Abstract

The application discloses a plastic film longitudinal stretching device and a stretching method, and relates to the technical field of film processing. In the prior art, the plastic film is deformed during stretching, and the yield of finished products is low. The application provides a plastic film longitudinal stretching device, which comprises, in sequence along the direction of plastic film movement, a preheating unit, a first stretching unit, a heat setting unit, a second stretching unit, a tempering setting unit and a cooling unit. The preheating unit can ensure that the film and thicker products can be preheated uniformly at low speed or high speed. The stretching unit can ensure that the film has stable and sufficient stretching force during the stretching process, and realizes uniform stretching. The tempering setting unit can make the plastic film uniformly heated, gradually release stress and reduce the shrinkage rate. The application can uniformly preheat and stably stretch the plastic film during the stretching process, avoids the deformation of the plastic film, makes the thickness of the finished product film uniform and flat, and greatly improves the yield.
