AI Technical Summary
In the OLED display panel, the complex layout of the signal lines causes the flatness of the anode to be affected, which leads to color separation problems.
By providing a delicate relative layout between the anode and the signal line layer closest to the anode, the planarization reinforcement blocks are used to cover the main portion of the anode, ensuring that the planarization layer below the anode remains flat.
It effectively reduces the color separation problem and improves the color alignment and overall display effect of the display panel.

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to display technology, and in particular to an array substrate and a display device. Background Art
[0002] Organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is one of the hot spots in the field of flat panel display research today. Unlike thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) that uses a stable voltage to control brightness, OLED is driven by a driving current that needs to be kept constant to control brightness. The OLED display panel includes a plurality of pixel units, which are configured with a pixel driving circuit arranged in multiple rows and columns. Each pixel driving circuit includes a driving transistor having a gate terminal connected to a gate line in each row and a drain terminal connected to a data line in each column. When the row in which the pixel unit is selected is turned on, the switching transistor connected to the driving transistor is turned on, and the data voltage is applied to the driving transistor from the data line via the switching transistor, so that the driving transistor outputs a current corresponding to the data voltage to the OLED device. The OLED device is driven to emit light of corresponding brightness. Summary of the invention

Optionally, each of the corresponding first sub-pixel, the corresponding second sub-pixel, and the corresponding third sub-pixel includes a first transistor T1, a second transistor T2, a third transistor T3, a fourth transistor T4, a first reset transistor Tr1, a second reset transistor Tr2, a third reset transistor Tr3, and a driving transistor Td.
[0092] The present disclosure may be implemented in a pixel driving circuit having various types of transistors, including a pixel driving circuit having a p-type transistor, a pixel driving circuit having an n-type transistor, and a pixel driving circuit having one or more p-type transistors and one or more n-type transistors. Figure 2A , the second transistor T2 is an n-type transistor, such as a metal oxide transistor, and the other transistors are p-type transistors, such as polysilicon transistors. For a p-type transistor, a valid control signal (e.g., a turn-on control signal) is a low voltage signal, and an invalid control signal (e.g., a turn-off control signal) is a high voltage signal. For an n-type transistor, a valid control signal (e.g., a turn-on control signal) is a high voltage signal, and an invalid control signal (e.g., a turn-off control signal) is a low voltage signal.
[0093] Figure 2B is a timing diagram showing the operation of the pixel driving circuit in some embodiments according to the present disclosure. Figure 2B During one frame of image, the operation of the pixel driving circuit includes an initial sub-stage t0, a reset sub-stage t1, a data writing sub-stage t2, and a light emitting sub-stage t3. In the initial sub-stage t0, a cut-off reset control signal is provided to the gate of the second reset transistor Tr2 through the corresponding second reset control signal line rst2, so that the second reset transistor Tr2 is cut off. The cut-off reset control signal is provided to the gate of the first reset transistor Tr1 and the gate of the third reset transistor Tr3 through the corresponding first reset control signal line rst1, so that the first reset transistor Tr1 and the third reset transistor Tr3 are cut off. In the initial sub-stage t0, the first gate line GL1 is provided with a cut-off signal, so the first transistor T1 is cut off.
[0094] In the reset sub-phase t1, the on-reset control signal is provided to the gate of the first reset transistor Tr1 through the corresponding first reset control signal line rst1, so that the first reset transistor Tr1 is turned on; the initialization voltage signal from the corresponding first reset signal line Vint1 is allowed to be transmitted from the first electrode of the first reset transistor Tr1 to the second electrode of the first reset transistor Tr1; and then transmitted to the node N4. The anode of the light-emitting element LE is initialized. The on-reset control signal is provided to the gate of the third reset transistor Tr3 through the corresponding first reset control signal line rst1, so that the third reset transistor Tr3 is turned on; the initialization voltage signal from the corresponding third reset signal line Vint3 is allowed to be transmitted from the first electrode of the third reset transistor Tr3 to the second electrode of the third reset transistor Tr3; and then transmitted to the node N2. The node N2 is initialized. In the reset sub-phase t1, the first gate line GL1 is provided with a cut-off signal, so that the first transistor T1 is turned off. The corresponding light-emitting control signal line em is provided with a high voltage signal, so that the third transistor T3 and the fourth transistor T4 are turned off.
