Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a carriage device for a surgical instrument, the surgical instrument having at least two instruments, and a surgical instrument having two instruments, the carriage device comprising: Background Art
[0002] Surgical instruments are used for various applications. For example, they can be used in the field of minimally invasive surgery and have surgical tools. Surgical instruments can be configured as resectoscopes and have working elements, which are configured, for example, for guiding surgical tools, such as electrodes.
[0003] Resectoscopes are particularly known for use in urology or, for example, gynecology. In this case, an operating element with an electrode can be introduced into the surgical area in the patient's body through the urethra. The electrode has, for example, a cutting collar at the distal end (i.e., facing away from the user), with the aid of which tissue can be removed. The removed tissue can be discharged again through the outflow channel with the aid of a flushing fluid that is guided to the surgical area through the flushing channel or the inflow channel. The inflow channel and the outflow channel allow continuous flushing, which at the same time serves to keep the viewing window clear so that an unobstructed endoscopic field of view is always available.
[0004] Surgical instruments usually have a manipulation part with a slide, which is supported and connected to the surgical tool in a manner that it can be displaced along the longitudinal axis of the surgical instrument. When the instrument, such as an electrode, is placed in the working element, the cutting ring of the electrode can be displaced in the axial direction by the axial movement of the slide, for example, to remove tissue.
[0005] Different instruments such as electrodes, laser fibers, etc. can be placed in the surgical instrument. In order to use the instrument in the surgical instrument, a carriage must be coupled to the instrument so that the instrument can be moved in the surgical instrument by movement of the carriage.
[0006] The use of different instruments in the surgical instrument (and the need to assemble and disassemble the different instruments) is time-consuming. Summary of the invention
[0007] Against this background, the object of the present invention is to optimize the use of at least two instruments in a surgical instrument.
[0008] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a carriage device having the features of the following technical solutions and / or a surgical instrument having the features of the following technical solutions.
[0009] According to the present invention:
[0010] A slide device for a surgical instrument, the surgical instrument having at least two instruments, the slide device having: a slide base; a motion unit configured for manipulation; a first slide module configured for coupling with the first instrument; a second slide module configured for coupling with the second instrument, wherein the two slide modules are displaceable relative to each other and can be individually coupled to the motion unit so as to use the first instrument or the second instrument, and wherein the first slide module and the second slide module can be fixed to the slide base when the first slide module and the second slide module are not in use.
[0011] A surgical instrument with two instruments has a carriage device. The instruments can be connected to a motion unit independently of each other via a carriage module.
[0012] The invention is based on the recognition that the carriage can be coupled to different instruments of the surgical instrument without having to mount or dismount the instruments.
[0013] The basic idea of the invention is to construct the carriage in multiple parts, thereby providing at least two carriage modules. Each of these carriage modules is connected to an instrument. If an instrument is to be used, the corresponding carriage module is connected to the movement unit of the surgical instrument. Then, the instrument can be used conventionally. If other instruments are to be used, other carriage modules can be connected to the movement unit. Therefore, a modular, in particular split carriage structure is proposed.
[0014] In other words, the instruments can be coupled to the movement unit independently or selectively. The carriage module can also be configured for more than two different instruments or be split multiple times, wherein each of the instruments is independently coupled to the movement unit. Thus, more than two carriage modules can also be provided, each of which can be configured as described above.
[0015] For example, the motion unit itself can form a part of the carriage. In addition, a thumb ring, a manipulation portion, etc. can be arranged at the motion unit so that the corresponding carriage module can be moved forward and backward.
[0016] The movement unit is designed for manipulation. This means in particular that the movement unit can be moved along the longitudinal direction of the surgical instrument, which longitudinal direction in particular forms a predetermined axis. Therefore, the movement of the instrument can be controlled in particular by the movement unit.
[0017] The carriage base can be arranged at the carriage device, in particular, at the opposite side of the distal end of the surgical instrument. Preferably, the carriage base is arranged at the side of the carriage device. In particular, the carriage base can constitute the side of the carriage device. The carriage base can be configured as a flat element, in particular a plate element.
[0018] The motion unit may be arranged adjacent to the carriage base. The motion unit may include a portion of the housing, a thumb ring or other elements that are displaced along the longitudinal axis of the surgical instrument when the instrument is in use. Preferably, the motion unit is displaceable away from the carriage base, wherein the motion unit may also displace the carriage module away from the carriage base. This enables the use of selected instruments.
