The zero-VOCs-terminated isocyanate-based hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer provides isocyanate groups for subsequent reactions; the ethylenediamine-terminated polyethyleneimine or the zero-VOCs-terminated amino-based hydrophilic oligomer provides amino groups for subsequent reactions; and water reduces resin viscosity. Furthermore, all raw materials are high-boiling-point zero-VOCs substances, ensuring that VOCs will not be present due to incomplete reactions.
