Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This application relates to the field of cleaning equipment, specifically to a floor brush assembly and cleaning equipment. Background Technology
[0002] Cleaning equipment is an electrical appliance that uses a motor to drive blades to rotate at high speed, creating negative air pressure inside a sealed floor brush housing. This draws dust into a dust collection device and then discharges the filtered air at extremely high speed. Cleaning equipment can be classified by function into dry cleaning equipment and wet / dry cleaning equipment. Dry cleaning equipment generally includes dust bag type and dust cup type.
[0003] Existing cleaning equipment often gets tangled in hair during operation, and there is no effective way to deal with it. When in use, the brush components on the roller brush adsorb dust and hair on the ground and cleaning surface, but the hair gradually extends and tangles inside the brush components under the influence of airflow and other factors, making subsequent cleaning by the roller brush very difficult.
[0004] Currently, most hair cutting solutions for cleaning equipment use a single-blade motion cutting method, but this method has low cutting efficiency. A double-blade motion cutting method can achieve more efficient cutting, but due to the complexity and difficulty of its mechanism implementation, there is still no good solution. In addition, the drive motors for the blades in existing cleaning equipment are mostly installed vertically, which occupies a large space in the cleaning equipment housing and increases the volume of the cleaning equipment housing. Detailed Implementation
[0023] The technical solutions of the embodiments of this application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of this application, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of this application. In addition, it should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only for illustration and explanation of this application and are not intended to limit this application. In this application, unless otherwise stated, directional terms such as "up," "down," "left," and "right" generally refer to up, down, left, and right in the actual use or working state of the device, specifically the drawing directions in the accompanying drawings.
[0024] As described in the background section, most hair cutting solutions for cleaning equipment use a single-blade cutting method. The single-blade structure has low cutting efficiency and is often not ideal for cutting hair bundles that are tangled together. This can cause hair to get stuck on the roller brush, requiring manual cleaning of the hair on the roller brush, which greatly affects the user experience. In contrast, the double-blade cutting method can achieve more efficient cutting.
[0025] In view of this, such as Figure 1 - Figure 2 As shown, this application provides a cleaning device (not shown), including a floor brush assembly 100 and a body (not shown). The body (not shown) is mounted on the floor brush assembly 100 via a connecting part 101. The body (not shown) is equipped with a main motor (not shown), and a roller brush motor (not shown) is installed inside the roller brush 120. The main motor (not shown) provides a suction force, and the roller brush motor (not shown) drives the roller brush 120 to rotate. A pipe (not shown) is provided inside the body (not shown). One end of the pipe (not shown) is connected to the dust collection chamber (not shown) inside the body (not shown), and the other end is connected to the suction port 114 of the floor brush assembly 100. The blades of the floor brush assembly 100 are located above the suction port 114. When the roller brush 120 is driven to rotate, the hair wrapped around the roller brush 120 is cut off when it passes through the double blades inside the floor brush assembly 100. The cut hair is sucked into the dust collection chamber (not shown) by the suction provided by the main motor (not shown) through the suction port 114 and enters the dust collection chamber (not shown) through the pipe (not shown).
[0026] like Figure 1 - Figure 5 As shown, this application provides a floor brush assembly 100, including a floor brush housing 110, a roller brush 120, two stacked blades 130, the blades 130 being a first blade 131 and a second blade 132, a motor 150, and an eccentric wheel 160.
[0027] The floor brush housing 110 includes a motor compartment 111 and a roller brush compartment 113 connected to each other. A partition 112 is formed between the roller brush compartment 113 and the motor compartment 111. The roller brush 120 is rotatably installed in the roller brush compartment 113. The partition 112 is provided with a dust suction port 114, and a blade mounting hole 115 is formed between the partition 112 and the top surface of the floor brush housing 110. The blade mounting hole 115 is located above the dust suction port 114. The first blade 131 is movably installed in the motor compartment 111; the second blade 132 is movably installed in the motor compartment 111. Specifically, the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 are movably installed in the blade mounting hole 115. When the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 cut the hair on the roller brush 120, the cut hair is sucked into the dust collection compartment (not shown) by the dust suction port 114 as it falls toward the cleaning surface.
