Claims
1. A patient care system that can provide intervention programs to a patient suffering from a physical health condition, the system comprising a computer device comprising an input and an output, and a storage unit having one or more applications stored therein, the one or more applications executable to provide instructions for a plurality of steps comprising extracting a list of health conditions caused by the physical health condition; providing the list of health conditions through the output of the computer device; in response to a first input received through the input of the computer device, the first input specifying one of the health conditions, providing a set of questions corresponding to the one health condition through the output of the computer device; and in response to a second input received through the input of the computer device, the second input comprising feedback to the set of questions, selecting one or more intervention programs based on the feedback to the set of questions, and providing the one or more intervention programs through the output of the computer device.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of steps further comprises in response to an input received from the input of the computer device, the input specifying one or more of the health conditions, providing an output through the output of the computer device, the output asking for specification of the one of the one or more health conditions; and receiving the first input through the input of the computer device.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the list of health conditions comprises mental health conditions, diet-related conditions, and / or fitness-related conditions.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the list of health conditions comprises fatigue, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and / or pain.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the set of questions is designed to assess a scale corresponding to the one health condition, and the one or more intervention programs are provided based on a scale score calculated from the feedback to the set of questions.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the one or more intervention programs can be divided into different levels according to the severity of the one health condition indicated by the calculated score, comprising a relaxation tool level and a cognitive behavioral therapy level.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the input and the output comprise the same display screen and the same graphical user interface.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a communication end that can connect the computer device to a network or a cloud.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the applications are saved in the storage unit of the network or the cloud.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein the one or more applications are installed on a third-party platform.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the one or more applications are WeChat mini-programs.
12. The system of claim 1, wherein the one or more applications are mobile applications installed in an iOS or Android environment.
13. The system of claim 1, wherein the computer device is a smartphone, a tablet, or a personal computer.
14. The system of claim 1, wherein the physical health condition is cancer, asthma, atopic dermatitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bullous pemphigoid, or chronic spontaneous urticaria.
15. A method of providing an intervention program to a patient having a physical health condition, the method comprising providing the system of claim 1, and executing the one or more programs to provide the instructions of the plurality of steps.
