[0059] (First Implementation)

[0060] [Clamping System 1000]

[0061] Reference Figures 1-31 The clamping system 1000 of the first embodiment of this disclosure is described. Figure 1 This is a perspective view of the fixture system 1000. The fixture system 1000 includes a box system 700 and a fixture feeding device (feeder) 200.

[0062] [Box System 700]

[0063] The box system 700 is a system for loading fixture units 1 into the fixture guide device 200. The box system 700 can accommodate multiple fixture units 1 that can be loaded into the fixture guide device 200. Alternatively, the box system 700 can also accommodate only one fixture unit 1.

[0064] Box system 700 is able to stand on its own Figure 1 The workbench D shown is a mounting surface. Specifically, the box system 700 includes a main body 710 that houses a plurality of clamping units 1 and a base 780 placed on the mounting surface.

[0065] In the following description, the gravity direction of the box system 700, which is self-supporting on the worktable D, is defined as "height direction (vertical direction) H", the direction perpendicular to the height direction H is defined as "length direction L", and the direction perpendicular to both the height direction H and the length direction L is defined as the width direction W.

[0066] The main body 710 is formed as a cuboid extending along the height direction H, the length direction L, and the width direction W. The length in the length direction L is longer than the length in the width direction W. However, the shape of the main body 710 is not limited to this and can be other shapes.

[0067] The main body 710 has multiple clamp receiving areas 720. Figure 1 The illustrated main body 710 has five clamping areas 720 (first clamping area 721, second clamping area 722, third clamping area 723, fourth clamping area 724, and fifth clamping area 725). The first clamping area 721, second clamping area 722, third clamping area 723, fourth clamping area 724, and fifth clamping area 725 are arranged in this order along the length direction L. However, the number and arrangement of the multiple clamping areas 720 of the main body 710 are not limited to this.

[0068] Figure 2 This is a diagram representing the fixture accommodating area 720.

[0069] Clamp units 1 are respectively accommodated in multiple clamp receiving areas 720. Each clamp receiving area 720 has a receiving area 730 equipped with clamp units 1 and a sheath insertion area 740 for inserting a sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200.

[0070] The mounting area 730 is the area that mainly accommodates the clamping unit 1, and is a cuboid-shaped internal space. A stop 731 is provided in the mounting area 730, which restricts the clamping unit 1 from moving downward in the height direction H.

[0071] The sheath insertion area 740 is a cylindrical internal space into which the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 is inserted. The sheath insertion area 740 is connected to the mounting area 730.

[0072] Each of the multiple clamp receiving areas 720 is provided with an opening 760 into which the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted, and a cap 770 that closes the opening 760 in a manner that can be opened and closed independently. The opening 760 communicates with the sheath insertion area 740. When the opening 760 is closed by the cap 770, the clamp receiving area 720 remains in a sterilized state.

[0073] Figure 2 The illustrated cap 770 is a seal that blocks the opening 760. The cap 770 is opened by the sleeve 220 of the clamping guide device 200 piercing the sleeve 220 and entering the sleeve insertion area 740. The cap 770 is not limited to a seal that is pierced by the sleeve 220; it can also be a seal that can be peeled off by the user's hand. A seal that can be peeled off by the user's hand is preferably a safety seal or similar seal that allows confirmation that the seal has been opened and cannot be reattached once peeled off. Furthermore, the cap 770 can be a snap-on rubber plug that can be inserted into the opening 760, or a rigid resin cover that covers the opening 760.

[0074] The base 780 is a flat plate-shaped component that rests on a mounting surface such as the worktable D. The base 780 supports the main body 710 in a position where the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted, with an opening 760. Figure 1 The illustrated base 780 supports the main body 710 with an opening 760 disposed on the upper side in the height direction H. Alternatively, the main body 710 and the base 780 may be integrally formed.

[0075] [Clamping guide device 200]

[0076] Figure 3 This is a perspective view of the clamping guide device 200.

[0077] The clamp insertion device (feeder) 200 includes a sheath 220, an operating line 230, and an operating section 240. The clamp insertion device 200 extends, for example, through the instrument passage of an endoscope and is used in conjunction with the endoscope. Therefore, the sheath 220 is formed to be sufficiently long compared to the length of the instrument passage of the endoscope. The sheath 220 is flexible and bends to accommodate the bending of the insertion portion of the endoscope.

[0078] The sheath 220 includes a front end head 221, a front side coil 222, and a proximal coil 224, and is integrally formed into a slender tubular shape. The front side coil 222 is disposed on the front end side of the sheath 220. The front end head 221 is disposed on the front end of the front side coil 222.

[0079] The operating line (power transmission part) 230 includes an arrow hook (connecting part) 231 connected to the clamp unit 1 and a line 232 for operating the arrow hook 231.

[0080] The arrow hook 231 includes a generally conical engaging portion 231a that engages with the clamp unit 1, and a wire connecting portion 231b located at the base end of the engaging portion 231a. The arrow hook 231 is formed of a metal material such as stainless steel.

[0081] The wire 232 passes through the sheath 220 in a manner that allows it to move freely in and out of the sheath 220. The front end of the wire 232 is fixed to the base end of the wire connector 231b, for example, by welding.

