Water purifier water efficiency test solution intelligent configuration device and method

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of water efficiency testing technology, specifically to an intelligent configuration device and method for water efficiency testing solutions based on water purifiers. The device includes a mixing unit and a water tank. The water tank has a rotating structure, and its interior is vertically divided into an upper zone, a middle zone, and a lower zone. The water tank is equipped with: a circulation pipe, with both ends connected to the upper part of the upper zone and the lower part of the lower zone respectively; a pump body, mounted on the circulation pipe, for pumping the test water from the lower zone back to the upper zone through the circulation pipe; an outlet, located on the side wall of the water tank, with the outlet's horizontal height within the vertical height range of the middle zone; and concentration sensors, one above and one below the outlet, for detecting the concentration of the test water. This invention achieves dynamic control of the test water concentration, avoiding uneven concentrations.