[0095] In the data writing sub-phase t2, the on-reset control signal is provided to the gate of the second reset transistor Tr2 through the second reset control signal line rst2 to turn on the second reset transistor Tr2; the initialization voltage signal from the corresponding second reset signal line Vint2 is allowed to be transmitted from the first electrode of the second reset transistor Tr2 to the second electrode of the second reset transistor Tr2, and then to the second electrode of the driving transistor Td. The second electrode of the driving transistor Td is initialized. The second capacitor electrode Ce2 receives a high voltage signal from the corresponding voltage supply line Vdd. As the voltage difference between the first capacitor electrode Ce1 and the second capacitor electrode Ce2 increases, the first capacitor electrode Ce1 is charged in the data writing sub-phase t2.
[0096] In the data writing sub-stage t2, the cut-off reset control signal is again provided to the gate of the first reset transistor Tr1 and the gate of the third reset transistor Tr3 through the corresponding first reset control signal line rst1, so that the first reset transistor Tr1 and the third reset transistor Tr3 are turned off. The corresponding first gate line GL1 and the corresponding second gate line GL2 are respectively provided with a turn-on signal, so the first transistor T1 and the second transistor T2 are turned on. The second electrode of the driving transistor Td is connected to the second electrode of the second transistor T2. The gate of the driving transistor Td is electrically connected to the first electrode of the second transistor T2. Since the second transistor T2 is turned on in the data writing sub-stage t2, the gate and the second electrode of the driving transistor Td are connected and short-circuited, and only the PN junction between the gate and the first electrode of the driving transistor Td is effective, so that the driving transistor Td is in a diode connection mode. The first transistor T1 is turned on in the data writing sub-stage t2. The data voltage signal transmitted through the corresponding data line DL is received by the first electrode of the first transistor T1, and then transmitted to the first electrode of the driving transistor Td connected to the second electrode of the first transistor T1. The node N2 connected to the first electrode of the driving transistor Td has the voltage level of the data voltage signal. Since only the PN junction between the gate of the driving transistor Td and the first electrode is effective, the voltage level at the node N1 gradually rises to (Vdata+Vth) in the data writing sub-phase t2, where Vdata is the voltage level of the data voltage signal and Vth is the voltage level of the threshold voltage Th of the PN junction. Because the voltage difference between the first capacitor electrode Ce1 and the second capacitor electrode Ce2 is reduced to a relatively small value, the storage capacitor Cst is discharged. A high voltage signal is provided to the corresponding light emitting control signal line em to turn off the third transistor T3 and the fourth transistor T4.
[0097] In the light-emitting sub-phase t3, the corresponding first gate line GL1 and the corresponding second gate line GL2 are provided with a cut-off signal, and the first transistor T1 and the second transistor T2 are cut off. The cut-off reset control signal is provided to the gate of the second reset transistor Tr2 through the corresponding second reset control signal line rst2, so that the second reset transistor Tr2 is cut off. The on reset control signal is provided to the gate of the first reset transistor Tr1 through the corresponding first reset control signal line rst1, so that the first reset transistor Tr1 is turned on; the initialization voltage signal is allowed to be transmitted to the node N4. The on reset control signal is provided to the gate of the third reset transistor Tr3 through the corresponding first reset control signal line rst1, so that the third reset transistor Tr3 is turned on; the initialization voltage signal is allowed to be transmitted to the node N2. Node N4 and node N2 are initialized. Subsequently, the cut-off reset control signal is provided to the gate of the first reset transistor Tr1 and the gate of the third reset transistor Tr3 through the corresponding first reset control signal line rst1, so that the first reset transistor Tr1 and the third reset transistor Tr3 are cut off. Subsequently, the corresponding light emitting control signal line em is provided with a low voltage signal to turn on the third transistor T3 and the fourth transistor T4. In the light emitting sub-phase t3, the voltage level at the node N1 is maintained at (Vdata+Vth), and the driving transistor Td is turned on by the voltage level and operates in the saturation region. A path is formed through the third transistor T3, the driving transistor Td, and the fourth transistor T4 to the light emitting element LE. The driving transistor Td generates a driving current for driving the light emitting element LE to emit light. The voltage level at the node N3 connected to the second electrode of the driving transistor Td is equal to the light emitting voltage of the light emitting element LE.