[0082] The operating part 240 includes an operating part body 241, a slider 242, and a thumb ring 248. The operating part body 241, slider 242, and thumb ring 248 are injection molded, for example, using resin material. The operating part body 241 includes a slit portion 241a and a rotating handle 241b located at the front end. The slit portion 241a supports the slider 242 so that it can move forward and backward.

[0083] The slider 242 is mounted in a manner that allows it to move forward and backward along the longitudinal axis of the operating part body 241, and the base end of the wire 232 is mounted thereon. As the slider 242 moves forward and backward along the operating part body 241, the wire 232 moves forward and backward relative to the sheath 220, and the arrow hook 231 moves forward and backward.

[0084] The thumb ring 248 is mounted on the base of the operating part body 241 in such a way that it can rotate about the length axis of the operating part body 241.

[0085] [Clamping Unit 1]

[0086] Figure 4 This is a three-dimensional view representing fixture unit 1. Figure 5 This is a perspective view of the clamp unit 1, showing the state of the pressing member 3. The clamp unit 1 includes a clamp 2, a pressing member 3, and a connecting member 4.

[0087] In the following description, the clamp 2 side of the clamp unit 1 along the length direction A is designated as the front end side (far end side) A1 of the clamp unit 1, and the connecting member 4 side is designated as the base end side (proximal side) A2 of the clamp unit 1. Furthermore, the direction perpendicular to the length direction A is designated as "second direction B" or "left-right direction B". Additionally, the direction perpendicular to the length direction A and the second direction B is designated as "first direction C" or "up-down direction C".

[0088] The clamp (clamping arm) 2 is formed by bending a sheet metal at its central portion. The clamp 2 has a pair of arms 21 that can be opened and closed and a base end 28 connecting the pair of arms 21. The base end side A2 of the clamp 2 is inserted into the internal space 38 of the pressing member 3.

[0089] A pair of arms 21 have a first arm 211 and a second arm 212. The first arm 211 and the second arm 212 are arranged on both sides of the central axis O1 in the length direction A of the clamping unit 1. Alternatively, the clamp 2 may have more than three arms.

[0090] The first arm 211 has a tissue holding portion 22, a flat holding portion 23, a sliding portion 24, and an engaging portion 25 extending from the front end side A1 toward the base end side A2. The tissue holding portion 22 is formed by bending the front end of the first arm 211 inward. The sliding portion 24 is the portion that elastically deforms when the pair of arms 21 are pulled into the pressing member 3.

[0091] The second arm 212, like the first arm 211, has a tissue holding portion 22, a flat holding portion 23, a sliding portion 24, and a locking portion 25 extending from the front end side A1 toward the base end side A2.

[0092] The engaging portion 25 is a component that can engage with the fastening member 32 of the pressing member 3, which will be described later. The front end side A1 of the engaging portion 25 is formed with an obtuse angle relative to the length direction A, and the base end side A2 is formed with an acute angle relative to the length direction A.

[0093] The base end 28 connects to the first arm 211 and the second arm 212. The first arm 211 and the second arm 212 connected by the base end 28 are designed to open and close freely toward the front end side A1. The base end 28 is bent into a U-shape and connected to the hook 41f of the connecting member 4. The base end 28 is forceped in a manner that opens the pair of arms 21. Therefore, the pair of arms 21 of the clamp 2 have a self-expanding force in the opening and closing direction P.

[0094] The base end 28 and the hook 41f of the connecting member 4 (described later) are connected by the hook 41f of the connecting member 4 being inserted into the base end 28, which is formed in the shape of the letter U. When the base end 28 is connected to the connecting member 4, the opening and closing direction P of the pair of arms 21 is approximately the same as the left and right direction B.

[0095] Figure 6 This is a cross-sectional view along the length A of the pressing member 3.

[0096] The pressing member (tubular member) 3 is a cylindrical tubular member capable of accommodating at least a portion of the clamp 2. The pressing member 3 has an internal space 38 for the clamp 2 to move in and out along the length direction A. The pressing member 3 can fix the clamp 2, which is pulled into the internal space 38, into a closed state. The pressing member 3 has a pressing tube 3A provided on the base end side A2 and a pressing tube 3B provided on the front end side A1.

[0097] Figure 7 This is a three-dimensional diagram representing the pressure tube 3A.

[0098] The pressure tube (second tubular member) 3A has a protruding wing 31, a fastening member 32, and a pressure tube body 30 formed in a cylindrical shape.

[0099] The die-cast body 30 is formed by injection molding a thermoplastic resin with moderate elasticity, such as PPA (polyphthalamide), PA (polyamide), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), or LCP (liquid crystal polymer), which is softer than the clamp 2. Alternatively, the die-cast body 30 may not be made of thermoplastic resin but of metal.

[0100] Figure 8 This is a three-dimensional view of the pressure tube 3A as observed from the base side A2.

[0101] At the base end opening 3d of the pressure tube body 30, there is a locking recess 30r that engages with the locking protrusion 43p of the connecting member 4 described later. The locking recess 30r is provided on both sides across the central axis O1.

