A combined cutterhead and tunneling machine

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of tunneling equipment, and particularly provides a combined cutterhead and a tunneling machine. The combined cutterhead comprises a tunneling cutterhead, a center hole is arranged in the center of the tunneling cutterhead, and the tunneling cutterhead further comprises a leading drill head and at least two sections of torque transmission components which are connected in a front and rear rotation-stopping mode. One section of the torque transmission components is rotation-stoppingly connected with the leading drill head, the torque transmission components are coaxially matched with the center hole, the excavation diameter of the leading drill head is not less than the inner diameter of the center hole, and a transmission connection mechanism capable of being connected with and separated from the torque transmission components is arranged on the tunneling cutterhead. When the transmission connection mechanism is connected with the torque transmission components, the transmission connection mechanism is circumferentially rotation-stoppingly matched and fixed in position in the axial direction. The tunneling machine comprises the combined cutterhead. The tunneling cutterhead in the present application is equivalent to a power head for driving the leading drill head to excavate forward, and other power heads are not needed, so that the structure of the main machine of the tunneling machine can be simplified, the size of the main machine is shortened, and the tunneling machine is more suitable for tunnel engineering with a small turning radius.
