Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of aerosol atomization, and particularly relates to a heating device and an aerosol generating system. The heating device comprises a bearing base body, the bearing base body is of a hollow structure, an aerosol generating product is inserted into the bearing base body, the bearing base body comprises a heating section and a first heat preservation section, and the heating section and the first heat preservation section are connected in the length direction of the bearing base body and both wrap the aerosol generating product; the heating element is arranged on the heating section; an isolation groove is formed in the joint of the heating section and the first heat preservation section and used for preventing heat of the heating section from being transmitted to the first heat preservation section. Dry burning of the aerosol generating product can be avoided at the initial stage of use, and the utilization rate of a medium is increased in the use process.
