A cultivation soil for fritillaria thunbergii miq. and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation technology, specifically relating to a cultivation soil for Fritillaria thunbergii and its preparation method. It includes the following steps: preparation of marine bioactive enzymatic hydrolysate; preparation of rice bran fungal fermentation product; and compounding and maturation of the cultivation soil substrate. This invention selects starfish and sea anemones in specific proportions as raw materials, utilizing their rich content of special proteins, active peptides, saponins, and marine minerals. By adding glutathione to protect neutral proteases, chitinases, and alginate lyases, and conducting targeted enzymatic hydrolysis under mild conditions, the invention maximizes the release of small molecule active peptides with biostimulatory functions. These small molecule peptides can mimic plant signaling molecules or act as precursors, specifically activating the expression and activity of key enzymes in the alkaloid synthesis pathway within Fritillaria thunbergii. Adding these peptides to the cultivation soil can significantly increase the alkaloid content in Fritillaria thunbergii, thereby enhancing its medicinal efficacy.
