A cross-truck and AGV cooperative loading and unloading container transfer equipment

Abstract

The application provides a container transfer equipment for cross transfer vehicle and AGV collaborative loading and unloading, and relates to the technical field of logistics container transfer. The container transfer equipment for cross transfer vehicle and AGV collaborative loading and unloading comprises a main body mechanism, a hoisting mechanism and an AGV mechanism. The main body mechanism is mainly used for driving the equipment to move and providing hoisting power for the hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism is arranged below the main body mechanism and is mainly used for realizing the hoisting of the container through a sling. The AGV mechanism is arranged above the hoisting mechanism and is mainly used for assisting the transfer of the container. A hydraulic control box is fixedly arranged above the main body mechanism and is connected with the main body mechanism and the hoisting mechanism through a hydraulic pipeline. Through the collaborative operation of the cross transfer vehicle and the AGV, the use limitation of the traditional cross transfer vehicle in the space limited environment is solved, efficient and flexible container transfer is realized, and the logistics efficiency is significantly improved.