[0028] In existing cleaning equipment, the motors driving the blades in the cutting device are typically large. When the motor is installed inside the brush housing, a portion of the brush housing protrudes to accommodate it, increasing the overall size of the brush housing. This prevents the cleaning equipment from operating in narrow spaces. Specifically, the direction of travel of the cleaning equipment is defined as the length of the brush housing 110, the axial direction of the roller brush 120 is defined as the width of the brush housing 110, and the direction perpendicular to both the direction of travel and the axial direction of the roller brush 120 is defined as the height of the brush housing 110. If the motor 150 is installed in the length direction of the brush housing, since the motor compartment 111 is equipped with a blade 130 on the side near the roller brush compartment 113, the motor 150 needs to be connected to the blade 130 through an eccentric wheel 160 and a transmission mechanism 164. This results in the motor compartment 111 being too long to accommodate the motor 150 in the length direction of the brush housing, and the motor 150 cannot be fully embedded in the motor compartment 111. As a result, a protruding part of the top of the motor compartment 111 is needed to fully accommodate the motor 150, which increases the height of the brush housing 110.
[0029] To avoid the motor occupying too much internal space in the brush housing, this application proposes the following technical features.
[0030] like Figure 3 as well as Figure 5 As shown, the motor 150 of the floor brush assembly 100 is installed in the motor compartment 111. The motor 150 includes a motor housing (not shown), which is horizontally installed in the motor compartment 111 and is used to fix the motor 150. The axial direction of the motor housing (not shown) is consistent with the axial direction of the roller brush 120. The motor 150 includes a power output shaft 151. A first helical gear 190 installed on the power output shaft 151 is located below a second helical gear 160 installed on the eccentric wheel 160 to prevent the motor 150 from protruding from the top of the motor compartment 111. In this embodiment, in the height direction of the floor brush housing 110, the internal height of the motor compartment 111 is greater than the height of the motor 150. When the motor 150 can be accommodated in the motor compartment 111, the internal height of the motor compartment 111 can definitely accommodate the motor 150.
[0031] In this embodiment, by horizontally mounting the motor 150 inside the motor compartment 111, that is, with the motor 150 along the width direction of the brush housing 110, the side wall of the motor compartment 111 and the suction port 114 have sufficient length in the width direction of the brush housing 110 to accommodate the motor 150, so that the motor 150 is fully embedded in the motor compartment 111. The motor 150 can be installed without increasing the height of the motor compartment 111, making the overall volume of the brush housing 110 smaller, making it easier to enter narrow spaces for operation, and improving the user experience.
[0032] When the motor 150 is horizontal, in order to achieve the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 to reciprocate in opposite directions along the axial direction of the roller brush 120, so that the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 can make staggered cuts on the hair on the roller brush 120, this application includes the following technical features.
[0033] like Figures 3-9 As shown, the eccentric wheel 160 of the floor brush assembly 100 includes an eccentric connecting rod 161, which is connected to a blade 130 via a transmission mechanism 164. In this embodiment, the eccentric connecting rod 161 is connected to a second blade 132 via the transmission mechanism 164. The central axis of the power output shaft 151 is perpendicular to the central axis of the eccentric connecting rod 161. A first helical gear 190 is mounted on the power output shaft 151. One end face of the second helical gear 191 is connected to one end face of the eccentric wheel 160, and the tooth surface of the second helical gear 191 meshes with the tooth surface of the first helical gear 190. After the motor 150 is started, the power output shaft 151 drives the eccentric wheel 160 to rotate via the first helical gear 190 and the second helical gear 191, and drives the two blades 130 to reciprocate via the eccentric connecting rod 161 and the transmission mechanism 164.
[0034] Furthermore, the transmission mechanism 164 includes a slider 162 and an assembly plate 163. The eccentric connecting rod 161 is connected to a blade 130 through the slider 162 and the assembly plate 163, enabling the blade 130 to reciprocate. The slider 162 includes a strip-shaped hole 165, the extension direction of which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the roller brush 120 and perpendicular to the central axis of the eccentric connecting rod 161. The eccentric connecting rod 161 is inserted into the strip-shaped hole 165, ensuring that when the eccentric wheel 161 rotates, the eccentric connecting rod 161 can only drive the slider 162 along the axial direction of the roller brush 120. The assembly plate 163 protrudes from the side of any blade 130 facing the motor 150 and is connected to the slider 162. When the eccentric wheel 161 rotates, the slider 162 reciprocates along the axis of the roller brush 120. When the slider 162 moves, it drives a blade 130 to reciprocate along the axis of the roller brush 120 through the assembly plate 163. Specifically, the assembly plate 163 protrudes from the second back 137 of the second blade 132. When the slider 162 moves, it drives the second blade 132 to reciprocate along the axis of the roller brush 120 through the assembly plate 163.
