The additive manufacturing method comprises: recycling the recycled powder for subsequent forming from the building chamber after completing at least one forming task; performing powder property detection on the recycled powder to obtain a powder property parameter reflecting the current state of the recycled powder; comparing and analyzing the powder property parameter with a reference powder property parameter to determine the degree of property deviation of the recycled powder relative to the reference state; according to the degree of property deviation, calling a pre-established adaptive control rule, generating a process parameter matched with the current state of the recycled powder, and using the process parameter to perform subsequent forming on the recycled powder, so that the recycled powder can still achieve or approach the molten pool heat input condition and forming effect of the reference state in different batches of forming tasks.
