the cathode chamber of the electrolyzer, do not apply electricity, do not heat, and after standing for 24 hours, the pure water in the cathode chamber becomes a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with a content greater than 7% and a pH value of 14, and an equivalent amount of hydrogen is produced at the same time". Every operator of the electrolyzer process can repeat this fact, proving that "without electricity, without heating, under process conditions of normal temperature and pressure, the sodium chloride aqueous solution can spontaneously convert into sodium hydroxide and hydrogen". Obviously, it is impossible to explain it using the Gibbs free energy formula and theoretical decomposition voltage in the textbook. For this reason, after repeated attempts and based on the theory of organic chemistry and the theory of conservation of solution charge, the principle of a "chemical reaction of excess charge" as described below was found, which can well explain "fact 1".
[0003] From the above “Fact 1”, we can know that the anode chamber of the ion membrane electrolyzer contains a sodium chloride aqueous solution with a concentration of 26%, the cathode chamber contains pure water or distilled water, and the diaphragm of the electrolyzer is a cation exchange membrane. It is not powered or the power is disconnected. At this time, because the sodium ion concentration in the anode chamber is much higher than that of the pure water or distilled water in the cathode chamber, the sodium ions in the anode chamber must pass through the cation exchange membrane to enter the cathode chamber under the promotion of concentration difference energy or concentration difference force; and the chloride ions in the anode chamber cannot pass through the cation exchange membrane to enter the cathode chamber. It can be seen that at this moment, the pure water in the cathode chamber of the electrolyzer must contain a large number of single sodium ions (Na +), called "excess ions", at this moment, the pure water in the cathode chamber actually becomes an aqueous solution containing a single or excess sodium ion; moreover, this excess ion is positively charged Na + ions, so at this moment, the electrically neutral pure water or distilled water added to the cathode chamber will inevitably become a positively charged aqueous solution, which is called an "excess charge solution." It is known that the law of conservation of solution charge means that any naturally existing solution must be electrically neutral and must be charge conserved. But at this moment, the excess charge solution in the cathode chamber cannot conserve charge. If there is no cation exchange membrane, the chloride ions in the anode chamber will inevitably enter the cathode chamber, and the conservation of solution charge can be maintained. However, now that a cation exchange membrane has been installed, the chloride ions cannot pass through the cation exchange membrane to enter the cathode chamber, so at this moment the conservation of solution charge cannot be maintained. Obviously, in order to satisfy the electrical neutrality or charge conservation of the solution, a single excess Na+ must be eliminated. + Undoubtedly, the cathode chamber at this time only contains water and excess Na + There are two substances, Na+ and Na+, so there is only one way to eliminate the excess Na+. + ions, the only way is the excess Na + The ions will spontaneously react with water molecules to generate electrically neutral sodium hydroxide and hydrogen. The reaction principle is as follows: 2Na + + 2H2O = 2NaOH + H2. Experiments can also prove that if there is only excess Na + ions and kerosene, without any other substances such as water, the excess Na in kerosene + The ions will inevitably undergo a self-polymerization reaction and transform into electrically neutral metallic sodium; ... and so on. Therefore, this type of spontaneous chemical reaction is called "chemical reaction of excess charge", which is a spontaneous chemical reaction that specifically eliminates excess charge or static charge. It is a chemical reaction that must proceed spontaneously in order to maintain the charge conservation of the solution. Even at normal temperature and pressure and without electricity, it is bound to be a spontaneous chemical reaction.
[0004] On the basis of the above-mentioned "Fact 1", there is another "Fact 2": "Select an anion exchange membrane diffusion dialyzer (existing commercial product), add a 40% KOH aqueous solution to the dialysis chamber (cathode chamber or positive electrode chamber) of the diffusion dialyzer, add pure water or distilled water to the diffusion chamber (anode chamber or negative electrode chamber), the amount added is determined according to the actual capacity of the diffusion dialyzer, let it stand for 24 hours, and use a gas flow meter to detect that hydrogen is continuously produced in the dialysis chamber (cathode chamber) of the diffusion dialyzer, and oxygen is continuously produced in the diffusion chamber (anode chamber); if the dialysis chamber and the diffusion chamber are connected, the oxygen is continuously produced. When the graphite electrode is installed in the diffuser chamber and connected to the circuit, the diffuser dialyzer becomes a concentration difference battery, called an anion exchange membrane concentration difference battery (AEM concentration difference battery), or an anion membrane primary battery. Its most classic feature is that it can release current while producing hydrogen and oxygen from water, without consuming metal negative electrode materials, but only consuming water molecules. As long as water is continuously added, the indicator light can be continuously lit. Its basic principle is the same as "Fact 1", which is a chemical reaction of excess charge: that is, under the impetus of concentration difference force or concentration difference energy, the high concentration of OH in the cathode chamber (dialysis chamber) of the diffuser dialyzer - Ions must pass through the anion exchange membrane into the anode chamber (diffusion chamber), forming excess OH - ion aqueous solution, thereby forming an excess of negatively charged aqueous solution in the anode chamber. In order to maintain the charge conservation of the solution, the following reaction must occur at the moment of formation, namely, 2OH - + 2OH - = O2 + 2H2O, thereby generating electrically neutral oxygen (O 2 ) and water (H2O), thereby maintaining the charge conservation of the aqueous solution in the anode chamber; at this moment, the K + Ions cannot pass through the anion exchange membrane into the anode chamber, which inevitably leads to the K + The excess of K ions leads to excess positive charge in the aqueous solution in the cathode chamber, which destroys the charge conservation of the aqueous solution in the cathode chamber. Therefore, in order to satisfy the charge conservation of the solution, the excess K + Ions must occur 2K + + 2H2O = H2+ 2KOH (Formula 1) The chemical synthesis reaction will inevitably generate hydrogen in the cathode chamber. At the same time, it can be seen from Formula 1 that although the added KOH participates in the reaction, it does not consume KOH. Under the premise of the anion exchange membrane, the added KOH is equivalent to a catalyst participating in the cycle reaction, which can spontaneously catalyze the conversion of water into hydrogen. As can be seen from Formula 1, since the synthesis reaction in the cathode chamber needs to continuously consume water molecules, the KOH concentration in the cathode chamber will inevitably increase continuously. