Abstract

The application discloses an automatic stacking and film wrapping equipment in the technical field of automatic packaging equipment, which comprises a feeding device, a stacking device and a film wrapping device. The stacking mechanism can complete the precise stacking of the special-shaped materials one by one between the feeding mechanism and the stacking station. The material pile rotating mechanism can realize the posture adjustment of the materials through the rotatable material stacking seat, so that the special-shaped materials stacked in succession are staggered at a certain angle to realize the stacking, thereby forming a regular material pile. Then, the material moving device transfers the full material pile rotating mechanism to the film wrapping station, and the film wrapping device completes the film sleeving and film sealing operations in sequence. The automatic stacking and film wrapping equipment replaces the manual judgment and operation by mechanical automation, eliminates the efficiency fluctuation and quality difference caused by human factors, and guarantees the stability and high efficiency of the production rhythm.
