AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Traditional chemical disinfectants are not easy to degrade in the environment, may have a long-term impact on aquatic organisms and have an irritating effect on the human skin and respiratory tract. Long-term use may lead to drug resistance of bacteria and viruses, reducing the disinfection effect. At the same time, the active ingredients content of natural plant extracts is low, difficult to extract, poor stability, narrow antibacterial spectrum, and is not as significant as that of chemical disinfectants when used alone.

Method used

By drying and crushing natural plant materials such as lemongrass, honeysuckle, cloves and sora ginseng, ethanol extraction and enzymatic extraction, the combined extract is mixed with double-stranded quaternary ammonium salt and other substances, and after stirring, emulsifier, polymer and low-molecular stabilizer and other ingredients are added to prepare a composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfection and antibacterial spray.

Benefits of technology

This spray can reach a logarithmic killing rate of more than 5 in a very short time (within 0.5 minutes), and has efficient disinfection and antibacterial ability to microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. At the same time, due to its natural ingredients, it is safer to the human body and the environment, reducing its impact on the environment.
