The application discloses a method for evaluating carbon emission reduction effect of bamboo products replacing plastic products based on big data, and relates to the technical field of product carbon emission reduction evaluation; the method comprises the following steps: obtaining original bamboo state data and replacement control data corresponding to incoming factory original bamboo, obtaining an original bamboo state group and a replacement batch book; according to the corresponding relationship between the original bamboo state group and each batch, associating the process energy consumption data corresponding to each batch to the corresponding original bamboo state group, and obtaining a process connection diagram; based on the process connection diagram, extracting a stable interval and identifying a continuous deviation of the process energy consumption data corresponding to the same product and the same process, obtaining a process reference section and a process deviation section; according to the original bamboo state group, the process reference section and the process deviation section, obtaining a batch correction relationship table; correcting the process energy consumption data corresponding to each batch based on the batch correction relationship table; and the application solves the problem of distorted evaluation of the carbon emission reduction effect of bamboo products replacing plastic products caused by the difference in original bamboo state.