[0019] The carriage base is in particular configured as a stationary carriage base. This means in particular that the carriage base is stationary, whereas the movement unit can be displaced or moved relative to the carriage base. Since the carriage module can be coupled to the movement unit, the carriage module can be moved or displaced relative to the stationary carriage base.
[0020] The first carriage module is designed to be coupled to the first instrument. This means in particular that the first instrument can be fixed to the first carriage module. This can be achieved, for example, via at least one guide sleeve, which is fixed to the first carriage module and in which the first instrument can be guided. Alternatively or additionally, a fastening device can be provided, with which the first instrument is fastened to the first carriage module. Thus, a movement of the first carriage module can be directly transmitted to the first instrument. The illustrated diagram also applies to a second carriage module with a second instrument.
[0021] The instrument may be an electrode, a laser fiber, etc. Thus, for example, the electrode may be combined with a laser fiber in a surgical instrument or with a needle, in particular for injecting tissue.
[0022] The surgical instrument may be a resectoscope. Other surgical instruments may also be considered.
[0023] Advantageous embodiments and improvements emerge from the further technical solutions and the description with reference to the figures of the attached drawings.
[0024] According to an advantageous embodiment, only one of the carriage modules can be connected at a time. As a result, the corresponding instrument can be selected, while at least one other instrument can be supported in the surgical instrument and does not hinder the use of the remaining instruments. The instruments can be guided in particular parallel to each other and / or in a frame. Therefore, each instrument can be guided in a sleeve, wherein the frame can be connected to the carriage module and move together. For example, the connection of the carriage module to the movement unit can be achieved by at least one mechanical or magnetic connection device, in particular by a form-fitting or force-fitting connection between the movement unit and the corresponding carriage module. During the connection of the carriage module to the movement unit, preferably all other carriage modules are not connected to the movement unit. Therefore, the required instrument used together with the surgical instrument, such as an electroresectoscope, can be selected.
[0025] According to an advantageous embodiment, the movement unit can be configured to displace the carriage module along a predetermined axis. The predetermined axis extends in particular in the longitudinal direction of the surgical instrument. In particular, the predetermined axis is oriented parallel to the guide of the instrument. In particular, each carriage module can be axially displaced in the longitudinal direction of the surgical instrument.
[0026] According to an advantageous embodiment, the first carriage module and the second carriage module can be selectively fixed individually or jointly to the carriage base. In particular, the carriage base can contact and / or fix at least two carriage modules independently of one another. For example, a plurality of recesses can be provided in the carriage base, wherein respective carriage modules can be fixed in respective recesses. This can be achieved, for example, via locking means. Furthermore, a magnetic area can be provided at the carriage base, so that the locking element can be held in a desired position at the carriage base by magnetism.
[0027] According to an advantageous embodiment, each carriage module can therefore have a locking device, which is designed to hold the corresponding carriage module at the carriage base. Advantageously, each carriage module can then be held or released individually at the carriage base. The corresponding carriage module or the corresponding instrument can be selected via the operating element.
[0028] The locking means may be a locking element, a collar element, an expansion element, etc. Furthermore, the locking element may be designed to be at least partially magnetic, so that it can be held at the carriage base by magnetic forces, for example by means of an electromagnetic coupling.
[0029] According to an advantageous embodiment, the locking means can achieve an axial locking in the displacement direction of the respective carriage module. The displacement direction can here coincide with a predetermined axis. Advantageously, each carriage module can be in contact with the carriage base at the side and / or be fixed there. If the axial locking is released, the carriage modules can thus be moved away from the carriage base independently of one another. The carriage modules together with the unused instruments can still be kept fixed at the carriage base by means of a separate axial locking.
[0030] According to an advantageous embodiment, the two carriage modules can be held in a forceless initial state on the carriage base by corresponding locking means. In other words, a so-called locked initial state can be provided in which no instrument can be removed from the carriage base. This provides protection against accidental use of the instrument and damage to the instrument, in particular damage due to uncontrolled removal from the instrument shaft.
[0031] According to an advantageous embodiment, the locking means can be designed to be self-resetting. In particular, each locking means can have a spring element for this purpose. Thus, for example, the spring element can be supported in the guide groove in such a way that it acts as a compression spring on the corresponding locking means. The self-resetting effect can ensure that in the unloaded initial state, the carriage module rests against the carriage base in a latching manner, thereby preventing the instrument from being moved out of the surgical instrument in an uncontrolled manner.