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously add water in the cathode chamber to maintain the concentration of KOH aqueous solution in the cathode chamber at about 40%; due to the excess HO in the anode chamber -The ions become oxygen and water, so the OH in the pure water in the anode chamber - The ion concentration is almost zero, so the anode and cathode compartments form and maintain a high degree of OH - The concentration difference of ions can continuously push OH - Ions migrate from the cathode chamber to the anode chamber, thereby continuously producing hydrogen and oxygen. Theoretically, as long as the anion exchange membrane or equipment is never damaged, this concentration difference force can be maintained forever. As long as this concentration difference force exists, water can be continuously used to produce hydrogen and oxygen and generate electricity, and the indicator light can be lit. Moreover, the hydrogen production is proportional to the area of the anion exchange membrane and the concentration difference force. In other words, an infinite number of anion exchange membrane concentration difference cells can be manufactured. As long as there is water and a sufficiently large or infinite anion exchange membrane area, hydrogen and hydrogen power generation (hydrogen energy) can be endlessly produced. In particular, this spontaneous reaction of excess ions or excess charges does not consume metal negative electrodes, but only consumes water, so the production cost can be greatly reduced.
[0005] "Fact 2" and its concentration cell conform to the principle of chemical reaction of excess charge mentioned above. The energy of anion exchange membrane concentration cell comes from excess K + The internal energy and chemical energy of the ions also come from the excess OH - The internal energy and chemical energy of ions also come from the ion concentration difference energy. If the negative electrode or anode of the concentration difference battery is improved to a "metallic anode" with a negative potential, it will have an electrode potential difference force or a potential difference force, and the driving force of the electromotive force of the primary battery, and the concentration difference battery will become a primitive battery for hydrogen production from water. Therefore, the energy of the primitive battery also comes from or needs to be supplemented by the potential difference force. The greater the sum of the potential difference energy and the concentration difference energy it has, the greater the hydrogen production rate of the primitive battery, which is in a directly proportional function relationship with the potential difference force and the concentration difference force.
[0006] The traditional aluminum-air battery also provides facts for the method of producing hydrogen from water in this primary battery (Fact 4). It has been proved that when the aluminum-air fuel cell is not supplied with air, it is itself a primary battery for producing hydrogen from water. Experiments have long proved that when the aluminum-air fuel cell is in operation, even if no air is supplied, the battery can still discharge and continuously produce hydrogen at the positive electrode. The experiment proved that: "When the hydrogen output rate is greater than 1.0L / min, it can supply power to the outside at a voltage of 0.45V and a constant current of 7.5A". Therefore, when there is no air, the positive electrode of the alkaline metal aluminum-air battery must have a main reaction, namely 2H += H2, its positive electrode will inevitably produce hydrogen, and the negative electrode will produce aluminum hydroxide. However, the cost of producing hydrogen from water in this primary battery is extremely high. It takes 9 kilograms of aluminum to produce one kilogram of hydrogen, and the cost is at least 70 yuan per kilogram of hydrogen, which is not practical. However, since the negative electrode of this primary battery is improved to a "metallic anode" that does not consume metal materials, its chemical reaction does not produce aluminum hydroxide, or does not produce byproducts such as Li2O2 or Na2O2 that are necessarily produced by traditional metal-air fuel cells. What is produced at the negative electrode is oxygen (O2), and hydrogen (H2) is produced at the positive electrode, and direct current is released. Therefore, in theory, the DC power consumption of hydrogen production from water in this primary battery can be reduced to a negative value, which is a world of difference from the DC power consumption of traditional water electrolysis hydrogen production, which will inevitably greatly reduce the cost of hydrogen production from water and its power generation. If the diaphragm of the traditional aluminum-air battery is changed to an anion exchange membrane, and the traditional metal aluminum anode is improved to an alkaline water-resistant Raney nickel electrode (an alkaline water-resistant metal anode), or improved to a negative potential metal aluminum anode, the traditional aluminum-air battery is improved into a brand-new fuel cell or generator product that only consumes water molecules. The characteristics of this generator are: only water needs to be replenished, no cyclic charging is required, no hydrogen is added, no mechanical charging is required, no metal negative electrode is consumed, and only water molecules are consumed; this generator can generate electricity by consuming only water, which is the most important or most critical feature. Therefore, commercial problems such as metal dendrites or deformation are not generated, and water can be directly added to replace traditional hydrogenation, thereby eliminating the super problems of large-scale commercialization such as the construction of hydrogenation stations and the transportation and storage of hydrogen. This generator is essentially a fuel cell or generator with "concentration difference energy + hydrogen energy" (2 energy sources), and its volume power density is greater than that of traditional proton exchange membrane hydrogen fuel cells; in particular, because it does not consume metal anode or metal negative electrode materials, but only consumes water molecules, the cost of power generation by this battery is super low, which can be lower than the current cost of natural gas power generation. The electrolyte KOH or LiOH, which is a "super base catalyst", is involved in the reaction, but KOH or LiOH is not consumed. This is because according to the basic principle of chemical reaction of excess charge, in order to maintain the charge conservation of the solution, there must be an excess K at the positive electrode (or cathode) of the original battery. + The chemical synthesis reaction of ions and water molecules, namely K + + H2O = KOH + H + The reaction of (Formula 2) can recover 100% of KOH, so KOH is actually a catalyst rather than