[0102] The submersion wing 31 is a pair of protrusions that protrude from and are submerged relative to the outer peripheral surface 30a of the pressure pipe body 30. The submersion wing 31 is provided on both sides across the central axis O1. The basic posture of the submersion wing 31 is a protruding state that protrudes outward relative to the outer peripheral surface 30a in a radial direction R. The submersion wing 31 is submerged relative to the outer peripheral surface 30a by bearing a force from the outer side of the radial direction R inward. By releasing the above-mentioned force, the submersion wing 31 returns from the submerged state to the protruding state.

[0103] The fastening member 32 is an annular member disposed in the internal space 38 of the pressure tube 3A. The fastening member 32 is made of metal. Alternatively, the fastening member 32 can be made harder than the pressure tube body 30, for example, it may not be made of metal, but of thermoplastic resin.

[0104] The pressure tube (first tubular member) 3B is a cylindrical metal member. The pressure tube 3B is pressed into the front end of the pressure tube 3A. The pressure tubes 3A and 3B can also be connected by heat fusion, bonding, or threaded fastening.

[0105] Figure 9 This is a three-dimensional view representing the connecting component 4.

[0106] The connecting member 4 is detachably connected to the base end 28 of the clamp 2. Furthermore, the connecting member 4 is detachably connected to the arrow hook 231 that penetrates the sheath 220. That is, the connecting member 4 connects the clamp 2 and the arrow hook 231. The connecting member 4 includes a front connecting portion 41 at the front end, a base connecting portion 42 at the base end, and a rod-shaped portion 45 connecting the front connecting portion 41 and the base connecting portion 42.

[0107] The front connecting part 41 has a front expansion part 41e, a hook 41f located at the front end, and a break part 41b provided at the base end side A2 of the hook 41f. The front connecting part 41 can penetrate the internal space 38 of the pressing member 3 in a state of being connected to the clamp 2.

[0108] Hook 41f is a hook extending in a vertical direction C perpendicular to the central axis O1, and is formed into a generally cylindrical rod shape. Hook 41f extends from the "bottom side" to the "top side" in the vertical direction C. The base end 28 of clamp 2 hooks onto hook 41f from the top side.

[0109] The fracture portion 41b fractures when a predetermined fracture force caused by tension is applied to the hook 41f by being pulled towards the base end side A2 through the base end portion 28. Alternatively, the fracture portion 41b may have a mechanism that releases the connection between the base end portion 28 of the clamp 2 and the hook 41f of the connecting member 4. For example, the fracture portion 41b may also have a mechanism that releases the connection between the base end portion 28 and the hook 41f through deformation (plastic deformation or elastic deformation) without fracture.

[0110] The base connection part 42 is an engagement part for engaging (connecting) the arrow hook 231 of the clamp guide device 200. The base connection part 42 has a connection part body 43 and a connection arm 44.

[0111] The connecting part body 43 is provided at the base end of the rod-shaped part 45. A locking protrusion 43p protruding in the vertical direction C is formed on the connecting part body 43. The locking protrusion 43p engages with the locking recess 30r provided at the base end opening of the pressing member 3, thereby restricting the relative rotation of the pressing member 3 and the connecting member 4 in the circumferential direction relative to the length direction A.

[0112] A connecting arm (a pair of legs) 44 is located at the base of the connecting body 43, and branches into two forks. The connecting arm 44 is elastically deformable relative to the connecting body 43 in the vertical direction C, and can open and close relative to the connecting body 43. A notch 44m is formed in the connecting arm 44, which holds and accommodates the engaging portion 231a of the arrow hook 231. The notch 44m is shaped to fit tightly against the outer peripheral surface of the engaging portion 231a of the arrow hook 231. When the connecting arm 44 is in the open state, it can be connected to the arrow hook 231 of the clamping guide device 200, and when it is in the closed state, it can maintain the connection with the arrow hook 231 of the clamping guide device 200.

[0113] The rod-shaped portion 45 is a generally rod-shaped component extending along the length direction A. The rod-shaped portion 45 is provided between the front end connecting portion 41 and the base end connecting portion 42, connecting the front end connecting portion 41 and the base end connecting portion 42. The rod-shaped portion 45 can penetrate through the internal space 38 of the pressing member 3.

[0114] like Figure 2As shown, the clamping unit 1 is accommodated in the clamping accommodating area 720 of the box system 700. The clamping unit 1 is accommodated in the clamping accommodating area 720 with the length direction A of the clamping unit 1 roughly aligned with the height direction H of the box system, the left-right direction B of the clamping unit 1 roughly aligned with the width direction W of the box system, and the up-down direction C of the clamping unit 1 roughly aligned with the length direction L of the box system.

[0115] In the clamp unit 1 housed in the clamp receiving area 720, the clamp 2 on the front end side A1 is disposed on the lower side in the height direction H, and the connecting member 4 on the base end side A2 is disposed on the upper side in the height direction H. At least the base end of the connecting member 4 is disposed in the sheath insertion area 740.

[0116] [Method for loading fixture unit 1]

[0117] Next, the function of the fixture system 1000 will be explained. Figures 10-14 This is a diagram illustrating the method of loading the fixture unit 1 into the fixture import device 200 using the box system 700.