[0032] According to an advantageous embodiment, an actuating element for releasing the first or second carriage module from the carriage base can be provided. The actuating element is arranged in particular laterally on the carriage device so that the operator can easily reach the actuating element during use of the surgical instrument. The actuating element is preferably arranged such that the operator can reach the actuating element with a finger when holding the surgical instrument at the handle.
[0033] Advantageously, the control element has a dual function. The control element can release the carriage module from the carriage base on the one hand and can connect the same carriage module to the movement unit on the other hand. Thus, a functional integration is advantageously achieved. To this end, the control element can form a positive connection with the corresponding carriage module in order to transfer forces from the movement unit to the carriage module. Thus, a force transfer from the movement unit to the carriage module and thus to the instrument can also be achieved by the control element, so that a movement of the movement unit can be transferred to the instrument.
[0034] According to an advantageous embodiment, the control element can be designed as a mechanical slide or an electromagnetic switch. The control element can thus be understood within the scope of a mechanically movable operating element or within the scope of an electromagnetically touch-activated actuator. The slide or switch can each come into contact with one of the carriage modules in order to release it from the slide base. In particular, the corresponding instrument can be selected by moving the slide or switch forwards and backwards. For this purpose, for example, a locking position can be provided for the slide or switch so that the corresponding position can be easily selected even when the operator does not look at the switch or slide.
[0035] The control element can also be designed as an eccentric or an operating lever, which can in particular perform a rotational or pivoting movement. The eccentric or the operating lever can also be controlled and operated with one finger of one hand. In particular, this can be pivoted by up to 180°, even up to 360°, in order to release the first or second carriage module from the carriage base and connect it to the movement unit. In particular, the operating lever or the eccentric can be displaced from a first vertical orientation for connecting to the first carriage module to a horizontal orientation for releasing the two carriage modules and to a second vertical orientation for connecting to the second carriage module.
[0036] The operating lever may have a guide extension with a protrusion, wherein the protrusion may be configured to contact the first or second carriage module, in particular by rotation of the operating lever. Both the first and second carriage modules may have a recess into which the protrusion may engage. This enables each carriage module to be selectively coupled to the movement unit by using the operating lever.
[0037] The same features as described above for the slide also apply to the operating lever.
[0038] In another embodiment, the manipulation element can be configured as a remotely controlled operating unit. This embodiment can also be realized by a position spaced apart from the surgical instrument.
[0039] According to an advantageous embodiment, the control element can be displaced transversely to a predetermined axis. This can prevent the instrument from being displaced in the axial direction of the surgical instrument by operating the control element. This direction of movement can also be achieved by a toggle switch that can be toggled around a predetermined axis.
[0040] According to an advantageous embodiment, the actuating element can have a guide extension which can be guided in corresponding guide grooves of the first and second carriage modules. The locking means can also be supported in the guide grooves so that the actuating element, in particular the guide extension, can directly contact each locking means. By contacting the guide extension with the locking means, it can be displaced in a targeted manner in the guide grooves, so that the locking means can be released or fixed at the carriage base and a coupling with the movement unit can be achieved.
[0041] According to an advantageous embodiment, the guide groove can be oriented transversely to the predetermined axis. In particular, the orientation of the guide groove determines the displacement direction of the actuating element.
[0042] Preferably, the guide groove is also formed in the housing of the carriage device, wherein the operating element can be arranged on the housing from the outside and guided through the guide groove with the guide extension in order to thus contact the two carriage modules or the locking means. The housing can also be part of the movement unit and move at least partially together with the corresponding carriage module.
[0043] According to an advantageous embodiment, the actuating element can be configured to release the locking means to release one of the carriage modules from the carriage base and couple it with the movement unit. Thus, for example, the form fit between the locking means and the carriage base can be released by the actuating element.
[0044] According to an advantageous embodiment, the locking means can each have a locking nose, wherein one of the locking noses is released from the carriage base by displacement of the actuating element, while the other locking nose remains engaged with the carriage base. Such a form fit can be formed by the locking noses. Each locking nose can be guided through a recess in the carriage base and locked into an undercut in the carriage base. In order to release the locking nose from the undercut, the corresponding locking means can be displaced in the guide groove, whereby the locking nose can be displaced in the recess in the carriage base. As a result, the locking nose can be led out of the recess, so that the carriage module can be released from the carriage base.
[0045] According to an advantageous embodiment, the carriage module can be mounted in a multi-part housing, wherein a first housing part forms the carriage base and a second housing part forms part of the movement unit. Thus, the housing side wall which is arranged furthest from the distal end of the surgical instrument can form the carriage base, for example. The remaining part of the housing, which together with the housing side wall forming the carriage base can surround the volume in a comprehensive manner, can form part of the movement unit. The housing can surround the carriage module in a comprehensive manner and have, for example, a hexahedral shape.
