Method for producing feed from grass waste

Abstract

The application discloses a method for producing feed by using Gramineae plant waste, and comprises the following steps: S1, raw material pretreatment: after the Gramineae plant waste is dedusted, cut or crushed, water immersion and ammoniation treatment are carried out, so that the water content reaches 30-60%, and the ammonia addition amount is 3-5% of the dry weight; S2, gas phase blasting: the pretreated material is subjected to gas phase blasting, and the medium is selected from water vapor or non-reactive compressed gas; S3, microbial agent fermentation: a compound microbial agent containing at least two of lactic acid bacteria, yeast bacteria, bacillus and cellulose-decomposing bacteria is added to the blasted material, the water content is adjusted to 60-70%, and sealed fermentation is carried out for 3-7 days; S4, granulation: the fermented material is dried to have a water content of 12-18%, other raw materials are mixed after crushing, and the feed product is obtained through steam conditioning and pressing granulation. Through the cooperation of multiple processes, the method can significantly destroy the structure of the straw, improve the crude protein content and the feeding value, and the product is convenient to store and transport.
