A grinding dispersant for paper production and a method for preparing the same

Abstract

The application discloses a grinding dispersant for paper production and a preparation method thereof. The grinding dispersant is prepared by the following steps: mixing acrylic acid, 3-hydroxypropionic acid, sodium allyloxy hydroxypropyl sulfonate, methoxy polyethylene glycol itaconic monoester, 2-methyl-2-acrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl ester phosphate, a functional monomer and a characteristic monomer to prepare a mixed functional monomer C; dissolving an oxidizing agent in a proper amount of water to prepare solution A; dissolving a reducing agent in a proper amount of water to prepare solution B; adding the mixed functional monomer C to a crosslinking monomer to prepare a crosslinking mixed monomer D; using a two-step method to react and polymerize to prepare the dispersant; and adjusting the pH value of the dispersant to 5.0-7.0 by using liquid alkali, so that the grinding dispersant is obtained. The methoxy polyethylene glycol group and the hydroxyethyl ester phosphate group are used to synergistically reduce the surface tension of a pulp calcium system, improve wettability, make the viscosity of calcium carbonate particles lower after grinding, make the particle size of the calcium carbonate particles finer, and make the stability of the calcium carbonate particles better; and the grinding dispersant has good high-temperature resistance, the grinding pulp calcium solid content is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.