[0046] As long as it is in a reasonable manner, the above-mentioned designs and improvements can be combined with each other arbitrarily. Other possible designs, improvements and embodiments of the present invention also include combinations of features of the present invention described above or below with reference to the embodiments that are not explicitly mentioned. In particular, those skilled in the art can also add various aspects as improvements or supplements to the corresponding basic forms of the present invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0068] Figure 1 A side view of a surgical instrument with a carriage device 1 is shown. Two instruments 3, 5 are arranged in the surgical instrument, both of which are connected to the carriage device 1. In the side view shown, only an external view of the carriage device 1 can be seen, wherein the housing of the carriage device 1 can form part of the movement unit 6. Other parts of the operating device, such as a thumb ring 17, are arranged on the movement unit 6. The carriage device 1 can be moved on a predetermined axis R1 in the direction of the axis R1, whereby the first instrument 3 or the second instrument 5 can be moved in the instrument rod 16. In order to select the required instrument 3, 5, an operating element 8 is provided, which is arranged on the housing of the carriage device 1.
[0069] exist Figure 2 The isometric view is shown in Figure 1 Detailed view of the slide device 1. Here, on the one hand, the instruments 3, 5 can be seen being guided out of the housing of the carriage device 1. The instruments 3, 5 can be guided in a frame, wherein the frame is particularly movable together with the respective instrument 3, 5. The direction in which the operating element 8 can be moved is indicated by the direction of the arrow on the operating element 8. In the present embodiment, the operating element 8 is designed in the form of a slide and can be moved downward or upward in the illustration.
[0070] Figure 3 Shown in side view Figure 1 Another detailed view of the slide. In this view, the direction of movement on the axis R2 of the slide is shown, which is oriented transversely to the direction of movement along the axis R1. Thus, the displacement of the control element 8 can prevent the instruments 3, 5 from being moved out of the instrument rod 16 in an uncontrolled manner.
[0071] Figure 4 A detailed view of the carriage device 1 is shown. Here, the side of the carriage device 1 can be seen, which is arranged opposite to the distal end of the surgical instrument. The side can be constructed, for example, as a carriage base 7, in particular a stationary carriage base, and in particular constitutes the side of the carriage device 1. Two recesses 22 can be seen in the carriage base 7, in which locking means 10, 11 are arranged respectively. The locking means 10, 11 engage through the recesses 22 with corresponding locking noses 12, 13 and can be caught at the undercut in the recesses 22 there. In this way, a locked state can be established, in particular in a powerless initial state. In this state, the two instruments 3, 5 are anchored at the carriage base 7, so that each instrument 3, 5 can be prevented from sliding out of the instrument rod 16. Therefore, only by moving the operating element 8 can the first instrument 3 or the second instrument 5 be selected and connected to the movement unit 6. For this purpose, the operating element can also be used in particular for the transmission of force from the movement unit 6 to the selected carriage module.
[0072] As an alternative to the locking nose, the locking means 10, 11 can also have an in particular non-locking fixing element which is designed, for example, as a ring. Furthermore, for example, an expansion element can be used which is anchored to the carriage base 7 by expansion.
[0073] In an embodiment not shown, the locking elements 10, 11 can also be designed as magnetic locking elements, which hold the corresponding carriage modules 2, 4 on the carriage base 7 by magnetic force. In this embodiment, the carriage base 7 can also be designed without the recess 22 and, in particular, at least regionally, have a magnetic material.
[0074] Figure 5a and Figure 5b Each of the sectional views shows a specific embodiment of the carriage device 1. Each sectional view shows a longitudinal section of the carriage device 1, wherein only a partial area is shown. In this partial area, the carriage base 7 can be seen, which has two recesses 22. In each recess 22, a locking means 10, 11 is held, wherein a corresponding locking nose 12, 13 of each locking means 10, 11 engages in the recess 22. For this purpose, an undercut is provided in the recess 22, in which the locking nose 12, 13 can be hooked in a form-fitting manner. The illustrated situation shows that the carriage device 1 is in a powerless initial state in a latched manner. For example, the latching can be achieved in that the two locking means 10, 11 are designed to be self-resetting. In one embodiment, a spring element 18 can be provided here, wherein the spring element 18 acts on the locking means 10, 11 as a compression spring. Therefore, in the powerless initial state, the spring element 18 presses the locking means 10, 11, wherein the locking means 10, 11 are pressed in the direction of the guide extension 9 of the actuating element 8. If the guide extension 9 is moved upward or downward in the figure, i.e. transversely to the predetermined axis R1, the desired locking means 10 or 11 can be displaced. As a result, the locking means 10 or 11 can be released from the carriage base 7, thereby unlocking the carriage module 2 or carriage module 4. As a result, the desired carriage module 2 or 4 can be coupled to the movement unit 6.