[0035] Furthermore, when the two blades 130 are relatively stationary, they are axially misaligned. The first blade 131 includes a first back 135 and a first tooth 136. The first back 135 is movably mounted to the motor housing 111, and the first tooth 136 extends toward the roller brush 120. Specifically, the first back 135 is movably mounted into the blade mounting hole 115, and the first tooth 136 protrudes from the front opening of the blade mounting hole 115 and extends toward the roller brush 120. The second blade 132 includes a second back 137 and a second tooth 138. The second back 137 is movably mounted to the motor housing. 111. The second blade 138 extends toward the roller brush 120. Specifically, the second blade back 137 is movably installed into the blade mounting hole 115, and the first blade back 135 abuts against the top of the second blade back 137. The second blade 138 protrudes from the front opening of the blade mounting hole 115 and extends toward the roller brush 120. The extension length of the first blade 136 is less than the extension length of the second blade 138. The first blade 131 and the second blade 132 are axially misaligned, so that the first blade 136 and the second blade 138 are misaligned in the axial direction of the roller brush 120, thereby creating a misaligned cut on the hair on the roller brush 120.
[0036] Specifically, the second blade 138 can contact the roller brush 120 to form interference, while the first blade 136 is at a certain distance from the roller brush 120. When the hair on the roller brush 120 passes the second blade 138, the hair is first combed by the second blade 138. The combed hair is then cut off at an offset when the first blade 136 and the second blade 138 reciprocate. The reciprocating motion of the first blade 136 and the second blade 138 achieves two cuts on the hair at the same time. After the second blade 138 combs the hair, the combed hair is easier to cut, improving the hair cutting efficiency. By increasing the number of blades 130, the sum of the number of cuts of the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 in the same time is equivalent to twice that of a single blade, further improving the hair cutting efficiency. Moreover, when the first blade 136 and the second blade 138 cut the hair at an offset, the hair is subjected to greater force, resulting in a better cutting effect.
[0037] Furthermore, the floor brush assembly 100 also includes a first rack 133, a second rack 134, and a gear 170. The first blade back 135 is provided with a first rack 133. Specifically, the first blade back 135 is provided with a protruding C-shaped frame 140, which includes a bottom frame 141 and the first rack 133 is provided on the bottom frame 141. The second blade back 135 is provided with a second rack 134. The extension direction of the first rack 133 and the second rack 134 is consistent with the extension direction of the roller brush 120. The gear 170 is rotatably installed in the motor compartment 111. The central axis of the gear 170 is perpendicular to the plane where the blade 130 is located. The racks on the two blades 130 are arranged opposite to each other and mesh with the gear 170 respectively. That is, the first rack 133 and the second rack 134 are arranged opposite to each other and mesh with the gear 170 respectively, so as to ensure that the rotation of the first rack 133, the second rack 134 and the gear 170 can drive the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 to form a reciprocating motion in opposite directions.
[0038] In this embodiment, the axial length of the blade mounting hole 115 is longer than the axial length of any blade 130, providing space for the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 to reciprocate horizontally. When the first blade 131 is driven by the motor 150 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the roller brush 120, the first rack 133 drives the gear 170 to rotate. The rotation of the gear 170 drives the second blade 132 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the roller brush 120 through the second rack 134. The reciprocating directions of the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 are always opposite, so that the first cutting tooth 136 and the second cutting tooth 138 form a staggered cut on the hair.
[0039] During reciprocating motion, the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 will inevitably deviate, which may cause the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 to disengage from the blade mounting hole 115. In addition, the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 are relatively thin, so it is necessary to fix the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 in the direction of the central axis of the blade mounting hole 115 and the central axis of the power output shaft 151. Therefore, this application includes the following technical features.
[0040] like Figures 8-11As shown, the floor brush assembly 100 also includes a first substrate 180 and a second substrate 181. The first substrate 180 is mounted to the motor housing 111, specifically, the first substrate 180 is mounted to the bottom surface of the blade mounting hole 115; the second substrate 181 is mounted to the motor housing 111, specifically, the second substrate 181 is mounted to the top surface of the blade mounting hole 115. A receiving space 182 is formed between the first substrate 180 and the second substrate 181. The first blade back 135 and the second blade back 137 are movably mounted in the receiving space 182. Specifically, the bottom surface of the second blade back 137 abuts against the top surface of the first substrate 180, the top surface of the first blade back 135 abuts against the bottom surface of the second substrate 181, and the top surface of the second blade back 137 abuts against the bottom surface of the first blade back 135, thereby fixing the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 in the axial direction of the blade mounting hole 115.
