Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention provides a segmented treatment method for removing catalyst particles from catalytic cracking slurry (FCCS), and a multi-barrel dynamic catalytic cracking slurry electrostatic de-washing integrated device using the method, belonging to the technical field of heavy crude oil lightening treatment. Background Art
[0002] With the rapid development of the global economy, the demand for oil is increasing. Due to its non-renewable nature, the storage of light oil is gradually decreasing, and the proportion of heavy crude oil in oil production is increasing. Catalytic cracking is a heavy oil lightening process in refineries to increase the depth of crude oil processing and produce high-octane gasoline, diesel and liquefied gas. Its byproduct is catalytic cracking slurry (FCCS), which is rich in aromatics and has high economic utilization value. For example, it can be used to produce high value-added products such as needle coke, carbon black, carbon fiber, emulsified asphalt, etc. However, the catalyst particles contained in FCCS will increase the ash content of the slurry, thereby affecting the quality of downstream products. Therefore, the petrochemical industry has strict requirements on the solid content of raw materials. Therefore, removing the catalyst particles in FCCS has become an urgent problem to be solved. However, FCCS has high viscosity and poor fluidity at room temperature, and the catalyst particles therein are small and evenly dispersed, so it is difficult to effectively remove the catalyst particles. At present, the common desolidification methods mainly include sedimentation, centrifugation, filtration and electrostatic methods. Since the particle size of catalyst particles in FCCS is usually less than 10 μm and the mass concentration is usually less than 10%, electrostatic desolidification has received widespread attention.
[0003] In the existing electrostatic desolidification research of catalytic cracking oil slurry, a certain amount of filler is generally added to the device as an adsorption carrier of catalyst particles, and the process is carried out under a DC electric field. The reason is that the contact between the fillers under the electric field is conducive to charge aggregation, and the overall adsorption effect on catalyst particles is also stronger. Studies have shown that the current electrostatic desolidification process of catalytic cracking oil slurry has the following problems: 1) When the spherical filler is placed in the electrostatic separator, when the center line of the two spherical fillers is close to or the same as the direction of the electric field, the contact point position of the two has a stronger effect on adsorbing catalyst particles. This contact point is called an effective contact point. In the actual operation process, the filler is in a static state after entering the device and it is difficult to change its relative position with the two electrodes, which means that not all contact points are effective contact points, resulting in a low overall utilization rate of the filler; 2) The electrostatic desolidification method is suitable for removing small-sized catalyst particles in the oil slurry. It is not the best treatment method to only perform a single electrostatic separation treatment on the oil slurry raw material; 3) After the adsorption process is completed, the catalyst particles adsorbed on the surface of the filler and the oil layer covering it are difficult to clean in a static system, which makes it difficult to reuse the filler, and ultimately affects the overall processing efficiency. For the above considerations, not only is increasing the effective adsorption area of electrostatic separation a problem that needs to be solved urgently, but the pretreatment of the oil slurry and the regeneration process of the filler are also current technical challenges. Summary of the invention
[0004] In order to solve the problems existing in the existing electrostatic method for removing solid particles from FCCS, the present invention provides a multi-cylinder dynamic catalytic cracking oil slurry electrostatic de-washing integrated device, which first filters out large particles and then performs electrostatic adsorption, and performs segmented dynamic treatment to improve the overall treatment efficiency. [0007] The interlayer space between the outer peripheral wall of the inner tube and the inner wall of the outer tube in the annular cavity constitutes a steam heating zone, and a steam inlet and a steam outlet are arranged on the side wall of the outer tube.
[0008] A hollow shaft is arranged at the central axis of the outer cylinder, a rotating shaft is arranged inside the hollow shaft for rotation via a bearing, the upper end of the rotating shaft extends out of the hollow shaft and is fixedly connected to a gear, a gear ring is arranged on the outer circumference of the upper end of the inner cylinder, and each gear ring of the inner cylinder is meshed with a gear transmission; the lower end of the rotating shaft extends out of the hollow shaft and is transmission-connected to a power device.