a raw material that needs to be consumed, which is different from "Fact 1" which needs to consume NaCl raw materials. When air is not passed, H in Formula 2 + Converted into hydrogen (hydrogen from water), 2H + = H2; when air is introduced, 4H + + O2 = 2H2O, H in formula 2 +Converted into water (hydrogen energy). Therefore, this generator is an organic fusion of traditional primary cells and concentration difference cells, not a mechanical combination. It has the driving force of two ion migrations, namely the electromotive force of the primary cell and the concentration difference energy. It is also an organic fusion of hydrogen energy and concentration difference energy. It organically integrates the two independent processes of traditional water hydrogen production and hydrogen power generation into one process, rather than the traditional series-parallel mechanical combination, and hardly increases the volume of traditional batteries. In terms of application, the use of this battery or generator is very suitable for building "water-only power plants" of various sizes, or building movable generators of various sizes. Its characteristics are: only water and oxygen are consumed during power generation, no waste gas, waste water, or waste residue is generated, and the amount of water consumed is relatively small. In theory, water hydrogen production consumes only one water molecule to generate one hydrogen molecule, and the anode of this generator can also generate one-half of the added water molecule. If the water molecule can be used, the water consumption can be further reduced during power generation. Therefore, its power generation cost can be lower than the cost of thermal power generation, and it has zero carbon emissions. Summary of the invention
[0007] One of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a method for producing hydrogen from water in a primary cell. The essence of this method is to improve a traditional electrolyzer or diffusion dialyzer or traditional fuel cell into a primary cell for producing hydrogen from water, namely, the primary cell. This is a process improvement, not an improvement in a specific manufacturing technology. Its technical characteristics are: (1) The diaphragm between the electrodes of the primary cell must be an anion exchange membrane, and at the same time, the negative electrode of the primary cell must be a low-potential metal anode. The lower the negative electrode potential, the better. That is, using traditional manufacturing technology, a protective film of negative-potential polycyclopentadiene potassium, polycyclopentadiene sodium or polycyclopentadiene lithium is applied on the surface of active metals such as metal aluminum, metal magnesium, metal sodium or metal lithium. The positive electrode of the primary cell is a high-potential graphite electrode, a carbon fluoride electrode, a hydrated ruthenium oxide electrode, a manganese dioxide electrode or an air electrode. The higher the positive electrode potential, the better. The higher the better, thus the traditional primary battery and ion membrane concentration difference battery are constructed into an organic whole. The primary battery has the sum of the electromotive force of these two batteries, but does not increase the volume of the traditional battery or electrolyzer. Therefore, its power density is greater than that of the traditional battery with the same volume; (2) The primary battery has both the open circuit voltage of the traditional primary battery and the open circuit voltage of the traditional concentration difference battery. Its open circuit voltage is the sum of the open circuit voltages of these two batteries. Its electromotive force or open circuit voltage is in direct proportion to the concentration difference force including the sum of the ion partial pressure difference force (Example 9) and the potential difference force; (3) The hydrogen production of the primary battery is in direct proportion to the area of the anion exchange membrane. As long as a sufficient or infinite amount of anion exchange membrane is manufactured and installed, a sufficient or infinite amount of hydrogen can be produced using water as a raw material. The most critical or important feature of the primary battery is that current can be released while producing hydrogen from water, and no metal negative electrode is consumed.
[0008] A primitive battery for producing hydrogen from water comprises the following steps in the following order: selecting a conventional electrolytic cell or a diffusion dialyzer or a conventional battery, using a Raney nickel catalyst used in the petrochemical industry as an electrode material, adopting conventional manufacturing technology, improving the anode electrode of the electrolytic cell or the diffusion dialyzer or the conventional battery to a negative potential Raney nickel electrode, or to a negative potential metal aluminum electrode, metal magnesium electrode, metal sodium electrode, or metal lithium electrode, and no other electrocatalyst is required; the cathode electrode of the electrolytic cell or the diffusion dialyzer or the conventional battery adopts a high potential conventional graphite electrode, ruthenium oxide electrode, carbon fluoride electrode, manganese dioxide electrode, air electrode, or other high potential cathode electrode, the cathode potential is as high as possible, and no other electrocatalyst is required; at the same time, the cation exchange membrane, proton exchange membrane, or other electrode diaphragm of the electrolytic cell or the conventional battery is uniformly improved to an anion exchange membrane; thereby, the electrolytic cell or the diffusion dialyzer or the conventional battery is improved to a negative potential Raney nickel electrode, or to a negative potential metal aluminum electrode, metal magnesium electrode, metal sodium electrode, or metal lithium electrode, and no other electrocatalyst is required; The dialyzer or the traditional battery is improved into an anion exchange membrane primary battery (AEM primary battery), which is the original battery; if its positive electrode is an air electrode or air is introduced, the original battery itself is a "water-only generator", called a ZHS generator, which generates electricity when air is introduced; a KOH aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added to the cathode chamber of the original battery, or a K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added, and pure water is added to the anode chamber, or carbon tetrachloride or kerosene is added, and the water level in the cathode chamber is kept higher than that in the anode chamber, and it is left to stand for 10-100 days, and pure water is continuously added to the cathode chamber to keep the water level in the cathode chamber unchanged, and a drain is installed in the anode chamber to keep the water level in the anode chamber unchanged; at this time, hydrogen is continuously generated in the cathode chamber, oxygen is continuously generated in the anode chamber, and oxygen and CO2 gas are generated when K2CO3 is added, and discharge is continuously carried out at the same time, and the indicator light can be continuously lit until the anion exchange membrane is damaged.