[0109] Various suitable electrode materials and various suitable manufacturing methods can be used to manufacture the first gate metal layer Gate1. For example, the conductive material can be deposited on the substrate and patterned by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) process. Examples of suitable conductive materials for manufacturing the first gate metal layer Gate1 include, but are not limited to, aluminum, copper, molybdenum, chromium, aluminum-copper alloy, copper-molybdenum alloy, molybdenum-aluminum alloy, aluminum-chromium alloy, copper-chromium alloy, molybdenum-chromium alloy, copper-molybdenum-aluminum alloy, etc. Optionally, a plurality of first gate lines (e.g., each first gate line GL1), a plurality of first reset control signal lines (e.g., each first reset control signal line rst1), a plurality of second reset control signal lines (e.g., each second reset control signal line rst2), a plurality of light-emitting control signal lines (e.g., each light-emitting control signal line em) and a first capacitor electrode Ce1 of the storage capacitor Cst in the pixel driving circuit are located in the same layer.
[0110] As used herein, the term "same layer" refers to the relationship between layers formed simultaneously in the same step. In one example, when a plurality of light emitting control signal lines and a first capacitor electrode Ce1 are formed due to one or more steps of the same patterning process performed in the same material layer, the plurality of light emitting control signal lines and the first capacitor electrode Ce1 are located in the same layer. In another example, by simultaneously performing the step of forming a plurality of light emitting control signal lines and the step of forming the first capacitor electrode Ce1, a plurality of light emitting control signal lines and the first capacitor electrode Ce1 can be formed in the same layer. The term "same layer" does not always mean that the thickness of the layer or the height of the layer in a cross-sectional view is the same.

For example, the conductive material can be deposited on the substrate and patterned by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) process. Examples of suitable conductive materials for manufacturing the second gate metal layer Gate2 include, but are not limited to, aluminum, copper, molybdenum, chromium, aluminum-copper alloy, copper-molybdenum alloy, molybdenum-aluminum alloy, aluminum-chromium alloy, copper-chromium alloy, molybdenum-chromium alloy, copper-molybdenum-aluminum alloy, etc. Optionally, at least part of a plurality of second gate lines in the pixel driving circuit (e.g., each second gate line first branch GL2-1), a plurality of second reset signal lines (e.g., each second reset signal Vint2) and the second capacitor electrode Ce2 of the storage capacitor Cst are located in the same layer.
[0112] Reference Figure 3F , a plurality of second capacitor electrodes in a plurality of pixel driving circuits are connected to each other and are part of the overall structure. By connecting the second capacitor electrodes to each other, the resistance of the corresponding first voltage supply line Vddh can be reduced because the second capacitor electrodes are electrically connected to the corresponding first voltage supply line Vddh. The inventors of the present disclosure have found that this structure improves display uniformity in the array substrate.
[0113] In an alternative embodiment, the plurality of second capacitor electrodes in the plurality of pixel driving circuits are spaced apart from each other. By spacing the second capacitor electrodes apart from each other, the parasitic capacitance between the plurality of second capacitor electrodes and the second electrode Dd (e.g., node N3) of the driving transistor Td can be reduced, thereby preventing a short-term afterimage from occurring when the array substrate is in a display mode.

Examples of suitable conductive materials for manufacturing the third signal line layer SD3 include, but are not limited to, aluminum, copper, molybdenum, chromium, aluminum-copper alloy, copper-molybdenum alloy, molybdenum-aluminum alloy, aluminum-chromium alloy, copper-chromium alloy, molybdenum-chromium alloy, copper-molybdenum-aluminum alloy, etc. Optionally, a plurality of second voltage supply lines (e.g., each second voltage supply line Vddv), a plurality of data lines (e.g., each data line DL), and a plurality of second fan-out connection lines (e.g., each second fan-out connection line FIPv) are located in the same layer.
[0130] The plurality of first fan-out connection lines and the plurality of second fan-out connection lines are configured to connect the plurality of data lines to the data driving circuit. By having the fan-out connection lines at least partially located in the display area of the array substrate, the array substrate can have a reduced peripheral area.
[0131] In some embodiments, each of the first fan-out connection lines FIPh extends in a direction substantially parallel to the first direction DR1, and each of the second voltage supply lines Vddv extends in a direction substantially parallel to the second direction DR2.
[0132] Figure 3Q A via extending through the third planarization layer PLN3 is depicted in FIG.
[0133] Reference Figure 2A , Figure 3A , Figure 3R as well as Figure 4 In some embodiments, the anode layer ADL includes a plurality of anodes AD.