[0009] The filter cartridge has filter holes on its peripheral wall, and the bottom of the filter cartridge adopts a one-way flow design, which only allows opening from the outside to the inside of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge assembly includes a circular plate with multiple filter cartridge mounting holes evenly distributed, the circular plate is installed at the upper port of the inner cylinder, and a filter cartridge is clamped and installed in each filter cartridge mounting hole.
[0010] The bottom of the annular cavity is provided with a plurality of barrel grooves in a circular array, and an inner barrel is installed in each barrel groove via a bearing; a barrel opening is provided on the upper sealing plate of the outer barrel at a position corresponding to the barrel groove, and a recessed groove is provided around the barrel opening for installing bearings, and the bearings in the barrel opening recessed groove and the barrel groove enable the inner barrel to be rotatably installed.
[0011] Furthermore, the shaft neck of the rotating shaft is designed in a narrow-wide-narrow structure, and bearings are installed on the narrow shaft necks at both ends, which facilitates the installation of the bearings and the limitation of the axial movement of the rotating shaft to avoid movement.
[0012] Preferably, the number of the inner cylinders is six; the upper part of the outer cylinder is provided with six feeding pipes, and the six feeding pipes are connected to the upper port of an inner cylinder respectively through six inclined branch pipes. The lower part of the outer cylinder is provided with an annular feeding pipe, and the annular feeding pipe is connected to the discharge ports below the six inner cylinders.
[0013] The present invention also claims a method for removing catalyst particles from catalytic cracking oil slurry, using the above-mentioned device, comprising the following steps:
[0014] (1) Preheat the catalytic cracking oil slurry to 180-230°C in an external heater, and start the steam heating device (steam enters the outer cylinder cavity from the steam inlet and exits the device from the steam outlet) to preheat the device and stabilize the operating temperature of the material;
[0015] (2) starting a high voltage DC power supply, connecting the inner electrode to a positive charge and the outer electrode to a ground, thereby generating an electric field in the electrostatic separation region;
[0016] (3) starting the motor to slowly rotate the inner drum, pumping the catalytic cracking oil slurry preheated in step (1) into the device, and the separation operation begins;

[0018] (5) The oil slurry filtered in step (4) enters the electrostatic separation zone, where it undergoes electrostatic desolidification in an electric field. The product enters the annular material pipe from the discharge port, is discharged uniformly, and then participates in other processes or is cooled and stored for later use;
[0019] (6) After the steps (1) to (5) of the oil slurry desolidification process are repeated several times, the solid content of the product oil increases to a certain standard, indicating that the filler adsorption in the separation device has reached a saturated state or filter cakes that affect the filtration operation are generated in the filter cartridge of the filtration area, and the separation efficiency is significantly reduced;
[0020] (7) Turn off the high-voltage DC power supply and pump the preheated oil slurry into the side line of the annular material pipe. At this time, the discharge port becomes the inlet of the backwash medium. The one-way valve at the bottom of the filter cartridge opens, and the catalyst particles adsorbed on the surface of the packing and the catalyst particle filter cake in the filter cartridge fall off under the flushing of the backwash medium and are discharged from the feed pipeline above along with the backwash medium.
[0021] (8) Steps (2) to (7) are repeated, and the device can achieve uninterrupted catalytic cracking oil slurry desolidification and filler cleaning.
[0022] The technical solution of the present invention has at least the following technical advantages:
[0023] 1. The material processing area is divided into the filtration area and the electrostatic separation area in order. The solid phase is removed in stages according to the particle size of the solid particles in the material, which reduces the processing pressure of pure filtration separation or pure electrostatic separation and optimizes the separation time.