[0009] Note: The above-mentioned metal aluminum electrode, metal magnesium electrode, metal sodium electrode, or metal lithium electrode refers to a protective film coated on the surface of pure metal aluminum, pure metal magnesium, pure metal sodium, or pure metal lithium. This protective film has strong conductivity, is insoluble in water, is antioxidant, corrosion-resistant, and does not conduct metal ions. The material of this protective film refers to all alkali metal polycyclopentadiene materials or conductive polymer materials such as polycyclopentadiene potassium, polycyclopentadiene sodium, or polycyclopentadiene lithium. These materials have ready-made physical samples or commodities; the above-mentioned KOH refers to all alkali metal hydroxides such as potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, or mixtures thereof, and the above-mentioned K2CO3 refers to potassium carbonate or sodium carbonate.
[0010] The second purpose of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell or battery generator that only needs to consume water molecules and its application. It can be seen from this specification that the fuel cell or battery generator is called a ZHS battery or a ZHS generator, which includes several steps in the following order: using traditional manufacturing technology, the cathode electrode or positive electrode of the original battery for producing hydrogen from water is improved to a traditional air electrode, and a conduit is installed to introduce the oxygen or CO2 gas generated in the anode chamber of the original battery into the cathode chamber for chemical reaction. The original battery for producing hydrogen from water is then transformed into a battery generator, namely a ZHS battery or a ZHS generator, which has the unique feature that it only needs to replenish water to continuously generate electricity, and only consumes water molecules, without consuming other raw materials such as metal negative electrode materials. In particular, its power generation cost is lower than the cost of natural gas power generation in thermal power plants. During power generation, no waste gas such as carbon dioxide is generated, and no wastewater or waste residue is generated.
[0011] Note: When K2CO3 aqueous solution is added, oxygen, CO2 gas and water are generated in the anode chamber; when KOH aqueous solution is added, only oxygen and water are generated in the anode chamber, and no CO2 gas is generated; the polycyclopentadiene potassium described in the following examples includes metallocene organics generated by the polymerization reaction of all alkali metals such as polycyclopentadiene lithium or polycyclopentadiene sodium with cyclopentadiene. (Note: Solid samples of polycyclopentadiene potassium can be provided).
[0012] The uses of the ZHS battery or ZHS generator are as follows: (1) The battery generator is very suitable for application in the field of power generation. As long as there is a tap water pipeline, the battery or generator can be used to build a zero-carbon emission power plant or power station of different sizes, or to build a mobile generator of different sizes. Its unique feature is that it can continuously generate electricity by consuming only water; its power generation is proportional to the area of the anion exchange membrane and the electromotive force of the original battery. Since the power generation is proportional to the hydrogen production, and the hydrogen production is proportional to the area of the anion exchange membrane, in theory, as long as enough anion exchange membrane area is artificially manufactured, enough zero-carbon emission power plants can be built, and electricity can be generated on demand and infinitely. (2) The battery generator is very suitable for application in the field of new energy vehicles. Its unique feature is that when the vehicle is running, it only needs to replenish water, or only needs to consume water and air, and does not consume other raw materials such as metal electrodes. You can search online that Israel has developed an aluminum-air battery car that can last 3,000 kilometers with only water, but it needs to continuously consume metal aluminum electrode materials, resulting in its fuel cost being more than three times that of gasoline, and it cannot be commercialized. This battery or generator transforms the negative electrode of the traditional metal battery into a "metallic anode" and uses an air electrode for the positive electrode, which becomes a fuel cell that does not consume metal aluminum, magnesium, sodium or lithium but only consumes water. Since the potential of its "metallic anode" can be lower than the potential of the traditional aluminum electrode, and it also has the electromotive force of a concentration difference cell, its actual energy density and volume output power density are not lower than those of traditional proton membrane fuel cells with hydrogen or traditional aluminum-air fuel cells. Obviously, when a vehicle equipped with this battery or generator is running, it does not need to be charged, refueled, or hydrogenated, and does not explode (aqueous electrolyte). It only needs to add pure drinking water, which is available in every food store. Even if it has a range of 10,000 kilometers, it is not a problem; it also saves the cost of building a hydrogenation station, the storage and transportation cost of hydrogen, and its safety hazards. Therefore, driving fuel costs are actually the cost of purchasing pure water, which is at least 50% lower than gasoline costs.
