A type of horizontal compressor with a rolling rotor

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of compressor technology, and more particularly to a horizontal rolling rotor compressor, comprising a compressor housing, which houses a cylinder, a main bearing and a secondary bearing respectively connected to the axial ends of the cylinder, a crankshaft, and a motor connected to one end of the crankshaft. The other end of the crankshaft passes through the main bearing, the cylinder, and the secondary bearing in sequence. The compressor also includes a gas-liquid separation chamber on the cylinder, a transverse oil suction channel that bypasses the gas-liquid separation chamber and sequentially passes through the bottom of the main bearing, the cylinder, and the secondary bearing axially, and a longitudinal oil suction channel located on the side of the secondary bearing away from the cylinder. One end of the transverse oil suction channel communicates with an oil storage chamber located in the compressor housing on the side of the main bearing near the motor, and the other end communicates with the lower end of the longitudinal oil suction channel. The upper end of the longitudinal oil suction channel communicates with an oil hole provided inside the crankshaft. The built-in gas-liquid separation structure enables oil supply and lubrication of the pump body.