[0024] 2. The material processing area is set in the inner cylinder. When the device is running, the inner cylinder rotates slowly. On the one hand, it optimizes the possible uneven feeding problem. On the other hand, the annular electric field composed of the inner and outer electrodes remains unchanged. When the inner cylinder rotates, it can change the relative position of the filler balls and the electrodes, making more contact points of the filler balls become effective adsorption areas, thereby increasing the saturated adsorption capacity of the device.
[0025] 3. The steam heating area between the inner and outer cylinders can maintain the material at a suitable temperature during the processing process through high-temperature steam circulation, which can improve the physical properties of the material (especially viscosity), increase its fluidity, and facilitate the removal of solid particles.
[0026] 4. The six-way feed port is designed to be inclined to prevent possible feed blockage problems; the filter cartridge in the filtration area of the inner cylinder is designed for one-way flow, which distinguishes the liquid flow direction of the desolidification and self-cleaning processes, and can prevent reverse filtration of the filter cartridge when the backwash medium and the treated material are the same material.
[0027] 5. When the device reaches saturation, the backwash medium can be pumped back into the device to achieve self-cleaning. This process includes not only the self-cleaning of the surface of the packing balls, but also the self-cleaning of the filter cake in the filter cartridge. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The terms used in the present invention are only for describing specific embodiments, and are not intended to limit the exemplary embodiments according to the present invention.
[0037] See also Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3 The multi-cylinder dynamic catalytic cracking oil slurry electrostatic dewashing integrated device of the present invention comprises an outer cylinder 1, the interior of the outer cylinder 1 constitutes an annular cavity, the inner and outer sides of the annular cavity are respectively coaxially arranged with an inner electrode 21 and an outer electrode 11, the inner electrode 21 is positively charged as the positive electrode during electrostatic separation, and the outer electrode 11 is grounded; the bottom of the annular cavity of the outer cylinder 1 is distributed with six cylinder grooves in a circular array, each cylinder groove is embedded with an inner cylinder 2, and the cylinder groove is reserved with bearing positions and sealing positions for setting bearings and sealing rings, respectively, the inner cylinder 2 is installed in the cylinder groove through the bearing, and the sealing ring realizes the sealing between the outer peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 2 and the annular cavity of the outer cylinder 1, isolating the annular cavity from being connected to the space below through the cylinder groove. See Figure 2 It is a top view after the six-way feeding pipes are removed. Six barrel openings are opened on the upper sealing plate of the outer barrel 1 at positions corresponding to the six barrel grooves for the inner barrel 2 to be placed in the annular cavity. A sink groove is designed at the barrel opening, and bearings and sealing rings are also installed to support the rotation of the inner barrel 2 and realize the sealing between the upper position of the outer circumferential wall of the inner barrel 2 and the upper sealing plate of the outer barrel 1.
[0038] Six feeding pipes 5 are provided at the upper part of the outer cylinder 1. The six feeding pipes 5 are connected to the upper ports of the inner cylinders 2 through six inclined branch pipes, respectively, and can feed materials to the six inner cylinders 2 at the same time. At the same time, the inclined design can effectively prevent possible material blockage. An annular material pipe 15 is provided at the lower part of the outer cylinder 1, which is connected to the discharge ports 14 below the six inner cylinders 2. The annular material pipe 15 has an outlet below one of the connecting pipes.
[0039] See also Figure 1The multi-cylinder dynamic catalytic cracking oil slurry electrostatic de-washing integrated device of the present invention also includes a hollow shaft 19 arranged at the center axis of the outer cylinder 1, and a rotating shaft 7 is rotatably arranged inside the hollow shaft 19. The rotating shaft 7 is coaxially matched with the hollow shaft 19 through two bearings located at the upper and lower ends. The lower end bearing is limited inside the hollow shaft 19 by the fixing ring 16, and the upper end bearing is limited in the hollow shaft 19 by the structure of the outer cylinder 1. The journal of the rotating shaft 7 is narrow-wide-narrow design. After the upper end passes through the hollow shaft 19, it is fixedly connected with the gear 4, which can be connected by conventional keys, beveled surfaces or bolts. An upper shaft cover 6 is arranged on the gear 4 to cover the upper end surface of the rotating shaft 7 and axially limit the rotating shaft 7. After the lower end of the rotating shaft 7 extends out of the hollow shaft 19, it is fixedly connected with the pulley 18. The lower end surface of the pulley 18 is provided with a lower shaft cover 17 to cover the lower end surface of the rotating shaft 7 and axially limit the rotating shaft 7. The pulley 18 is externally connected to a driving motor, thereby driving the rotating shaft 7 to rotate.