[0013] A method for producing hydrogen from water using a primary cell. The essence of this method is to improve a traditional electrolyzer or diffusion dialyzer or traditional fuel cell into a primary cell for producing hydrogen from water, namely, this primary cell. Its technical characteristics are: (1) The diaphragm between the electrodes of the primary cell must be an anion exchange membrane, and the negative electrode of the primary cell must be a low-potential metal anode. This constructs the traditional primary cell and ion membrane concentration cell into an organic whole, which has the sum of the electromotive force of these two batteries without increasing the volume of the traditional battery or electrolyzer. Therefore, its power density is greater than that of the traditional battery with the same volume; (2) This primary cell has both the open circuit voltage of the traditional primary cell and the open circuit voltage of the traditional concentration cell. Its open circuit voltage is the sum of the open circuit voltages of these two batteries. Its electromotive force or open circuit voltage is in direct proportion to the sum of the concentration difference force and the potential difference force; (3) The hydrogen production of this primary cell is in direct proportion to the area of the anion exchange membrane. As long as a sufficient or infinite amount of anion exchange membrane is manufactured and installed, a sufficient or infinite amount of hydrogen can be produced using water as raw material.
[0014] A primitive battery for producing hydrogen from water, comprising the following steps in the following order: selecting a conventional electrolytic cell or a diffusion dialyzer or a conventional battery, using a Raney nickel catalyst used in the petrochemical industry as an electrode material, using conventional manufacturing technology, improving the anode electrode or the cathode electrode of the electrolytic cell or the diffusion dialyzer or the conventional battery to a negative potential Raney nickel electrode, or to a negative potential metal aluminum electrode, metal magnesium electrode, metal sodium electrode, or metal lithium electrode, without requiring other electrocatalysts, and the electrolytic cell or the diffusion dialyzer or the conventional battery is used as the electrode material. The cathode electrode or positive electrode of the conventional battery adopts a conventional graphite electrode or a ruthenium oxide electrode or a carbon fluoride electrode or a manganese dioxide electrode or an air electrode or other products with a high potential, or adopts other products with a high potential cathode electrode, the cathode potential is as high as possible, and no other electrocatalyst is required, and at the same time, the cation exchange membrane or the proton exchange membrane or other electrode diaphragm of the electrolyzer or conventional battery is improved to an anion exchange membrane; thereby, the electrolyzer or the diffusion dialyzer or the conventional battery is improved to an anion exchange membrane primary battery (AEM primary battery) battery), that is, this original battery; if its positive electrode is an air electrode or air is introduced, then this original battery itself is also a "water-only generator", or a battery generator, called this generator, which generates electricity when air is introduced; a KOH aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added to the cathode chamber or the positive electrode chamber of this original battery, or a K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added, and pure water is added to its anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber, or carbon tetrachloride or kerosene is added, and the water level of the cathode chamber or the positive electrode chamber is kept higher than that of the anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber, and pure water is continuously added to the cathode chamber or the positive electrode chamber to keep the water level of the cathode chamber unchanged, and a drain is installed in the anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber to keep the water level of the anode chamber unchanged; at this time, hydrogen is continuously generated in the cathode chamber or the positive electrode chamber, oxygen is continuously generated in the anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber, and oxygen and CO2 gas are generated when K2CO3 is added, and discharge is continuously carried out at the same time, and the indicator light can be continuously lit until the anion exchange membrane is damaged. The technical characteristics of this original battery are: current can be released while hydrogen is produced from water, and the metal negative electrode is not consumed.
[0015] According to the above scheme, the method of producing hydrogen from water is applied in the field of hydrogen energy, and a primitive battery is applied in the field of producing hydrogen from water.

The original battery for producing hydrogen from water is then transformed into a generator, which is called this battery generator or ZHS generator. The technical characteristics of this battery generator are: it can continuously generate electricity by consuming only water molecules and oxygen, without consuming metal negative electrode materials or other raw materials, and its power generation cost is lower than the cost of natural gas power generation in thermal power plants. When generating electricity, it does not generate waste gases such as carbon dioxide, waste water or waste residue.

[0019] Embodiment 1, Choose the commercial product of common ion membrane caustic soda electrolyzer, replace the original cation exchange membrane with an anion exchange membrane, use graphite electrode, carbon fluoride electrode, manganese dioxide electrode or air electrode for cathode electrode or positive electrode, and install an automatically controllable pure water supply device in cathode chamber or positive electrode chamber to control the water level in cathode chamber unchanged, use electrode prepared with Raney nickel catalyst as material for anode electrode or negative electrode, or use metal aluminum electrode, metal magnesium electrode, metal sodium electrode or metal lithium electrode, that is, apply a protective film of polycyclopentadiene potassium, polycyclopentadiene sodium or polycyclopentadiene lithium material on the surface of pure metal, the protective film is insoluble in water, anti-oxidation, strong in conductivity, corrosion-resistant, lower than the potential of negative electrode LiC6 of lithium ion battery, install a drain in anode chamber or negative electrode chamber to keep the water level in anode chamber unchanged; add KOH aqueous solution or K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% in cathode chamber, and add water to the anode electrode or negative electrode chamber. When the anode electrode is a Raney nickel electrode or a metal aluminum electrode or a metal magnesium electrode or a metal sodium electrode or a metal lithium electrode, pure water is added. When the anode electrode or the cathode electrode is pure metal aluminum or pure metal magnesium or pure metal sodium or pure metal lithium, carbon tetrachloride or kerosene is added. The amount added can be determined according to the operating procedures of the ion membrane caustic soda electrolysis process, generally equivalent to the volume of the sodium chloride brine added in the production amount, or determined according to the actual capacity of the electrode chamber of the ion membrane caustic soda electrolyzer. The current loop is connected and an indicator light is installed. The electrolyzer is thus improved to a primary battery with an electromotive force of more than 1.3V. It is left to stand for 1-5 days or 100 days. It is tested with a gas flow meter. It can be seen that hydrogen is continuously generated in the cathode chamber and oxygen is continuously generated in the anode chamber. If a K2CO3 aqueous solution is added to the cathode chamber, oxygen and carbon dioxide gas are generated in the anode chamber, and the indicator light is continuously lit. The amount of hydrogen generated is in a proportional functional relationship with the area of the installed anion exchange membrane.