[0118] Figure 10 This is a diagram showing the sheath 220 inserted into the clamp receiving area 720.

[0119] The user presses the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 against the seal 770, puncturing the seal 770, and inserts the sheath 220 from the opening 760 into the sheath insertion area 740. The clamp receiving area 720 with the sheath 220 inserted is de-sterilized. The user further inserts the sheath 220, bringing the front end 221 of the sheath 220 close to the connecting member 4 of the clamp unit 1.

[0120] The box system 700 stands upright with an opening 760 on its upper side in the height direction H. Therefore, the user does not need to hold the box system 700 by hand to secure it when inserting the sheath 220 into it. This allows the user to perform the loading operation of the clamp unit 1 more efficiently and with less time.

[0121] Figure 11 This is a diagram showing the fixture unit 1 before loading.

[0122] The user moves the slider 242 forward relative to the operating part body 241 of the operating part 240, and moves the operating line 230 forward relative to the sheath 220, thereby bringing the arrow hook 231 closer to the connecting member 4.

[0123] Figure 12 This is a diagram showing the clamp unit 1 after loading.

[0124] The user moves the slider 242 forward relative to the operating part body 241 of the operating part 240 and inserts the arrow hook 231 into the connecting member 4. The clamp unit 1 is restricted from moving downward in the height direction H by engaging with the stop 731 provided in the clamp receiving area 720.

[0125] Figure 13 This is a diagram showing the sheath 220 being pulled out from the clamp receiving area 720.

[0126] The user pulls the sheath 220 out of the clamp receiving area 720. The pair of arms 21 are temporarily closed.

[0127] Because the submerged wing 31 of the clamp unit 1 engages with the front end head 221, the clamp unit 1 is not pulled into the interior of the sheath 220. Alternatively, the user can pull the clamp unit 1 into the interior of the sheath 220 by setting the submerged wing 31 to the submerged state.

[0128] Figure 14 This is a diagram showing a clamping guide device 200 containing clamping unit 1.

[0129] The clamp unit 1, housed in the first clamp receiving area 721, is loaded into the clamp introduction device 200. The opening 760 of the second clamp receiving area 722, etc., which houses unused clamp units 1 that have not been removed from the box system 700, is sealed with a seal 770, maintaining the second clamp receiving area 722, etc., in a sterilized state. Therefore, the user can also use the unused clamp units 1 from the multiple clamp units 1 housed in the box system 700 for different conditions.

[0130] Alternatively, the clamp unit 1 can be loaded into the clamp guide device 200 using the following method: The user advances the slider 242 relative to the operating part body 241 of the operating part 240, with the tip of the operating line 230 (arrow hook 231) protruding from the sheath 220, and presses the clamp guide device 200 against the seal 770. The user punctures the seal 770 using the tip of the operating line 230 (arrow hook 231). The user inserts the sheath 220 from the opening 760 into the sheath insertion area 740. Then, with the tip of the operating line 230 (arrow hook 231) protruding from the sheath 220, the user advances the clamp guide device 200 relative to the box system 700 and inserts the arrow hook 231 into the connecting member 4.

[0131] [Action and function of fixture unit 1]

[0132] Next, refer to Figures 15-18 Explain the operation and function of fixture unit 1.

[0133] Figure 15This is a diagram showing the fixture unit 1 that has been introduced into the body.

[0134] The surgeon inserts the clamp unit 1, loaded into the sheath 220, into the body through the endoscope's channel. Next, the surgeon advances the arrow hook 231 by moving the slider 242 along the operating body 241. The surgeon advances the clamp unit 1 until the submersion wing 31 protrudes from the sheath 220. The submersion wing 31, by protruding from the sheath 220, returns from its submerged state to its protruding state, which is its basic position.

[0135] A pair of arms 21 protrude from the sheath 220 through the front end side, so that the clamp 2 moves the self-expanding force of the pair of arms 21 relative to the pressing member 3 towards the front end side and returns to the open state. Even when the pair of arms 21 are returned to the open state and the pressing member 3 protrudes to its maximum extent, the engaging part 25 is disposed in the internal space 38 of the pressing member 3.

[0136] Figure 16 This is a diagram showing a clamping unit 1 with a pair of arms 21 closed.

[0137] The surgeon retracts the arrow hook 231 by retracting the slider 242 along the main body 241 of the operating section. The connecting member 4, connected to the arrow hook 231, pulls the clamp 2. A pair of arms 21 with self-expanding force are pulled towards the base side A2, pushing the front opening 3a of the pressing member 3 towards the base side A2. The protruding wing 31, because it engages with the sheath 220, is not pulled into the interior of the sheath 220. Therefore, the clamp 2, pulled by the connecting member 4, is pulled into the pressing member 3.

[0138] By using the connecting member 4 to pull the base end 28 of the clamp 2 towards the base end A2 of the pressing member 3, the pair of arms 21 are pulled into the pressing member 3, and the pair of arms 21 gradually close. When the traction force on the base end 28 is released in this state, the clamp 2 uses the self-expanding force of the pair of arms 21 as a restoring force to move towards the front end A1 and return to the open state. The surgeon can then return the pair of arms 21 to the open state and re-grasp the tissue.