[0040] The outer peripheral surface of the upper port of the inner cylinder 2 is provided with a gear ring 3, which meshes with a gear 4, and the six inner cylinders 2 are synchronously driven to rotate by the gear 4. The internal space of the inner cylinder 2 is the space for the catalytic oil slurry de-washing operation. The lower end of the inner cylinder 2 is provided with a partition 13 with evenly distributed through holes. After the oil slurry enters the inner cylinder 2 from the upper port through the six-way feed pipe 5, it flows out from the through holes of the partition 13 to the discharge port 14 after filtration and electrostatic treatment, and the clarified product oil after de-solidification is discharged.
[0041] like Figure 1 As shown, the upper part of the inner cylinder 2 is provided with a filter cartridge assembly 8, which divides the inner cylinder 2 into two processing areas, wherein the upper part where the filter cartridge assembly 8 is located is the filtration area, and the lower part of the inner cylinder 2 other than the filter cartridge assembly 8 is the electrostatic separation area. Figure 4 , is a top view of the filter cartridge assembly in the present invention. The filter cartridge assembly 8 is a circular plate with multiple filter cartridge mounting holes evenly distributed. A filter cartridge is installed inside each filter cartridge mounting hole. The lower end of the filter cartridge adopts a one-way flow design, such as an open and close one-way valve. When the assembly performs a filtering operation, the one-way valve remains closed, and the filtered material is discharged through the filter layer on the side of the filter cartridge. At this time, solid particles with larger particle sizes (the filter layer is selected according to the solid phase properties of the material) have been filtered out; when the assembly undergoes a self-cleaning operation, the one-way valve opens with the flow of the liquid phase to flush the filter cake inside the filter layer.
[0042] Figure 6 This is a schematic diagram of the partition structure of the present invention. The diameter of the through hole on the partition 13 is smaller than the diameter of the filler ball 12, which prevents the filler ball 12 from escaping from the device while ensuring that the material can pass through. The filler balls 12 are stacked layer by layer in the lower half of the inner cylinder 2 to the height of the inner and outer electrodes, that is, the inner electrode 21 and the outer electrode 11 are only set in the lower half of the annular cavity of the outer cylinder 1, and the electrodes do not need to be set at the height position corresponding to the filtering area. In addition, see Figure 1The outer wall of the inner cylinder 2 also divides the annular cavity of the outer cylinder 1 into two areas: a steam heating area and a material processing area. The material processing area is the internal space of the inner cylinder 2, and the steam heating area is the interlayer between the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 1. The two areas are strictly sealed. The outer wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with a steam inlet 9 and a steam outlet 22 for passing high-temperature steam for circulating heating.
[0043] Figure 5 It is a top view of the annular material pipe in the present invention. The annular material pipe 15 has 6 circumferentially evenly distributed inlets, each of which is connected and fixed to the corresponding discharge port 14 of the inner cylinder 2 by a dynamic and static ring, which does not affect the rotation of the inner cylinder 2 while ensuring good sealing; the six inclined branches of the six-way feed pipe 5 can also be connected to the upper port of the inner cylinder 2 through a dynamic and static ring.
[0044] Although the specific implementation modes of the present invention are described above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, this does not limit the scope of protection of the present invention. Those skilled in the art should understand that, based on the technical solution of the present invention, various modifications or deformations of equivalent structures or equivalent processes that can be made by those skilled in the art without creative work, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are still within the scope of protection of the present invention.