[0020] Embodiment 2, The product of anion exchange membrane water hydrogen production electrolyzer (AEM electrolyzer) made in Germany is selected. The cathode electrode or positive electrode is selected from graphite electrode, carbon fluoride electrode, manganese dioxide electrode, ruthenium oxide electrode or air electrode. The electrolyzer has an automatically controllable pure water replenishment device to control the water level in the cathode chamber to remain unchanged. The anode electrode or negative electrode is selected from metal aluminum electrode, metal magnesium electrode, metal sodium electrode or metal lithium electrode, that is, a protective film of polycyclopentadiene potassium, polycyclopentadiene sodium or polycyclopentadiene lithium is coated on the surface of metal aluminum, metal magnesium, metal sodium or metal lithium. The protective film is insoluble in water, anti-oxidation, corrosion-resistant, highly conductive, and lower than the potential of LiC6. The lower the negative electrode potential, the better. A drain is installed in the anode chamber to keep the water level in the anode chamber unchanged. A KOH aqueous solution or a K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added to the cathode chamber, and pure water is added to the anode chamber. The amount added can be According to the actual capacity of the electrode chamber of the AEM electrolyzer, the current loop is connected and the indicator light is installed, thereby improving the AEM electrolyzer to a primary battery whose single cell has an open circuit voltage of 1.5V, 2.1V or 2.3V. After standing for 1-5 days or 100 days, the gas flow meter is used for testing. It can be seen that hydrogen is continuously generated in the cathode chamber or the positive electrode chamber, and oxygen is continuously generated in the anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber. At the same time, the indicator light is continuously lit, that is, current is released. The amount of hydrogen generated is proportional to the area of the installed anion exchange membrane, and the hydrogen production is increased by 10%, 16% or 19% or more than that of the above-mentioned embodiment 1. The potential of the metal aluminum electrode, the metal magnesium electrode, the metal sodium electrode or the metal lithium electrode is more negative than that of the Raney nickel electrode, generally above -1.1V or -1.5V. Therefore, under the condition of the same anion exchange membrane area, the electromotive force or open circuit voltage of the primary battery is larger, and the hydrogen production is also larger.
[0021] Embodiment 3, The product of anion exchange membrane diffusion dialyzer is selected, and its dialyzing chamber is used as cathode chamber or positive electrode chamber, and graphite electrode, ruthenium oxide electrode, carbon fluoride electrode, manganese dioxide electrode or air electrode is selected and installed as cathode electrode or positive electrode, and the cathode chamber or positive electrode chamber is installed with an automatically controllable pure water supply device to control the water level of the cathode chamber or positive electrode chamber to remain unchanged, and its diffusion chamber is used as anode chamber or negative electrode chamber, and the negative electrode or anode electrode is selected from metal aluminum, metal magnesium, metal sodium or metal lithium and other metal electrodes coated with a protective film, that is, a protective film of polycyclopentadiene potassium, polycyclopentadiene sodium or polycyclopentadiene lithium material or conductive polymer material is coated on the surface of these metal electrodes (samples or products of these materials are already available), and a drain is installed in the negative electrode chamber or anode chamber to keep the water level of the negative electrode chamber unchanged, and KO with a mass concentration of 40% is added to the positive electrode chamber or cathode chamber. H aqueous solution or K2CO3 aqueous solution, pure water is added to the negative electrode chamber, and the amount added can be determined according to the actual capacity of the electrode chamber of the diffusion dialyzer, the current loop is connected, and an indicator light is installed, thereby the anion exchange membrane diffusion dialyzer is improved into a primary battery with a single cell having an electromotive force of more than 1.5V, and it is left to stand for 1-5 days or 100 days, and tested with a gas flow meter. It can be seen that hydrogen is continuously generated in the positive electrode chamber, oxygen is continuously generated in the negative electrode chamber, and the indicator light is continuously lit, releasing current, and the amount of hydrogen generated is proportional to the area of the installed anion exchange membrane. Under the condition of the same anion exchange membrane area, the hydrogen production is increased by more than 14% compared with the above-mentioned embodiment 1. The potential of these metal electrodes is more negative than that of the Raney nickel electrode. Therefore, under the condition of the same anion exchange membrane area, the electromotive force or open circuit voltage of the primary battery is larger, and the hydrogen production is also larger.
