Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an insulating paper for insulating different phases at coil ends of a motor. Background Art
[0002] Generally speaking, in an electric motor, insulating paper is used to insulate the ends of coils of different phases. The insulating paper is inserted between the ends of the coils at the location where the ends of the coils are in contact with each other. By inserting the insulating paper between the ends of the coils, the withstand voltage can be increased. In the past, various insulating papers have been proposed as insulating papers for electric motors. For example, there is a case where two insulating papers of different shapes are used to insulate different phases of the ends of the coils.

[0006] Problem that the invention aims to solve
[0007] When two types of insulating paper are used, after one insulating paper is inserted between the coil ends, the other insulating paper is inserted between the coil ends, which requires labor and time. When two types of insulating paper are used, there is a concern that one or both insulating papers are not properly configured and cannot complement each other to insulate the entire portion to be insulated. When two types of insulating paper are used, when the two types of insulating paper are inserted between the coil ends, it is difficult to visually confirm whether the insulating portion is properly insulated because the two types of insulating paper overlap each other.
[0008] Generally, when the size requirements of the coil ends of the motor are relatively strict, a correction process is performed during its manufacture to correct the shape of the coil ends by punching and forcefully hitting the coil ends. The coils of the coil ends after the correction process are firmly and closely contacted with each other, making it inconvenient to insert insulating paper, so the insertion of insulating paper is performed before the correction process. When the correction process is performed, two types of insulating paper have been inserted between the coil ends. In order to insulate the insulating portion, the two types of insulating paper are inserted between the coil ends in a greatly deflected state. If the insulating paper inserted between the coil ends is greatly deflected, there is a high possibility that the insulating paper will shift as the coil deforms and moves during the correction process. In this case, one or both of the two types of insulating paper shift from the correct position, and thus there is a concern that the insulating portion cannot be insulated.
[0009] Therefore, after the correction process, a confirmation process is performed to confirm whether the insulating part is properly insulated. When two kinds of insulating paper are used, as mentioned above, it is difficult to visually confirm whether the coil ends are insulated. Therefore, the confirmation process requires labor and time. After the confirmation process, a position correction process is performed to correct the positions of the two kinds of insulating paper at the parts that are not properly insulated. In the position correction process, since the positions of the two kinds of insulating paper are corrected, labor and time are required for the correction.
[0010] Thus, there are various problems in the past. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, an insulating paper is desired, which can be easily inserted between the coil ends of different phases and adjusted in position after being inserted between the coil ends, and can easily be seen from the appearance whether it is insulated.
[0011] Solutions for solving problems
[0012] The insulating paper disclosed in the present invention is an insulating paper for insulating the coil ends of the coils provided in the stator core of the motor between different phases, wherein the insulating paper comprises: an upper side portion, which is located on the upper side; a lower side portion, which is located on the lower side; a left side portion, which connects the left end of the upper side portion and the left end of the lower side portion; and a right side portion, which connects the right end of the upper side portion and the right end of the lower side portion. The upper side portion bulges upward as it approaches the left and right ends. The lower side portion has a first side portion extending to the right from the left side portion, and a second side portion which tilts upward as it goes to the right from the right end of the first side portion and is connected to the right side portion. The angle formed between the lower side portion and the left side portion is an acute angle. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0022] Hereinafter, an insulating paper according to one embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 to Figure 5 The insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment is described. The insulating paper 1 insulates the coil ends 4 of the coil 3 provided in the stator core 2 of the motor from different phases. Here, the "insulation" mentioned in this application refers to electrical insulation. The material of the insulating paper 1 is not particularly limited as long as it can insulate the coil ends 4, 4 of different phases. Figure 1 As shown, the insulating paper 1 is in the form of a sheet, and includes an upper side portion 5 located on the upper side, a lower side portion 6 located on the lower side, a left side portion 7 connecting the left end of the upper side portion 5 and the left end of the lower side portion 6, and a right side portion 8 connecting the right end of the upper side portion 5 and the right end of the lower side portion 6.
[0023] The upper side portion 5 bulges upward as it approaches the left and right ends. In the illustrated example, the upper side portion 5 is a curved line that bulges upward in an arc shape. The upper side portion 5 connects the upper end of the left side portion 7 and the upper end of the right side portion 8. That is, the left end of the upper side portion 5 is connected to the upper end of the left side portion 7 (the connection portion between the upper side portion 5 and the left side portion 7 is indicated by the reference numeral 28), and the right end of the upper side portion 5 is connected to the upper end of the right side portion 8 (the connection portion between the upper side portion 5 and the right side portion 8 is indicated by the reference numeral 29). In the illustrated example, the upper end of the left side portion 7 (connection portion 28) is located above the upper end of the right side portion 8 (connection portion 29).
