High-temperature liquid flow measuring method and system

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of flow measurement, and discloses a high-temperature liquid flow measurement method and system, and the method comprises the steps: employing a mass flow meter and a calibrated flow meter to measure a to-be-detected liquid under a standard condition, and obtaining a standard mass flow, a calibrated volume flow, and the standard density of the to-be-detected liquid; determining a standard volume flow according to the standard mass flow and the standard density; determining a flow true value change rate according to the standard volume flow and the calibrated volume flow; on the basis of the flow truth value change rate, the temperature, flow speed and pressure range is limited, and flow truth value change rate test data is determined; further determining a temperature and pressure compensation formula of the calibrated flowmeter; and when the calibrated flowmeter is used for measuring the flow of the high-temperature liquid, the instantaneous flow of the calibrated flowmeter is determined based on the temperature and pressure compensation formula. The instantaneous flow of the calibrated flowmeter is corrected based on a temperature and pressure compensation mode, accurate measurement is achieved, and the accuracy and reliability of high-temperature liquid flow measurement are effectively improved.
