Abstract

The invention relates to an information processing method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that first, first answer content corresponding to first query information input by a user is displayed on a session page; then, when a question asking operation for a target content object in the first answer content is received, the target content object is displayed in a first area of an input box of the session page in a reference form; in response to second query information input in the input box displaying the target content object, second answer content corresponding to the second query information is displayed on the session page, and the second answer content is generated after retrieval based on the second query information and the target content object. According to the embodiment of the invention, in the process of displaying the first answer content on the session page, the target content object can be quoted and displayed in the first area of the input box through the questioning operation for the target content object in the first answer content, so that the input cost of a user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