[0134] The inventors of the present disclosure also found that the flatness of the anode in the display panel may adversely affect the image display. For example, the tilting of the anode may cause color separation. It is found in the present disclosure that the signal line under the anode can significantly affect the degree of the anode tilt. In one example, under the anode, a signal line is arranged on one side, while there is no signal line on the other side. This results in an uneven surface of the planarization layer above the signal line. The uneven surface of the planarization layer in turn causes the anode above the planarization layer to tilt. For example, there is a signal line under the left portion of the planarization layer, resulting in an uneven surface of the planarization layer, which in turn causes the anode above the planarization layer to tilt toward the right. The tilted anode reflects more light toward the right side of the display panel. In the display panel, the anodes associated with sub-pixels of different colors have different tilt angles, so the light reflected by the anodes in the sub-pixels of different colors reflects light of different colors at different angles. The cumulative effect of this problem leads to color separation at a large viewing angle.
[0135] The inventors of the present disclosure have also discovered that with the development of color on encapsulation (COE) technology, the color separation problem due to the unevenness of the surface on which the anode is disposed has become more prominent.
[0136] Figure 5 Schematic diagram showing the structure of an array substrate in some embodiments of the present disclosure. Figure 5In some embodiments, the array substrate includes a base substrate BS, a plurality of thin film transistors TFT located on the base substrate BS, a plurality of light emitting elements LE located on a side of the plurality of thin film transistors TFT away from the base substrate BS, an encapsulation layer EN located on a side of the plurality of light emitting elements LE away from the base substrate BS, a black matrix BM and a color film CF located on a side of the encapsulation layer EN away from the plurality of light emitting elements LE, and a covering layer OC located on a side of the black matrix BM and the color film CF away from the encapsulation layer EN. Each of the plurality of light emitting elements LE includes a corresponding anode among a plurality of anodes AD, a light emitting layer EL located on a side of the corresponding anode away from the base substrate BS, and a cathode CD located on a side of the light emitting layer EL away from the corresponding anode. The corresponding anode is connected to a corresponding thin film transistor among the plurality of thin film transistors TFT. In one example, Figure 4 The array substrate depicted in corresponds to Figure 5 The backplane BP of the array substrate depicted in the figure, wherein the backplane BP includes a plurality of thin film transistors TFT and a plurality of anodes AD.
[0137] Figure 6 Shows light reflection from the anode in the associated array substrate. Figure 6 1 and 2 show a red sub-pixel R, a green sub-pixel G, and a blue sub-pixel B. Figure 6 As shown, ambient light enters a sub-pixel and is reflected by the corresponding anode in the sub-pixel.
[0138] Figure 7 FIG. 2 shows the color separation occurring in the related array substrate. Figure 7 , when the array substrate is in a black screen state, light from the external light source ELS is irradiated on the array substrate and is reflected by the anode (serving as a mirror). Figure 7 A green sub-pixel matrix GSM and a red sub-pixel matrix RSM are shown. External light enters the green sub-pixel matrix GSM and is reflected by the anodes in the green sub-pixel matrix GSM. The external light reflected by the anodes in the green sub-pixel matrix GSM is filtered at least once by the green color film and is converted into green light. External light enters the red sub-pixel matrix RSM and is reflected by the anodes in the red sub-pixel matrix RSM. The external light reflected by the anodes in the red sub-pixel matrix RSM is filtered at least once by the red color film and is converted into red light. When the observer's eye E views the displayed image, it perceives an image formed by the reflected green and red light. However, since the anodes in the green sub-pixel matrix GSM are tilted to different degrees compared to the anodes in the red sub-pixel matrix RSM, the observer's eye E sees two separate images: a green image and a red image. This difference in anode tilt results in color separation in the displayed image, in which the green and red components appear slightly separated or misaligned.
[0139] Therefore, the present disclosure provides, in particular, an array substrate and a display device, which substantially overcome one or more problems caused by the limitations and shortcomings of the prior art. On the one hand, the present disclosure provides an array substrate. In some embodiments, the array substrate includes: a substrate substrate; a signal line layer located on the substrate substrate closest to the anode; an anode layer, which is located on the side of the signal line layer closest to the anode away from the substrate substrate; a pixel defining layer; and a plurality of sub-pixel openings extending through the pixel defining layer; wherein the third signal line layer is the signal line layer closest to the anode. Optionally, the anode layer includes a plurality of anodes. Optionally, the signal line layer closest to the anode includes a plurality of signal lines. Optionally, the orthographic projection of a portion of a corresponding anode of a plurality of anodes located in a corresponding sub-pixel opening in a plurality of sub-pixel openings on the substrate substrate at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the signal line layer closest to the anode on the substrate substrate, thereby forming one or more overlapping regions. Optionally, the one or more overlapping regions have substantial mirror symmetry relative to a plane perpendicular to and intersecting the corresponding anode.