[0075] The spring element 18 can be guided in the guide groove 14. Figure 5b As shown, the guide extension 9 can also be guided in the guide groove 14. In addition, the guide extension 9 can be guided in a separate guide groove offset from the spring element 18, such as Figure 5a For example, Figure 7 As shown, guide grooves can also be formed in the housing 15 so that the guide extensions 9 can be brought from the outside of the housing 15 into the interior of the housing 15 in order to contact or displace the carriage modules 2 , 4 or the locking means 10 , 11 .
[0076] In one possible embodiment, each carriage module 2, 4 can therefore be coupled to the movement unit 6 via an actuating element 8 and corresponding locking means 10, 11, wherein these means are guided in a guide groove 14 and can be moved along the guide groove 14. Other designs are also conceivable, in particular designs with magnetic holders or storage means or the like.
[0077] Figure 6 A further sectional view of an embodiment of the carriage device 1 is shown. The sectional view shows a section which extends through the actuating element 8 . The shape of the actuating element 8 can be seen here, in which the guide extension 9 engages in the interior of the housing 15 .
[0078] The first carriage module 2 and the second carriage module 4 are arranged one above the other so that they can be moved separately and independently of one another. The guide groove 14 extends partially in the first carriage module 2 and in the second carriage module 4. In the forceless initial state, the guide extension 9 is located in particular at the height of the contact surface of the first carriage module 2 and the second carriage module 4 in contact with one another. Thus, by a slight movement of the control element 8, one of the carriage modules 2, 4 can be connected to the movement unit 6. The guide extension 9 can thus form a form-fitting connection with the corresponding carriage module in order to transmit forces from the movement unit 6 to the carriage module that is disconnected from the carriage base 7.
[0079] Further recesses and further components, such as an RF connector 19, may be integrated in the carriage modules 2, 4. Furthermore, recesses for stabilizing the movement of the respective carriage module 2, 4 may be provided.
[0080] Figure 7 A detailed view of the carriage device 1 is shown. In the embodiment shown, the control element 8 is implemented as a slide, wherein the slide is shown pushed upwards in the recess 20. Thus, the carriage module arranged at the top and the associated instruments can be connected to the movement unit 6 in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the movement unit 6 includes a part of the housing 15. The carriage base 7 constitutes the other part of the housing 15. Thus, a complete housing 15 can be formed, which can surround a volume. Therefore, when one of the instruments is used, a part of the housing 15 can be moved together with the movement unit 6. The carriage base 7 remains in place and does not move, so that the second instrument fixed at the carriage base 7 does not move.
[0081] Figure 8Two detailed views of the operating element 8 are shown. The slide shown has a guide extension 9 which is arranged to protrude from the active surface 9a. The operator can touch the active surface 9a with his fingers to push the operating element 8 into the desired position. For this purpose, for example, a guide 21 can be provided which enables the operating element 8 to be guided reliably in the guide groove 14, such as Figure 8 As shown in (a). Figure 8 In (b), the active surface 9a that the operator can touch can be seen. It can have a contoured, for example grooved surface to form a friction fit with the operator's fingers.
[0082] Fig. 9 Further side views of the carriage device 1 are shown in two states. Fig. 9 (a) shows that Figure 7 , in which the control element 8 is shown displaced upwards. Thus, in particular the upper carriage module can be coupled to the movement unit 6, while at least one other carriage module remains anchored at the carriage base 7. Fig. 9 Another state is shown in (b) in which the operating element 8 is shown displaced downwards. Thus, a further carriage module can be coupled to the movement unit, while the previously coupled carriage module is anchored again at the carriage base.
[0083] Figures 10 to 17 Another possible embodiment of the carriage device 1 is shown, wherein in another possible embodiment, in particular, the operating element 8 is shown. In other features, this embodiment can correspond to Figures 1 to 9 The embodiments shown are thus not described in detail for each of the above features.