[0139] Figure 17 This is a diagram showing the clamp unit 1 where clamp 2 is locked.

[0140] By further pulling the base end 28 towards the base end side A2 of the pressing member 3, the engaging portion 25 is pulled into a position closer to the base end side A2 than the fastening member 32. Since the base end side A2 of the engaging portion 25 is formed with an obtuse angle, the engaging portion 25 is easily pulled into a position closer to the base end side than the fastening member 32. On the other hand, since the front end side A1 of the engaging portion 25 is formed with an acute angle, if the engaging portion 25 is pulled into a position closer to the base end side A2 than the fastening member 32, the engaging portion 25 engages with the fastening member 32. As a result, the clamp 2 is restricted from moving towards the front end side A1 relative to the pressing member 3, and the pair of arms 21 are locked in a closed state. If the pair of arms 21 are locked in a closed state, the pair of arms 21 cannot be restored to an open state.

[0141] Figure 18 This is a diagram showing the clamp unit 1 separated from clamp 2.

[0142] The surgeon further pulls on clamp 2. A predetermined fracture force caused by tension is applied to hook 41f, and fracture portion 41b fractures. The fracture strength of fracture portion 41b is lower than the fracture strength of the connecting body 43. Therefore, it is not the connecting body 43 but fracture portion 41b that fractures.

[0143] The surgical operator uses the box system 700 to reload (reload) the new clamp unit 1 into the clamp import device 200.

[0144] [Method for accommodating fixture unit 1]

[0145] Figure 19 This is a diagram illustrating an example of the installation configuration of a box system.

[0146] It can also be like Figure 19 As shown, the opening 760 is a shape through which the clamp unit 1 can pass when the clamp 2 is open. In this case, the clamp unit 1 can be accommodated in the clamp receiving area 720 from the opening 760 before the seal 770 is installed into the opening 760. Furthermore, the clamp unit 1 filled in the sleeve 220 can be removed from the opening 760 with the clamp 2 open.

[0147] Figure 20 This is another example of the installation configuration of a box system.

[0148] The main body 710 may also be in the shape where the clamp receiving area 720 is exposed when a part of the main body 710 is removed. Figure 20The illustrated main body 710 consists of a right main body 710X and a left main body 710Y, either of which can be detached. In this case, when a portion of the main body 710 is detached from the main body 710, the clamp unit 1 can be accommodated in the clamp accommodating area 720. The connection between the right main body 710X and the left main body 710Y can also be sealed to maintain the sterility of the clamp accommodating area 720.

[0149] Figure 21 This is another example of the installation configuration of a box system.

[0150] Alternatively, the main body 710 and the base 780 can be separated, and the fixture receiving area 720 is exposed when the main body 710 is removed from the base 780. In this case, the fixture unit 1 can be received in the fixture receiving area 720 when the main body 710 and the base 780 are separated.

[0151] According to the clamping system 1000 of this embodiment, unused clamping units 1 housed in a plurality of clamping units 1 in the box system 700 can be used for different conditions.

[0152] The first embodiment of this disclosure has been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes are included without departing from the spirit of this disclosure. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above-described embodiment and the variations shown below can be appropriately combined to form a configuration.

[0153] (Variation Example 1-1)

[0154] Figure 22 This diagram shows a modified example of the box system 700, namely box system 700A. In box system 700A, the fixture receiving area 720 contains not the individual fixture unit 1, but a box unit 100 that houses the fixture unit 1. That is, it is also possible that the fixture receiving area 720 contains not the individual fixture unit 1, but a box unit 100 that houses the fixture unit 1.

[0155] The box unit 100 includes a clamping unit 1 and a box 5 that accommodates the clamping unit 1 in a loading manner. The box unit 100 has an opening 760 and a cover 770. When the box unit 100 is housed in the clamping receiving area 720, the opening 760 is arranged on the upper side in the height direction H. Similar to the embodiment described above, when the user inserts the protective sleeve 220 into the box unit 100 housed in the box system 700A, there is no need to hold the box unit 100 by hand for fixation. Therefore, the user can reduce working time and efficiently perform the loading operation of the clamping unit 1.

[0156] (Variations 1-2)

[0157] Figure 23This is a diagram showing a modified example of seal 770, namely seal 770A.

[0158] The seal 770A has a mark 771, which indicates the position where the clamp guide device 200 punctures the seal 770A. The mark 771 is, for example, a mark graphic 771A indicating the position of the puncture of the seal 770A. Figure 23 The illustrated marking graphic 771A is a circle written on the seal 770A. Marking 771 is, for example, guide text information 771B that guides the location of puncture in the seal 770A. Figure 23 The illustrated guide text information 771B is the text information "Inserthere" that guides the user's operation. Alternatively, the mark 771 may not be located on the seal 770A, but rather on the body 710.

[0159] (Second Implementation)

[0160] Reference Figure 24 The second embodiment of this disclosure will be described. In the following description, the same reference numerals will be used to refer to structures that are common to the structures already described, and repeated descriptions will be omitted.

[0161] Figure 24 This is a diagram showing the box system 700B of this embodiment.