[0140] The inventors of the present disclosure have discovered that the color separation problem is at least partially caused by the uneven surface of the planarization layer above the signal line layer located on the side of the anode close to multiple thin film transistors, and the signal line layer is the signal line layer closest to the anode. In one example, the signal line layer closest to the anode and located on the side of the anode close to multiple thin film transistors is the third signal line layer, and the planarization layer between the anode and the signal line layer is the third planarization layer. In another example, the signal line layer closest to the anode and located on the side of the anode close to multiple thin film transistors is the second signal line layer, and the planarization layer between the anode and the signal line layer is the second planarization layer. In another example, the signal line layer closest to the anode and located on the side of the anode close to multiple thin film transistors is the first signal line layer, and the planarization layer between the anode and the signal line layer is the first planarization layer.
[0141] The inventors of the present disclosure have found that by providing a sophisticated relative layout between the anode and the signal line layer closest to the anode, the array substrate achieves a planarization layer (e.g., Figure 8 The flat surface of the planarization layer PLN) depicted in FIG. Therefore, the color separation problem can be alleviated. Figure 8 The relative layout between the anode layer and the signal line layer closest to the anode in the array substrate in some embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. Figure 8 In some embodiments, the array substrate includes a signal line layer CTA closest to the anode, a planarization layer PLN located on the signal line layer CTA closest to the anode, and a plurality of anodes AD located on a side of the planarization layer PLN away from the signal line layer CTA closest to the anode. Figure 8As shown, in some embodiments, the signal line layer CTA closest to the anode includes a plurality of planarization enhancement blocks PEB. Each anode among the plurality of anodes AD is located on a side of the planarization layer PLN away from a corresponding planarization enhancement block among the plurality of planarization enhancement blocks PEB. In some embodiments, the positive projection of each planarization enhancement block on the planarization layer PLN substantially covers (e.g., covers at least 80%, covers at least 85%, covers at least 90%, covers at least 95%, covers at least 99%, or completely covers) the positive projection of the corresponding anode on the planarization layer PLN.
[0142] Figure 8 The individual anodes depicted in the figure only show the main anode portion of each anode. In an alternative embodiment, each anode includes a main anode portion and an extension extending away from the main anode portion and connected to the anode connection pad; wherein the orthographic projection of the corresponding planarization enhancement block on the planarization layer PLN completely covers the orthographic projection of the main anode portion on the planarization layer PLN. In some embodiments, the orthographic projection of the main anode portion on the planarization layer PLN substantially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the central area of the corresponding planarization enhancement block on the planarization layer PLN (for example, the distance between each other is not greater than 100nm). Optionally, the orthographic projection of the peripheral area of the corresponding planarization enhancement block on the planarization layer PLN surrounds the orthographic projection of the main anode portion on the planarization layer PLN. In one example, the areas of multiple planarization enhancement blocks PEB are different from each other. For example, the area of the planarization enhancement block corresponding to the sub-pixel of the first color is different from the area of the planarization enhancement block corresponding to the sub-pixel of the second color. In an alternative example, the areas of multiple planarization enhancement blocks PEB are substantially the same.
[0143] The inventors of the present disclosure have found that by making the orthographic projection of each planarization enhancement block on the planarization layer PLN substantially cover the orthographic projection of at least the main anode portion of the corresponding anode on the planarization layer PLN, the array substrate achieves a flat surface of the planarization layer below the plurality of anodes AD. Therefore, the color separation problem can be alleviated.

In some embodiments, at least two planarization enhancement blocks of the plurality of planarization enhancement blocks PEB are spaced apart from each other. Optionally, the plurality of planarization enhancement blocks PEB are spaced apart from each other.

Fig. 9 As shown, in some embodiments, the signal line layer CTA closest to the anode includes a plurality of planarization enhancement blocks PEB.
