Flame-retardant plasticized PVC decorative film and preparation process

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of polyvinyl chloride, and discloses a flame-retardant plasticized PVC decorative film and a preparation process.The PVC decorative film comprises 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, 10-30 parts by weight of a composite plasticizer, 10-25 parts by weight of an inorganic flame retardant and the like; the polyvinyl chloride, the composite plasticizer and the like are mixed, melt-extruded and blow-molded to obtain the flame-retardant plasticized PVC decorative film.The organic silicon phosphate ester contains multiple alkyl ester structures, improves the flexibility and elongation at break of the polyvinyl chloride, contains the flame-retardant elements of phosphorus and silicon, has good condensed phase carbonization flame-retardant effect, cooperates with the inorganic flame retardant such as aluminum hydroxide to have a good synergistic flame-retardant effect, improves the limiting oxygen index of the polyvinyl chloride, can maintain good flame-retardant performance, and can be made into the building decorative film which is high in strength, good in flexibility and excellent in flame retardancy.