[0022] Embodiment 4, The conventional alkaline water hydrogen production electrolyzer is selected, and its cathode electrode is improved to a graphite electrode or a hydrated ruthenium oxide electrode or a carbon fluoride electrode or a manganese dioxide electrode or an air electrode. The cathode chamber is equipped with an automatically controllable pure water supply device to control the water level in the cathode chamber to remain unchanged. The anode electrode is improved to a Raney nickel electrode or a metal aluminum electrode or a metal magnesium electrode or a metal sodium electrode or a metal lithium electrode. That is, a protective film of polycyclopentadiene potassium or polycyclopentadiene sodium or polycyclopentadiene lithium or a conductive polymer material or an anion exchange resin is coated on the surface of the metal aluminum or metal magnesium or metal sodium or metal lithium using conventional manufacturing technology (samples or products of these protective film materials are already available). The protective film is insoluble in water, anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant. A drain is installed in the anode chamber to maintain the water level. Keeping the water level in the anode chamber unchanged, add a KOH aqueous solution or a K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% into the cathode chamber, and add pure water into the anode chamber. The amount added can be determined according to the actual capacity of the electrode chamber of the alkaline water hydrogen production electrolyzer. Connect the current loop and install an indicator light. Thus, the alkaline water hydrogen production electrolyzer is improved into a primary battery with a single cell having an open circuit voltage of 1.1-2.3V. After standing for 1-5 days or 100 days and testing with a gas flowmeter, it can be seen that hydrogen is continuously produced in the cathode chamber and oxygen is continuously produced in the anode chamber. If a K2CO3 aqueous solution is added, oxygen and carbon dioxide gases are produced in the anode chamber, and the indicator light is continuously lit. The amount of hydrogen produced is proportional to the area of the installed anion exchange membrane and is proportional to the open circuit voltage or electromotive force of the primary battery.
[0023] Embodiment 5, Select the products of traditional proton exchange membrane hydrogen fuel cell or proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer or alkaline zinc-manganese battery, improve its proton exchange membrane or traditional battery diaphragm into anion exchange membrane, improve its positive electrode into graphite electrode or ruthenium oxide electrode or carbon fluoride electrode or manganese dioxide electrode or air electrode, install an automatically controllable pure water replenishing device in the positive electrode chamber to control the water level in the positive electrode chamber to remain unchanged, and improve its negative electrode into Raney nickel electrode or metal aluminum electrode or metal magnesium electrode or metal sodium electrode or metal lithium electrode, that is, coat a protective film of anion exchange membrane material or polycyclopentadiene potassium material or conductive polymer material on the surface of metal aluminum or metal magnesium or metal sodium or metal lithium, the anode electrode or negative electrode is insoluble in water, anti-oxidation, corrosion-resistant, and has a potential lower than that of the negative electrode LiC6 of the lithium ion battery, and install A drain outlet is provided to keep the water level of the anode chamber or the cathode chamber unchanged, a KOH aqueous solution or a K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added to the cathode chamber or the cathode chamber, and pure water is added to the anode chamber or the cathode chamber. The amount of water added can be determined according to the actual capacity of the electrode chamber of the fuel cell. The current loop is connected and an indicator light is installed. Thus, the proton membrane fuel cell is improved to a primitive battery with a single cell having an open circuit voltage of 1.3-2.3V. After standing for 1-5 days or 100 days and tested with a gas flow meter, it can be seen that hydrogen is continuously generated in the cathode chamber or the cathode chamber, and oxygen is continuously generated in the anode chamber or the cathode chamber. When the K2CO3 aqueous solution is added, oxygen and carbon dioxide gas are generated in the anode chamber, and the indicator light is continuously lit. The amount of hydrogen generated is proportional to the area of the installed anion exchange membrane and is also proportional to the open circuit voltage or electromotive force of the primitive battery.
[0024] Embodiment 6, Select traditional aluminum-air fuel cell products, improve their negative electrodes to metal aluminum electrodes, metal magnesium electrodes, metal sodium electrodes, or metal lithium electrodes, the potential of the metal anode or metal cathode is lower than -0.6V, the lower the better, the positive electrode still uses the original air electrode, or uses a graphite electrode, carbon fluoride electrode, ruthenium oxide electrode, or manganese dioxide electrode, and its electrode potential is higher than +0.7V, the higher the better, thereby forming the electromotive force of the original battery, and improve the diaphragm between the batteries to an anion exchange membrane, in the cathode chamber or positive An artificial intelligence pure water replenishing device is installed in the cathode chamber to control the water level in the cathode chamber or the positive electrode chamber to remain unchanged. A drain outlet is installed in the anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber to control the water level in the anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber to remain unchanged. A KOH aqueous solution or a K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added to the cathode chamber or the positive electrode chamber, and pure water is added to the anode chamber or the negative electrode chamber. The amount of water added can be determined according to the actual capacity of the fuel cell. Thus, a primitive battery of "electrode potential difference driving force + concentration difference driving force" is constructed. The driving force of ion migration is the sum of these two driving forces, which can continuously drive OH -Ions migrate from the cathode chamber to the anode chamber through the anion exchange membrane, continuously generating OH - and K + These two kinds of excess ions or excess charges react with excess charges, thereby continuously producing oxygen and hydrogen, releasing chemical energy, and converting it into electrical energy and heat energy. If an air electrode is used at the positive electrode and air is introduced, or a K2CO3 aqueous solution is added to the positive electrode chamber, O2 and CO2 gases are simultaneously produced in the negative electrode chamber. The O2 and CO2 are continuously introduced into the positive electrode chamber through a conduit. O2 reacts with the continuously produced H + Or H2 reacts to generate water, 4H+ + O2= 2H2O, the amount of water generated is 1 / 2 of the amount of water consumed by the positive electrode chamber, 4K + + 4H2O = 4KOH + 4H + , 2H + = H2, CO2 reacts with KOH aqueous solution in the positive electrode chamber and is converted into K2CO3 aqueous solution, releasing chemical energy, which is converted into electrical energy and thermal energy. As long as the anion exchange membrane is not damaged or the battery equipment is not damaged, and water is continuously replenished, the power generation process will not be interrupted, and power generation can be continuously achieved. Its volume power density is greater than that of traditional proton exchange membrane hydrogen fuel cells and aluminum-air batteries. Its power generation is proportional to the area of the anion exchange membrane, to the electrode potential difference, and to the ion concentration difference, including the ion partial pressure difference.