[0041] Furthermore, the floor brush assembly 100 also includes a limiting through hole 142 and a guide post 183.
[0042] A limiting through hole 142 is formed on the first blade back 135 or the second blade back 137, and the extending direction of the limiting through hole 142 is consistent with the axial direction of the roller brush 120; a guide post 183 protrudes from the first substrate 180 and extends toward the second substrate 181; each guide post 183 is inserted into a limiting through hole 142 of each blade back. Specifically, the first blade back 135 is provided with two limiting through holes 142, the second blade back 137 is provided with two limiting through holes 142, and the first substrate 180 is provided with two guide posts 183. Guide pins 183 are sequentially inserted into a limiting through hole 142 on the first blade back 135 and a limiting through hole 142 on the second blade back 137. Another guide pin 183 is sequentially inserted into another limiting through hole 142 on the first blade back 135 and another limiting through hole 142 on the second blade back 137. This fixes the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 in the direction of the central axis of the power output shaft 151 and ensures the translation of the first blade 131 and the second blade 132 in the axial direction of the roller brush 120.
[0043] In this embodiment, the motor 150 drives the power output shaft 151 to rotate, the power output shaft 151 rotates and the first helical gear 190 rotates, the first helical gear 190 rotates and drives the second helical gear 191 to rotate, the second helical gear 191 rotates and drives the eccentric wheel 161 to rotate, the eccentric wheel 161 rotates and drives the slider 162 to reciprocate in the axial direction of the brush 120.
[0044] In the initial state, when the connecting rod 164 rotates 180° around the central axis of the eccentric wheel 161, the slider 162 moves towards the first end of the blade mounting hole 115. At this time, the slider 162 drives the second blade 132 to move towards the first end of the blade mounting hole 115 via the assembly plate 163. When the second blade 132 moves, it drives the gear 170 to rotate via the second rack 134. The rotation of the gear 170 drives the first blade 131 to move towards the second end of the blade mounting hole 115 via the first rack 133. When the connecting rod 164 rotates 360° around the central axis of the eccentric wheel 161 from 180°, the slider 162 moves towards the first end of the blade mounting hole 115. When the second end of the mounting hole 115 moves, the slider 162 drives the second blade 132 to move toward the second end of the blade mounting hole 115 via the assembly plate 163. When the second blade 132 moves, it drives the gear 170 to rotate via the second rack 134. The rotation of the gear 170 drives the first blade 131 to move toward the first end of the blade mounting hole 115 via the first rack 133. The repeated rotation of the eccentric wheel 161 causes the first blade 131 and the second blade 130 to perform horizontal reciprocating motion in opposite directions, so that the first blade 131 and the second blade 130 form a dynamic misaligned cut on the hair on the roller brush 120.
[0045] The advantages of this application are that it provides a floor brush assembly and cleaning device, including a floor brush housing comprising a motor compartment and a roller brush compartment. The motor is installed laterally within the motor compartment, that is, the central axis of the motor's power output shaft is parallel to the central axis of the roller brush within the roller brush compartment. A first helical gear mounted on the power output shaft is positioned below a second helical gear mounted on an eccentric wheel. This installation method reduces the internal space required by the motor compartment, resulting in a smaller floor brush housing and making it easier for the cleaning device to clean narrow spaces. The two blades inside the floor brush housing are initially offset. Driven by the motor, the eccentric wheel rotates, causing the two blades to reciprocate along the roller brush axis. The translational directions of the two blades are always opposite, allowing the first and second blades to cut the hair wrapped around the roller brush in a staggered manner, preventing hair from tangling around the roller brush and improving hair cutting efficiency and user experience.
[0046] The above provides a detailed description of a floor brush component and cleaning equipment provided by this application. Specific examples have been used to illustrate the principles and implementation methods of this application. The description of the above embodiments is only for the purpose of helping to understand the method and core ideas of this application. At the same time, for those skilled in the art, there will be changes in the specific implementation methods and application scope based on the ideas of this application. Therefore, the content of this specification should not be construed as a limitation of this application.