[0084] Fig.10 A side view of a surgical instrument with a carriage device 1 in this further embodiment is shown. The operating element 8 is designed as an operating lever or eccentric wheel, wherein the operating lever or eccentric wheel can be rotated about an axis or, in particular, pivoted manually, in order to couple one of the carriage modules to the movement unit. The operating element 8 can, on the one hand, release the carriage module 2, 4 from the carriage base 7 and, on the other hand, can couple the same carriage module 2, 4 to the movement unit 6. The movement unit 6 can include a part of the housing 15, a thumb ring 17, etc.
[0085] Fig.11 , Fig.12 and Fig.16 The three-dimensional diagram or the side view shows Fig.10Detailed view of. In this embodiment, the operating element 8 has a rotation axis 9c and an operating lever element 23 arranged thereon, wherein the operating lever element 23 forms at least one active surface 9a. In particular, two opposite active surfaces 9a are provided on the operating lever element 23, so that the operating lever can be rotated in opposite rotation directions R3 due to pressure, in particular manual pressure on the operating lever element 23 with fingers.
[0086] Fig.13 Shows Fig.10 Detailed view of the carriage device 1 in FIG. By rotating the operating lever about the rotation axis 9c, one of the carriage modules 2, 4 can be released from the carriage base 7, whereby the operating lever element 23 can be rotated in the rotation direction R3. Thus, the operating lever element 23 can be pivoted in particular by an angle of up to 180° to release the first carriage module 2 or the second carriage module 4. The illustration shows the operating lever or the operating lever element 23 in a first vertical orientation for coupling to the first carriage module 2. If the operating lever or the operating lever element 23 is pivoted to the right, it can enter a horizontal orientation for releasing both carriage modules 2, 4. The operating lever or the operating lever element 23 can then be pivoted downwards and enter a second vertical orientation for coupling to the second carriage module 4.
[0087] Fig.14 The following cross-sectional view is shown, in which the operating lever or operating lever element 23 is oriented vertically, as shown in FIG. Fig.13 In this configuration, the first carriage module 2 is released from the carriage base 7, wherein the locking nose 12 is shown released from the recess 22 in the carriage base. This is achieved in particular by the projection 9b protruding from the guide shoulder 9. By rotating the operating lever and thereby the guide extension 9, the projection 9b can be brought into different circumferential positions, in which the first carriage module 2 or the second carriage module 4 can be contacted. For this purpose, both the first carriage module 2 and the second carriage module 4 have a recess 24 in which the projection can engage.
[0088] and Figure 5a and Figure 5b In contrast to the illustration in , two spring elements 18 are also provided. This can advantageously compensate for asymmetrical loads. A design with only one spring element 18 is also conceivable.
[0089] Fig.15 Shows Fig.14 A cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the carriage device 1 is shown. In this embodiment, the guide extension 9 has a protrusion 9b. The protrusion 9b is arranged in a partial region of the guide extension 9 in order to couple one of the carriage modules 2, 4 to the movement unit 6 during a rotational movement of the guide extension 9.
[0090] The projection 9 b is in particular designed as a radial projection, so that it can be oriented in different radial directions relative to the guide extension 9 a by rotating the actuating lever.
[0091] The projection 9b may also be formed at one end of the guide extension 9 or over the entire length of the guide extension 9. Preferably, however, the projection 9b is provided on the guide extension 9 as an asymmetric element with respect to the axis of rotation.
[0092] Preferably, the projection 9 b is oriented in the same direction as the direction of the engagement surface 9 a of the lever element 23 or of the actuating element 8 .
[0093] Fig.17 A detailed view of the operating element 8 is shown in a possible further embodiment, since this can also be used in accordance with Figures 10 to 16 In an embodiment of the slide device 1.
[0094] The guide extension 9 and the projection 9b may have different radii. Likewise, the guide extension 9 and the projection 9b may be configured to have the same radius. The radius of the projection 9b is particularly adapted to the radius of the recess 24 in the associated carriage base 2, 4, such as Fig.14 shown.
[0095] Although the invention has been described above in sufficient detail with reference to preferred exemplary embodiments, it is not limited thereto but can be modified in various ways. In particular, the number of instruments and thus also the number of carriage modules can be more than two. Furthermore, the movement unit can have different geometries; in particular, the housing 15 can have a geometry that is adapted to the carriage modules 2, 4 and possibly other carriage modules. Furthermore, these embodiments can be combined with one another to create further embodiments. In particular, according to Figures 10 to 17 The actuation element 8 can be embodied with only one spring element 18 , as shown in FIG. 5 .