[0162] The 700B box system is capable of standing on its own. Figure 1 The workbench D shown is a mounting surface. Specifically, the box system 700B includes a main body 710B that houses a plurality of clamping units 1 and a base 780B placed on the mounting surface.

[0163] The main body 710B has multiple main body parts 750. Figure 24 The illustrated main body 710B has five main body parts 750 (first main body part 751, second main body part 752, third main body part 753, fourth main body part 754, and fifth main body part 755).

[0164] Clamp receiving areas 720 are formed in multiple main body portions 750. A first clamp receiving area 721 is formed in the first main body portion 751. A second clamp receiving area 722 is formed in the second main body portion 752. A third clamp receiving area 723 is formed in the third main body portion 753. A fourth clamp receiving area 724 is formed in the fourth main body portion 754. A fifth clamp receiving area 725 is formed in the fifth main body portion 755. Additionally, in... Figure 24 In the middle, the first main body 751 was separated and abandoned.

[0165] Each of the multiple clamp receiving areas 720 is provided with an opening 760 into which the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted, and a cap 770 that closes the opening 760 in a manner that can be opened and closed independently. The opening 760 communicates with the sheath insertion area 740. When the opening 760 is closed by the cap 770, the clamp receiving area 720 remains in a sterilized state.

[0166] The base 780B is a flat plate-shaped component that can be placed on a mounting surface such as a worktable D. The base 780B supports multiple main body parts 750 so that they can be separated independently. The base 780B supports the main body parts 750 with an opening 760 positioned so that the sleeve 220 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted. Figure 24 The illustrated base 780B supports the main body 750 with an opening 760 disposed on the upper side in the height direction H.

[0167] The user can detach the loaded main body 750 of the clamp unit 1 from the base 780B for disposal. The opening 760 of the other main body 750, which houses unused clamp units 1 that have not been removed from the box system 700B, is sealed with a seal 770, and the clamp receiving area 720 remains sterile. Therefore, the user can use the unused clamp units 1 housed in the multiple clamp units 1 of the box system 700B for different conditions.

[0168] According to the box system 700B of this embodiment, unused clamp units 1 housed in the multiple clamp units 1 of the box system 700B can also be used for different conditions. The main body 750 of the clamp unit 1 that has been used can be detached from the base 780B and discarded. Therefore, the user will not mistakenly insert the sheath 220 into the main body of a clamp unit 1 that is not housed.

[0169] The second embodiment of this disclosure has been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes are included without departing from the spirit of this disclosure. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above-described embodiment and the variations shown below can be appropriately combined to form a configuration.

[0170] (Variation Example 2-1)

[0171] Figure 25 This diagram shows a modified example of the main body 750C as the main body 750 and a modified example of the base 780C as the base 780B. The main body 750C has a recess 756 on its lower surface. The base 780C has a protrusion 786 on its upper surface. The main body 750C and the base 780C are connected by the engagement of the recess 756 and the protrusion 786. The user can easily remove the main body 750C from the base 780C.

[0172] (Variation Example 2-2)

[0173] Figure 26 This diagram shows a modified example of the box system 700B, namely the box system 700D. The box system 700D includes a main body 710D. The main body 710D has multiple main body parts 750D. Figure 26 The illustrated box system 700D has five main body portions 750D (first main body portion 751D, second main body portion 752D, third main body portion 753D, fourth main body portion 754D, and fifth main body portion 755D). Each of the main body portions 750D has a clamp receiving area 720. The main body portions 750D are arranged along the length direction L. Adjacent main body portions 750D are connected by a connecting portion 757. The connecting portion 757 has a tapering constriction portion 757s. By disconnecting the constriction portion 757s of the connecting portion 757, adjacent main body portions 750D can be separated.

[0174] Each of the multiple main body parts 750D has a base 780D. The base 780D supports the main body part 750D in a position where the sleeve 220 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted, with an opening 760. Figure 26 The illustrated base 780D supports the main body 750D with an opening 760 disposed on the upper side in the height direction H. A connecting part 757 is provided on the base 780D.

[0175] (Variations 2-3)

[0176] Figure 27 and Figure 28 This is a diagram representing another version of the 700D box system.

[0177] It can also be like Figure 27 As shown, the main body 750D is formed into a cuboid shape. Multiple main body parts 750Ds are connected in a serrated pattern when viewed from above in the height direction H. Therefore, the multiple main body parts 750Ds have high self-standing stability even without a base. The box system 700D has a serrated shape, but because it can... Figure 28 The 700D system, which stacks multiple boxes, does not reduce its capacity for storing cardboard boxes.

[0178] (Variations 2-4)

[0179] Figures 29-31 This is a diagram representing another version of the 700D box system.

[0180] It can also be like Figure 29As shown, adjacent main body portions 750D are connected in a detachable manner using a protrusion 758 and a hole 759. The hole 759 is a recess located on the front side L1 (one side in the length direction L) of the main body portion 750D. The hole 759 is recessed towards the rear side L2 (the other side in the length direction L). The protrusion 758 is a protrusion located on the rear side L2 of the main body portion 750D. The protrusion 758 protrudes towards the rear side L2. Through the engagement of the protrusion 758 and the hole 759, adjacent main body portions 750D in the length direction L are connected in a detachable manner.

