The method comprises the following steps: receiving a target signal, wherein the target signal is a signal for switching a control object into first target equipment; acquiring a second target device, wherein the second target device is a control object before receiving the target signal; whether the second target equipment and the first target equipment are the same equipment or not is judged, if the second target equipment and the first target equipment are not the same equipment, whether a first target key exists at present or not is checked, and the first target key is a key which is pressed down and not loosened; if the first target key exists, switching a control object to the first target device and waiting for the first target key to be loosened; when it is recognized that the first target key is loosened, a loosening signal of the first target key is sent to the second target device. According to the invention, the problem of misoperation caused by long-time pressing is effectively avoided, and the intelligent watching experience of audiences and the control experience of the remote controller are improved.
