Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of numerical control machine tools, and specifically relates to a special machine tool for milling grooves, a base plate, a frame body fixedly connected to the top of the base plate through bolts, a cylinder body horizontally arranged at the top of the left side of the frame body, an outer diameter fixing unit arranged around the outer side of the cylinder body. The application integrates the outer diameter fixing unit and the inner diameter supporting unit to realize the integration of the workstations for the processes of milling grooves on the inner wall and the outer wall of a circular pipe, avoids frequent transfer of workpieces and repeated clamping and positioning, improves the processing efficiency, reduces the redundant investment of equipment, and simultaneously, the synergistic effect of the adjusting unit and the electric guide rail endows the milling cutter with three-dimensional linkage processing capacity, meets the high-precision processing requirements of complex groove types or spatial curved surfaces, and the precise positioning and clamping mechanism of the outer diameter fixing unit and the inner diameter supporting unit ensures the processing stability and precision. The rotating unit drives the flexible rotation of the circular pipe, in combination with the three-dimensional movement capacity of the milling cutter, and enhances the adaptability and versatility of the machine tool to circular pipes of different shapes and sizes.