[0024] The lower side portion 6 has a straight first side portion 9 and a straight second side portion 10. The first side portion 9 extends to the right from the lower end of the left side portion 7. That is, the left end of the first side portion 9 is connected to the lower end of the left side portion 7 (the corner portion that is the connection portion between the first side portion 9 and the left side portion 7 is indicated by the reference numeral 18). In the example shown in the figure, the first side portion 9 extends to the right from the left side portion 7 in a horizontal direction. The second side portion 10 tilts upward as it moves from the right end of the first side portion 9 to the right. The second side portion 10 connects the right end of the first side portion 9 and the lower end of the right side portion 8. That is, the left end of the second side 10 is connected to the right end of the first side 9 (the corner portion as the connection part between the first side 9 and the second side 10 is indicated by reference numeral 27), and the right end of the second side 10 is connected to the lower end of the right side 8 (the corner portion as the connection part between the second side 10 and the right side 8 is indicated by reference numeral 21). The length of the second side 10 is shorter than the length of the first side 9.
[0025] The left side portion 7 is in a straight line. The upper end of the left side portion 7 is connected to the left end of the upper side portion 5, and the lower end of the left side portion 7 is connected to the left end of the first side portion 9. The left side portion 7 is inclined to the right as it moves upward from the left end of the first side portion 9. Specifically, the angle α formed between the first side portion 9 of the lower side portion 6 and the left side portion 7 is an acute angle.
[0026] The right side portion 8 is linear. The upper end of the right side portion 8 is connected to the right end of the upper side portion 5, and the lower end of the right side portion 8 is connected to the right end of the second side portion 10. The right side portion 8 is inclined to the left as it goes upward from the right end of the second side portion 10.
[0027] In addition, the first side 9 of the lower side 6, the second side 10 of the lower side 6, the left side 7 and the right side 8 are not limited to straight lines, and part or all of them may be curved lines. That is, in the present application, the so-called "side" includes a straight line, a curved line and a situation including the above two situations.
[0028] The insulating paper 1 of such a structure is inserted between the coil ends 4, 4 of different phases. Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the stator 11 is used together with a rotor (not shown) in an electric motor for applying power to a rotating machine. The stator 11 includes a cylindrical stator core 2 and a plurality of coils 3 provided on the stator core 2.
[0029] The stator core 2 is cylindrical with both ends opened in the axial direction and is made of a magnetic material. The stator core 2 has a plurality of slots 12. The plurality of slots 12 are arranged inside the stator core 2 in a row along the circumferential direction of the stator core 2.
[0030] A plurality of coils 3 are inserted into the slots 12 of the stator core 2. Each coil 3 protrudes outward from one axial end surface of the stator core 2 when inserted into the slots 12, and protrudes outward from the other axial end surface of the stator core 2. Thus, the coil 3 has coil ends 4 protruding outward from both axial end surfaces of the stator core 2.
[0031] In the example shown in the figure, three-phase coils 3 of U phase, V phase and W phase are inserted into the slots 12 of the stator core 2. For example, the three-phase coils 3 are inserted into the slots 12 in such a way that the coils 3 of different phases are arranged every three slots. In the case where one phase is composed of three slots like this, the phases are the same every six slots, and the coil ends 4, 4 of different phases cross each other. Therefore, for the sake of convenience, in Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 , a six-slot portion of the stator core 2 is shown.
[0032] At the portion where the coil ends 4, 4 of different phases intersect each other, the insulating paper 1 is inserted between the outer coil end 4a and the inner coil end 4b. The insulating paper 1 is appropriately bent along the outer shape of the outer coil end 4a and the inner coil end 4b while being arranged between the outer coil end 4a and the inner coil end 4b. Figure 4 As shown, the insulating paper 1 is bent at a first bending position 13 , a second bending position 14 , a third bending position 15 , a fourth bending position 16 , and a fifth bending position 17 .