[0025] Embodiment 7, The cathode electrode or the positive electrode of the primary battery for producing hydrogen from water in the above-mentioned embodiment 1, embodiment 2, embodiment 3, embodiment 4, or embodiment 5, or the cathode electrode or the positive electrode of the primary battery, is improved to a conventional air electrode, and an automatically controllable conduit is installed to continuously introduce the O2 or CO2 gas produced in the anode chamber or the cathode chamber of the primary battery into the cathode chamber or the cathode chamber to react with the KOH or H added or produced in the cathode chamber. +(See Formula 2 above) to carry out chemical reaction, add KOH aqueous solution or K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% in the positive electrode chamber, add pure water or carbon tetrachloride or kerosene in the negative electrode chamber, let it stand for 10-100 days, and continuously generate electricity, thereby constructing a battery generator, called ZHS battery or ZHS generator, that is, as long as the positive electrode of the original battery is an air electrode, the original battery is a battery generator or ZHS generator, and the technical characteristics of the generator are: (1) it does not consume negative potential metal negative electrode materials, but only consumes water molecules; (2) it does not need to add hydrogen, does not need to be charged, and only needs to add water; therefore, the generator is particularly suitable for establishing various sizes of zero-carbon emission power generation devices. Large, it can be a large or medium-sized power plant, small, it can be a portable generator, because only pure water or distilled water is needed to generate electricity, which saves the transportation of coal and natural gas, saves the cost of transportation and storage of hydrogen, and saves the construction and cost of hydrogenation stations.
[0026] Example 8 Select a traditional ion membrane caustic soda electrolyzer, or a traditional water hydrogen electrolyzer, or a traditional metal-air battery, or a traditional diffusion dialyzer, or a traditional proton exchange membrane fuel cell, and use an anion exchange membrane to replace the original electrolyzer or battery diaphragm, or replace the original cation exchange membrane. The positive electrode uses an air electrode, and an automatically controllable conduit is installed to continuously introduce the O2 or CO2 gas generated in the negative electrode chamber of the original battery into the positive electrode chamber, and react with the KOH or H added or generated in the positive electrode chamber. + (See Formula 2 above) to carry out chemical reaction, and install an automatically controllable pure water replenishing device in the positive electrode chamber to control the water level in the positive electrode chamber to be constant, the negative electrode is selected from a metal aluminum electrode, a metal magnesium electrode, a metal sodium electrode, or a metal lithium electrode, and a drain is installed in the negative electrode chamber to keep the water level in the negative electrode chamber constant, a KOH aqueous solution or a K2CO3 aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40% is added to the positive electrode chamber, pure water is added to the negative electrode chamber, or carbon tetrachloride or kerosene is added, and the amount added can be determined according to the actual capacity of the electrode chamber of the traditional ion membrane caustic soda electrolyzer or the traditional battery, the current loop is connected, and an indicator light is installed, thereby improving the electrolyzer or the traditional battery into a ZHS battery or a ZHS generator, whose power generation is greater than that of a proton exchange membrane hydrogen fuel cell of the same volume, and the power generation cost is reduced by more than 4 times compared with the traditional hydrogen fuel cell.
[0027] Example 9 The negative electrode of the ZHS generator of the above-mentioned Example 8 is improved to the same electrode as its positive electrode, and the anion exchange membrane and the porous metal membrane are bonded together at high pressure to form a two-layer membrane, which can withstand a 5MP partial pressure difference and has the selectivity of the anion exchange membrane. The anion exchange membrane of Example 8 is then replaced with the two-layer membrane, thereby improving the generator of Example 8 into a differential pressure battery. The same amount of 40% KOH aqueous solution is added to the positive and negative chambers of the differential pressure battery, respectively, and the added amount is the same as that of Example 8. The input amount is the same, a pressure of 4MP is applied to the positive electrode chamber of the pressure differential battery, and the pressure in the negative electrode chamber of the pressure differential battery is controlled to be 0.1MP, and the circuit is connected. At this time, the pressure differential battery is continuously discharged. After detection, it can be found that the power density of its output is more than twice that of the ZHS generator in Example 8, which shows that the so-called ion partial pressure difference is essentially the ion concentration difference. It can be seen that as long as the ion partial pressure difference or ion concentration difference of the original battery or the generator is greatly improved, the rate of hydrogen production from water will inevitably be greatly improved accordingly, or the power generation under the same volume will be greatly improved.