[0181] like Figure 30 and Figure 31 As shown, the user can detach the loaded main body 750D of the clamp unit 1 from the unused main body 750D and discard it. The main body 750D has a tongue 750t protruding in the width direction W. Therefore, the user can easily separate adjacent main body 750Ds by pulling the tongue 750t.

[0182] The main body 750D functions as a box unit 100 for loading the clamp unit 1. The user can detach the main body 750D containing the clamp unit 1 either before or after loading the clamp unit 1. The user can use the main body 750D containing the clamp unit 1 as a box unit 100 for loading the clamp unit 1. The user can also connect the detached main body 750D to the unused main body 750D when not in use. In other words, the user can connect and store the unused main body 750D together, making it suitable for different conditions.

[0183] Alternatively, it can also be with Figure 22 Similarly, in the box system 700A shown, the fixture receiving area 720 of the main body 750D does not contain a single fixture unit 1, but a box unit 100 that contains the fixture unit 1.

[0184] (Third Implementation)

[0185] Reference Figures 32-35 The third embodiment of this disclosure will be described. In the following description, the same reference numerals will be used for structures that are common to the structures already described, and repeated descriptions will be omitted.

[0186] Figure 32 This is a diagram illustrating the box system 700E of this embodiment.

[0187] The box system 700E includes a storage shell 790 and a main body 710E that houses multiple clamping units 1.

[0188] The main body 710E has multiple main body parts 750E. Figure 32The illustrated box system 700E has five main body portions 750E (first main body portion 751E, second main body portion 752E, third main body portion 753E, fourth main body portion 754E, and fifth main body portion 755E). Each of the main body portions 750E has a clamp receiving area 720 formed therein. The main body portions 750E are arranged along the length direction L.

[0189] Each of the multiple clamp receiving areas 720 is provided with an opening 760 into which the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted, and a cap 770 that closes the opening 760 in a manner that can be opened and closed independently. The opening 760 communicates with the sheath insertion area 740. When the opening 760 is closed by the cap 770, the clamp receiving area 720 remains in a sterile state. In addition, in Figure 32 The illustration of cover 770 is omitted from the text.

[0190] The storage shell 790 is a housing that houses multiple main body parts 750E in a manner that allows them to be discharged sequentially. The storage shell 790 has a spring 791 for pushing out the multiple main body parts 750E. The spring 791 pushes out the multiple main body parts 750E, which are arranged along the length direction L, from the rear side L2 toward the front side L1. The multiple main body parts 750E pushed out toward the front side L1 by the spring 791 engage with a stop member 792 provided on the front side L1 of the storage shell 790.

[0191] Of the multiple main body portions 750E pushed forward by the spring 791 towards the front L1, only the main body portion 750E located on the foremost L1 and engaged with the stop member 792 is exposed from its retractable housing 790. Figure 32 Of the multiple main body portions 750E shown, only the first main body portion 751E is exposed from the housing 790. The second main body portion 752E, the third main body portion 753E, the fourth main body portion 754E, and the fifth main body portion 755E are not exposed from the housing 790.

[0192] Figure 33 This is a diagram showing the first main body 751E disposed at the insertable position PI.

[0193] The main body 750E, exposed by the self-retracting housing 790, is positioned at the insertable position PI into which the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted. Figure 33 Of the multiple main body portions 750E shown, only the first main body portion 751E is exposed from the housing 790 and positioned at the insertable position PI. The second main body portion 752E, the third main body portion 753E, the fourth main body portion 754E, and the fifth main body portion 755E are not exposed from the housing 790 and are not positioned at the insertable position PI.

[0194] Figure 34 This is a diagram showing the main body 750E with the sheath 220 inserted.

[0195] The user can insert the sleeve 220 into the opening 760 of the main body 750E located at the insertion position PI. The main body 750E with the sleeve 220 inserted moves downward and is no longer engaged with the stop 792.

[0196] Figure 35 This is a diagram showing the main body 750E of the sheath 220 being pulled out.

[0197] After loading the clamp unit 1, the user pulls the sheath 220 out of the main body 750E located in the insertable position PI. The main body 750E, with the sheath 220 pulled out, does not engage with the stop 792 and is discharged outwards from the storage housing 790. Figure 35 Of the multiple main body portions 750E shown, the first main body portion 751E, from which the sheath 220 has been removed, is ejected from the storage housing 790. The second main body portion 752E, located on the rear side L2 of the first main body portion 751E, is positioned in the insertable position PI. This process is then repeated.

[0198] According to the box system 700E of this embodiment, unused clamp units 1 housed in the multiple clamp units 1 of the box system 700B can also be used for different conditions. Since a main body portion 750E capable of loading clamp units 1 is provided at the insertable position PI where the sheath 220 can be inserted, accidental insertion by the user will not occur.

[0199] The third embodiment of this disclosure has been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes are included without departing from the spirit of this disclosure. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above-described embodiment and the variations shown below can be appropriately combined to form a configuration.