[0033] The first bending position 13 is located at a position spaced apart from the upper side 5. The first bending position 13 is in a substantially curved shape along the upper side 5. That is, at a portion between the first bending position 13 and the upper side 5, the distance between the first bending position 13 and the upper side 5 is substantially equal. The second bending position 14 is located at a position spaced apart from the right side 8. The second bending position 14 is smoothly connected to the first bending position 13. The second bending position 14 extends from the first bending position 13 to the second side 10 of the lower side 6. At a portion between the second bending position 14 and the right side 8, the distance between the second bending position 14 and the right side 8 is longer than the distance between the first bending position 13 and the upper side 5. The third bending position 15 is located at a position spaced apart from a corner 18, which is a corner between the left side 7 and the first side 9 of the lower side 6. The third bending position 15 extends so as to connect the left side portion 7 and the first side portion 9. The portion surrounded by the third bending position 15, the left side portion 7, and the first side portion 9 is substantially triangular in shape.
[0034] The fourth bending position 16 is located between the first bending position 13 and the third bending position 15. The fourth bending position 16 extends in a manner inclined to the right as it goes upward. The fifth bending position 17 is located between the first bending position 13 and the third bending position 15. The fifth bending position 17 is located to the left of the fourth bending position 16. The fifth bending position 17 extends in a manner inclined to the right as it goes upward.
[0035] If the portion between the first bending position 13 and the upper side 5 is set as the first region 19, the first region 19 has the upper side 5. If the portion between the second bending position 14 and the right side 8 is set as the second region 20, since the second bending position 14 reaches the second side 10, the second region 20 has a corner 21 between the right side 8 and the second side 10. The second region 20 is connected to the first region 19. If the portion surrounded by the third bending position 15, the left side 7 and the first side 9 is set as the third region 22, the third region 22 has a corner 18 between the left side 7 and the first side 9. In this way, the insulating paper 1 has the first region 19, the second region 20 and the third region 22.
[0036] like Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the first region 19 is bent toward the outside of the stator core 2 along the upper portion of the outer coil end 4a when the insulating paper 1 is arranged between the inner coil end 4b and the outer coil end 4a. The second region 20 is bent toward the outside of the stator core 2 along the root portion of the outer coil end 4a when the insulating paper 1 is arranged between the inner coil end 4b and the outer coil end 4a. The third region 22 is bent toward the outside of the stator core 2 along the lower portion of the outer coil end 4a and the root portion of the outer coil end 4a when the insulating paper 1 is arranged between the inner coil end 4b and the outer coil end 4a. The front end portion of the bent third region 22 is inserted into the outer coil end 4a. Since the outer coil end 4a is composed of a plurality of windings, the front end portion of the third region 22 can be inserted into the outer coil end 4a.
[0037] The first bending position 13, the second bending position 14, and the third bending position 15 are formed by bending the insulating paper 1 along the outer shape of the coil end 4a on the outside. That is, the first bending position 13, the second bending position 14, and the third bending position 15 are not pre-formed on the insulating paper 1, but are formed by bending the insulating paper 1 along the coil end 4a on the outside.
[0038] In addition, the root portion of the coil end 4a along which the third region 22 is bent is on the opposite side to the root portion of the coil end 4a along which the second region 20 is bent. In the example shown in the figure, the second region 20 is bent along the root portion of the coil end 4a rising from the slot 12 on one end side of the three slots, and the third region 22 is bent along the root portion of the coil end 4a rising from the slot 12 on the other end side of the three slots.
[0039] In this way, the insulating paper 1 wraps the outer coil end 4a from the upper right part of the outer coil end 4a, and wraps the outer coil end 4a from the lower left part of the outer coil end 4a. Thus, the insulating paper 1 is arranged between the outer coil end 4a and the inner coil end 4b in a manner of clamping the outer coil end 4a. Therefore, the insulating paper 1 is not easy to shift relative to the outer coil end 4a and the inner coil end 4b in the insulating state. The insulating paper 1 is arranged to insulate the outer coil end 4a from the inner coil end 4b, and then the front end of the third area 22 inserted into the outer coil end 4a and the corner 21 between the right side 8 and the second side 10 are cut off.
[0040] In a state where the outer coil end 4a is wrapped with the insulating paper 1, the insulating paper 1 is bent toward the inside of the stator core 2 in a manner along the outer shape of the inner coil end 4b. The fourth bending position 16 and the fifth bending position 17 are formed by bending the insulating paper 1 toward the inside of the stator core 2. That is, the fourth bending position 16 and the fifth bending position 17 are not formed in advance on the insulating paper 1, but are formed by bending the insulating paper 1 along the inner coil end 4b.