[0146] Fig. 9 The individual anodes depicted in the figure only show the main anode portion of each anode.
[0147] The inventors of the present disclosure have found that by making the orthographic projection of each planarization enhancement block on the planarization layer PLN substantially cover the orthographic projection of at least the main anode portion of the corresponding anode on the planarization layer PLN, the array substrate achieves a flat surface of the planarization layer below the plurality of anodes AD. Therefore, the color separation problem can be alleviated.
[0148] In some embodiments, the array substrate further includes a plurality of openings AP extending through the signal line layer CTA closest to the anode. In some embodiments, the ratio of the area of each planarization enhancement block in the plurality of planarization enhancement blocks PEB to the area of each opening in the plurality of openings AP is in the range of 5:1 to 1:5, for example, 5:1 to 4:1, 4:1 to 3:1, 3:1 to 2:1, 2:1 to 1:1, 1:1 to 1:2, 1:2 to 1:3, 1:3 to 1:4, or 1:4 to 1:5. In one example, the ratio of the area of each planarization enhancement block in the plurality of planarization enhancement blocks PEB to the area of each opening in the plurality of openings AP is in the range of 1.2:1 to 1:1.2.

In some embodiments, the plurality of signal lines intersect the second corresponding anode RAD2, respectively. In some embodiments, the plurality of signal lines are substantially uniformly distributed along the first direction DR1 relative to the second corresponding anode RAD2. [0189] In a specific example, the orthographic projection of the first planarization enhancement block PEB1 on the substrate completely covers the orthographic projection of the first sub-pixel opening SA1 on the substrate. The orthographic projection of the first planarization enhancement block PEB1 on the substrate partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first main anode part MAP1 on the substrate. Specifically, the first main anode part MAP1 includes a first edge portion EP1 located on the first side S1 of the first sub-pixel opening SA1, a second edge portion EP2 located on the second side S2 of the first sub-pixel opening SA1, a third edge portion EP3 located on the third side S3 of the first sub-pixel opening SA1, and a fourth edge portion EP4 located on the fourth side S4 of the first sub-pixel opening SA1. The first side S1 and the second side S2 are opposite to each other. The third side S3 and the fourth side S4 are opposite to each other. The orthographic projection of the fourth planarization enhancement block PEB4 on the substrate substrate partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the fourth main anode part MAP4 on the substrate substrate. Specifically, the fourth main anode part MAP4 includes a corner CP located on the first side S1 of the fourth sub-pixel opening SA4 and a main body MP connected to the corner CP. Optionally, the orthographic projection of the fourth planarization enhancement block PEB4 on the substrate substrate does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the corner CP on the substrate substrate, and completely covers the orthographic projection of the main body MP on the substrate substrate. Optionally, the corner CP has a substantially (e.g., at least 80% symmetrical, at least 85% symmetrical, at least 90% symmetrical, at least 95% symmetrical, at least 98% symmetrical, at least 99% symmetrical, or completely symmetrical) mirror symmetry relative to a plane perpendicular to the fourth main anode part MAP4, intersecting the fourth main anode part MAP4 and substantially parallel to the second direction DR2. Optionally, the main body MP has a substantial (e.g., at least 80% symmetrical, at least 85% symmetrical, at least 90% symmetrical, at least 95% symmetrical, at least 98% symmetrical, at least 99% symmetrical, or completely symmetrical) mirror symmetry relative to a plane that is perpendicular to the fourth main anode portion MAP4, intersects the fourth main anode portion MAP4 and is substantially parallel to the second direction DR2.
[0193] In some embodiments, the first planarization enhancement block PEB1, the second planarization enhancement block PEB2, the third planarization enhancement block PEB3 and the fourth planarization enhancement block PEB4 are part of an integral structure in the third signal line layer. In some embodiments, the orthographic projection of a portion of a corresponding anode among the plurality of anodes located in a corresponding sub-pixel opening among the plurality of sub-pixel openings on the substrate substrate overlaps at least partially with the orthographic projection of the third signal line layer on the substrate substrate, thereby forming one or more overlapping regions. In some embodiments, one or more overlapping regions have a substantially (e.g., at least 80% symmetrical, at least 85% symmetrical, at least 90% symmetrical, at least 95% symmetrical, at least 98% symmetrical, at least 99% symmetrical, or completely symmetrical) mirror symmetry relative to a plane perpendicular to the corresponding anode and intersecting the corresponding anode.