[0200] (Fourth Implementation)

[0201] Reference Figures 36-43 The fourth embodiment of this disclosure will be described. In the following description, the same reference numerals will be used for structures that are common to the structures already described, and repeated descriptions will be omitted.

[0202] [Clamping System 1000F]

[0203] The clamping system 1000F of the fourth embodiment of this disclosure includes a box system 700F and a clamping guide device (feeder) 200F.

[0204] Figure 36 This is a diagram showing the clamp guide device 200F.

[0205] Compared with the clamping device 200 of the first embodiment, the clamping device (supplyer) 200F differs in that it uses a connecting member 250 to connect with the clamping unit 1 instead of the arrow hook (connecting part) 231.

[0206] The connecting member (connector) 250 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The connecting member 250 connects the clamp unit 1 and the front end (front end) 221 of the sheath 220 by covering them from the outside.

[0207] Figure 37 This is a diagram representing the 700F box system.

[0208] The box system 700F includes a storage shell 790F and a main body 710F that houses multiple clamping units 1.

[0209] The main body 710F has multiple main body sections 750F. Figure 37 The illustrated box system 700F shows only one main body 750F. Clamp receiving areas 720 are formed in each of the multiple main body parts 750F.

[0210] The main body 750F has a stop 731F, a right main body 732F, a left main body 733F, and a sharp member 734F.

[0211] The right main body portion 732F and the left main body portion 733F clamp the clamping unit 1 from both sides in the width direction W, forming a clamping receiving area 720 in the clamping space. The right main body portion 732F and the left main body portion 733F are housed in the storage shell 790F in a manner that allows them to separate in the width direction W.

[0212] When the stop part 731F is clamped by the right main body part 732F and the left main body part 733F, it restricts the clamping unit 1 from moving downward in the height direction H before being pushed in by a predetermined force.

[0213] Sharp member 734F is a member located near opening 760, with its tip formed as a sharp point. Sharp member 734F is a member that divides the connecting member 250.

[0214] Clamping units 1 are respectively accommodated in multiple clamping accommodating areas 720. Clamping units 1 and connecting members 250 are arranged together in clamping accommodating areas 720. Connecting members 250 are installed on clamping units 1.

[0215] Each of the multiple clamp receiving areas 720 is provided with an opening 760 into which the sheath 22 of the clamp guide device 200 can be inserted, and a cap 770 that closes the opening 760 in a manner that can be opened and closed independently. The opening 760 communicates with the sheath insertion area 740. When the opening 760 is closed by the cap 770, the clamp receiving area 720 remains in a sterile state.

[0216] Figure 37 The clamping unit 1 of the sheath 220 shown is used to separate it from the sheath 220, and a connecting member 250 is left at the front end of the sheath 220.

[0217] Figure 38 This is a diagram showing the sheath 220 inserted into the clamp receiving area 720.

[0218] The user presses the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 against the seal 770, puncturing the seal 770, and inserts the sheath 220 into the clamp receiving area 720 through the opening 760. At this time, the connecting member 250 contacts the outer surface of the seal 770, which is a non-sterilized area. That is, the connecting member 250 functions as a protective member to maintain the sterilized state of the front end of the sheath 220. The clamp receiving area 720 where the sheath 220 is inserted is de-sterilized.

[0219] Figure 39 This is a diagram showing the segmented connecting component 250. Figure 40 It is along Figure 39 The X-X sectional view is shown. The user further inserts the sheath 220, causing the connecting member 250 to contact the sharp member 734F. The connecting member 250, in contact with the sharp member 734F, splits and separates from the sheath 220.

[0220] Figure 41 This is a diagram showing the clamp unit 1 after loading.

[0221] The user brings the front end 221 of the sheath 220 into contact with the connecting member 250 mounted on the clamp unit 1. The connecting member 250 connects the clamp unit 1 and the front end (front part) 221 of the sheath 220.

[0222] Figure 42 This is a diagram showing the right main body portion 732F and the left main body portion 733F separated in the width direction W.

[0223] The user pushes the sheath 220 with a predetermined force, causing the stop 731F to move downward in the height direction H. The downward movement of the stop 731F separates the right main body 732F and the left main body 733F. As a result, a path is formed for the clamping unit 1 to pass through.

[0224] Figure 43 This is a diagram showing the clamp unit 1 removed from the storage case 790F.

[0225] The clamping unit 1, which is filled in the sheath 220, is taken out from the storage shell 790F through the path formed between the separated right main body 732F and left main body 733F.

[0226] The connecting member 250, which connects the clamp unit 1 and the sheath 220, functions as a protective member protecting the front end of the sheath 220. When a new clamp unit 1 is loaded, the connecting member 250 comes into contact with the sharp member 734F and splits, thereby separating from the sheath 220.

[0227] According to the clamping system 1000F of this embodiment, unused clamping units 1 housed in multiple clamping units 1 of the box system 700B can also be used for different conditions. The clamping system 1000F can maintain the cleanliness of the clamping units 1 and the sheath 220 during repeated reloading.

[0228] The fourth embodiment of this disclosure has been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes are included without departing from the spirit of this disclosure. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above embodiments and variations can be appropriately combined to form a configuration.