[0041] By wrapping the outer coil end 4a with the insulating paper 1, the portion to be insulated can be insulated. Figure 5 As shown, the insulating parts are the first insulating part 23, the second insulating part 24 and the third insulating part 25. The first insulating part 23 is located between the root part of one end side of the outer coil end 4a in the width direction and the root part of the adjacent coil end 4. The second insulating part 24 is located between the root part of the other end side of the outer coil end 4a in the width direction and the root part of the adjacent coil end 4. The third insulating part 25 is the part where the outer coil end 4a intersects with the inner coil end 4b.
[0042] For the first insulating portion 23, when the second region 20 is bent, the root portion of the outer coil end 4a is wrapped by the lower portion of the right end of the insulating paper 1, so that insulation is possible. For the second insulating portion 24, when the third region 22 is bent, the root portion of the outer coil end 4a is wrapped by the lower portion of the insulating paper 1, so that insulation is possible. For the third insulating portion 25, it is covered by the left portion of the upper portion of the insulating paper 1, so insulation is possible. When insulating the third insulating portion 25, by bending the right portion of the first region 19 in a manner corresponding to the corner 26 of the third insulating portion 25, the insulating paper 1 can be made to follow the shape of the third insulating portion 25. In addition, the insulating paper 1 can be introduced into the root portion of the outer coil end 4a.
[0043] In the case of the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, the first region 19 is bent along the outer coil end 4a to form a curved first bending position 13. That is, the first region 19 is bent along the first bending position 13. The distance between the upper side 5 of the first region 19 and the first bending position 13 has a length that allows the outer coil end 4a to be covered by the first region 19. In this case, by forming the upper side 5 into an arc shape, the distance between the upper side 5 and the first bending position 13 can be ensured, and the distance between the upper side 5 and the first bending position 13 can be shortened. As a result, when the first region 19 is bent, the first region 19 can be suppressed from being bent. Therefore, according to the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, since the upper side 5 is in an arc shape along the first bending position 13, it is easy to bend the first region 19 along the outer coil end 4a.
[0044] In the case of the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, the insulating paper 1 is bent inwardly along the inner coil end 4b to form the fourth bending position 16. That is, the insulating paper 1 is bent along the fourth bending position 16. In the case of the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, the second bending position 14 is formed by bending the second region 20 along the outer coil end 4a. That is, the second region 20 is bent along the second bending position 14. The insulating paper 1 is bent inwardly along the fourth bending position 16, and the second region 20 is bent outwardly along the second bending position 14, whereby the corner 21 between the right side 8 and the second side 10 is located below compared to before the insulating paper 1 is bent.
[0045] A comparative example is described in which it is assumed that the lower side of the insulating paper is a straight line. In this case, if the insulating paper is bent inward along the fourth bending position and the second area is bent outward along the second bending position, the corner between the right side and the lower side is located at a lower position than when the insulating paper has a second side. Therefore, in the case of the insulating paper of the comparative example, the corner between the right side and the lower side contacts the stator core 2 when the insulating paper insulates the outer coil end 4a from the inner coil end 4b. In the insulating paper of the comparative example, since the corner between the right side and the lower side contacts the stator core 2, it cannot be introduced to the root side of the outer coil end 4a.
[0046] In contrast, the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment is less likely to have the above-mentioned problem because it has the second side 10. Therefore, in the case of the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, the corner 21 between the right side 8 and the second side 10 can be introduced to the root side of the outer coil end 4a. Therefore, according to the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, the root part of the outer coil end 4a can be fully insulated.
[0047] In the case of the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, at the portion between the second bending position 14 and the right side 8, the distance between the second bending position 14 and the right side 8 is longer than the distance between the first bending position 13 and the upper side 5. That is, the width of the second region 20 is wider than the width of the first region 19. Therefore, according to the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, the root portion of the outer coil end 4a can be fully protected. According to the insulating paper 1 of the first embodiment, since the width of the second region 20 is wider than the width of the first region 19, it is easy to grasp when used as a handle when inserting the insulating paper 1 between the outer coil end 4a and the inner coil end 4b.
[0048] Next, use Figure 6 The insulating paper of the second embodiment of the present invention is described. In addition, for the components having the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, since their functions are the same, the description thereof is omitted below. The insulating paper 1a of the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it is an overall rounded shape.
[0049] In the insulating paper 1a, the corner 18 between the left side 7 and the first side 9 is R-shaped. The corner 27 between the first side 9 and the second side 10 is R-shaped. The corner 21 between the second side 10 and the right side 8 is R-shaped. The "R-shape" mentioned in this application refers to the case where the contour is formed by a curve to form a shape with rounded corners. In the case where the corner 18 between the left side 7 and the first side 9 is R-shaped, the angle of the part where the extension line of the left side 7 intersects with the extension line of the first side 9 is α. In the insulating paper 1a, the connection part 28 between the left side 7 and the upper side 5 is a curve bulging outward. As a result, the left side 7 and the upper side 5 are smoothly connected. The connection part 29 between the right side 8 and the upper side 5 is a curve bulging outward. As a result, the right side 8 and the upper side 5 are smoothly connected. Therefore, according to the insulating paper 1a of the second embodiment, the miniaturization of the insulating paper 1a can be sought.
