A fully recyclable spring ring delivery device

Abstract

This invention discloses a fully recyclable spring coil conveying device, relating to the field of medical device technology. It includes a release head, a locking mechanism, and a sheath. The release head is fixedly connected to the spring coil. The locking mechanism is slidably disposed within the sheath. One end of the locking mechanism is adapted to cooperate with the release head, and the other end is connected to a push rod. Multiple locking plates are provided on the locking mechanism, arranged symmetrically along the axis of the locking mechanism. Each locking plate has a protrusion, and the protrusions on the multiple locking plates form a lock body, which cooperates with the release head. The solution utilizes the elasticity of the locking plates and the sheath's compression of the locking plates, allowing the locking plates to automatically expand outwards when detached from the sheath, thus achieving a detachment effect. Because it is restrained by the sheath, accidental detachment will not occur when the locking plates are not yet detached from the sheath, allowing for complete retraction and preventing detachment of the conveying device due to an unsatisfactory initial entry position.
