An apparatus for predicting urothelial carcinoma and a storage medium

Abstract

The application provides a device and a storage medium for predicting urothelial carcinoma, and belongs to the technical field of gene detection, and comprises: a sample acquisition module for acquiring genomic DNA of urinary sediment cells of a subject; a CNV detection module for performing low-depth whole genome sequencing and data analysis on the urinary sediment DNA to obtain a CNV detection result; a methylation detection module for performing methylation detection on specific genes when the CNV detection result is positive to obtain a methylation detection result; and a risk assessment module for determining a risk grade based on the CNV detection result and the specific gene methylation detection result. By integrating the advantages of various molecular markers, hierarchical assessment is realized, thereby improving the accuracy of risk assessment, reducing the false positive rate, providing risk early warning for early-stage low-grade patients, and at the same time, cost-effectiveness is taken into account, and a more reliable basis is provided for individualized treatment of urothelial carcinoma.