[0050] Next, use Figure 7 The insulating paper of the third embodiment of the present invention is described. In addition, for the components having the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, their functions are the same, so the description thereof may be omitted below. The insulating paper 1b of the third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the structure of the third region 22.
[0051] The insulating paper 1b has a suppression portion 30, which can suppress the displacement of the third area 22 in the state of being inserted into the outer coil end 4a. In the example shown in the figure, the suppression portion 30 is roughly triangular in shape and is provided on the left side 7 and the first side 9. The suppression portion 30 provided on the left side 7 protrudes outward from the left side 7. The suppression portion 30 provided on the first side 9 protrudes outward from the first side 9. Due to such a structure, for the third area 22, when inserted into the outer coil end 4a, the suppression portion 30 is hooked on the winding, so it is not easy to be offset. Therefore, according to the insulating paper 1b of the third embodiment, the posture of the insulation state can be maintained more reliably.
[0052] Next, use Figure 8 The insulating paper of the fourth embodiment of the present invention is described. In addition, for the components with the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, their functions are the same, so the description may be omitted below. The insulating paper 1c of the fourth embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the structure of the lower part.
[0053] In the insulating paper 1c, the left side 7 and the first side 9 are connected via a linear first inclined side 31. The first inclined side 31 is inclined to the left as it goes upward from the first side 9. The lower end of the first inclined side 31 is connected to the left end of the first side 9. The upper end of the first inclined side 31 is connected to the lower end of the left side 7. The angle of the part where the extension line of the left side 7 intersects with the extension line of the first side 9 is α. In the insulating paper 1c, the right side 8 and the second side 10 are connected via a linear second inclined side 32. The second inclined side 32 is inclined to the right as it goes upward from the second side 10. The lower end of the second inclined side 32 is connected to the right end of the second side 10. The upper end of the second inclined side 32 is connected to the lower end of the right side 8.
[0054] Due to such a structure, after the insulating paper 1c is mounted on the stator core 2, it is not necessary to cut off the front end of the third region 22 and the corner 21 between the right side 8 and the second side 10. Therefore, according to the insulating paper 1c of the fourth embodiment, it is possible to improve the workability when mounting the insulating paper 1c on the stator core 2.
[0055] Next, use Fig. 9 The insulating paper of the fifth embodiment of the present invention is described. In addition, for the components having the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, since their functions are the same, the description thereof may be omitted below. The insulating paper 1d of the fifth embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it has a limiting portion 33 for limiting the deviation of the posture relative to the insulating state.
[0056] The limiting portion 33 includes a clamped portion 34 and a clamping portion 35 that can be loaded and unloaded relative to the clamped portion 34. The clamped portion 34 is provided at the right side portion of the first region 19. The clamped portion 34 is a through hole that penetrates in the front-to-back direction (thickness direction). The clamping portion 35 is provided at the first side portion 9. The clamping portion 35 includes a protruding piece 36 that protrudes outward from the first side portion 9 and an insertion piece 37 provided at the front end of the protruding piece 36. The insertion piece 37 has recesses 38 at both ends in the width direction. The width direction refers to a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the protruding piece 36 protrudes.
[0057] Due to such a structure, when the outer coil end 4a is wrapped with the insulating paper 1d, the insertion piece 37 of the engaging portion 35 is inserted into the engaged portion 34, thereby the engaging portion 35 is engaged with the engaged portion 34. When the insertion piece 37 is inserted into the engaged portion 34, one side wall of the recess 38 of the insertion piece 37 contacts the back surface of the insulating paper 1d, thereby preventing the engaging portion 35 from falling off from the engaged portion 34.
[0058] In the case of the insulating paper 1d of the fifth embodiment, the insulating paper 1d can be restricted from shifting relative to the state of wrapping the outer coil end 4a due to the restriction portion 33. Therefore, the insulating paper 1d of the fifth embodiment can more reliably maintain the insulating state.
[0059] According to at least one embodiment described above, the coil ends 4, 4 can be insulated from each other by using a single sheet of insulating paper 1 having the above-mentioned structure.
