Abstract

This invention discloses a self-propelled woody forage combine harvester, belonging to the field of harvester technology. It includes a walking device, a header device, a throwing device, a throwing control device, and a collecting device. The walking device includes a chassis and a power system. The header device includes a header frame, a cutting mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a chopping mechanism, and a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a drive shaft, a first transmission assembly, a gearbox, and a second transmission assembly. The drive shaft is connected to the gearbox input shaft via the first transmission assembly, and the gearbox output shaft is connected to the cutting mechanism and the feeding mechanism via the second transmission assembly. The transmission mechanism of the header device of this invention has a simpler and more compact structure, higher reliability, and can directly and synchronously output power at different speeds and directions to each device, meeting the different speed and direction requirements of each mechanism during operation. This ensures smooth coordination between the working mechanisms and effectively avoids material blockage.
