The application relates to the technical field of material crushing, and discloses a crushing device for cat litter preparation, which comprises a screening plate, a mounting tail seat is arranged at the bottom of the screening plate and close to the left end, the mounting tail seat is fixedly connected with a discharging channel in a bolt connection mode, a sliding material groove is arranged at the top of the screening plate, the sliding material grooves are distributed in an array mode, screening holes are arranged at the bottom of the sliding material grooves, and cat litter will pass through the screening holes and fall into the inside of a receiving bin. When the cat litter slides into the inside of the sliding material groove, short cat litter falls into the inside of the receiving bin through the gap between the crushing seat and the screening hole, and long cat litter contacts the arc surface structure outside the baffle during the process of passing through the gap between the crushing seat and the screening hole, so that the long cat litter cannot fall, and the crushing seat extrudes the long cat litter remaining in the gap during the reciprocating movement of the power device, so that the long cat litter is broken and forms multiple sections of short cat litter, thereby completing the crushing of the long cat litter.
